Grimm Artisanal Ales Super Going...$9.99 / 22oz
Style: Dry Hopped Gose with Orange Zest and White Oak
Rated 98/100 RateBeer
Strength: 4.8% ABV
Hazy and richly aromatic. Aggressively dry hopped with new German aroma hops Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon; orange zest to boot. Lightly toasted white oak provides tannins and mouthfeel. Assertively tart, with light sea salt appearing on the finish. Citrus and hop flavors galore. Absolutely mouthwatering.
Grimm Artisanal Ales Purple Prose...$8.99 / 22oz
Style: Blackcurrant/Raspberry American Sour
Strength: 5.4% ABV
Color: Sexxxy
This indecently-hued American sour ale marries the complexity of juicy, ripe berries with a bright, clean acidity. Red ripe fruit is at the fore, while white oak adds a slight woodsy spice. Aged noble hops add a layer of earthy funk to the long, tannic finish.

Grimm Artisanal Ales Maple Bourbon Double Negative...$12.99 / 22oz
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout brewed with maple syrup
Strength: 11% alc/vol
Bitterness: 70 IBU’s
To make Maple Bourbon Barrel Double Negative, we added ultra dark maple syrup to the base recipe of our reigning GABF champion imperial stout. Then we aged it in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. The result is a decadently roasty, balanced stout with a tasteful dollop of rich maple (not too sweet!) and pronounced whiskey barrel notes of toffee, vanilla, and booze. Best served at cellar temperature or even up to room temperature.
American sour red ale brewed with tart cherries | 5% ABV
This American red sour ale balances a juicy acidity against a backdrop of malty sweetness. Conditioned in stainless tanks with oak spirals and tart Montmorency cherries, this is a shamelessly unfaithful tribute to the red-brown beers of Flanders we love so much. Lightly toasted bread on the nose, sweet and tart on the palate, with a touch of cherry on the long, complex finish.

Spruce Tip Gose Dry Hopped with Chinook | 4.7% ABV
Super Spruce owes its immense pine aromatics to a double dose of resin. The new growth of spruce trees layered with Chinook hops create a complex profile of fresh pine that includes floral, citrus, cola, and bubble gum undertones. This unboiled beer is luminous and hazy with a grapefruit-like acidity that perfectly showcases the bright coniferous flavors. Sea salt rounds the mouthfeel, while white oak provides tannic structure.

American Sour/Wild dry hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic, and Jarrylo | 5% ABV
Hazy golden wild farmhouse ale, dry hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Jarrylo. Beautifully balanced acidity, glowing hop aromas redolent of guava, watermelon candy, pineapple, and ripe mango. Conditioned on oak for light tannin structure. Don’t age this beer; drink ASAP.
Grimm Artisanal Ales Vacay
Hoppy, hazy, and assertively tart. Vacay finds us in our classic dry hopped sour mode — possibly our favorite kind of beer to brew and drink. We decided to take a vacation from the American hop varietals we use frequently, and instead assemble a blend of exciting, fruit-forward neo-German and New Zealand flavors including Huell Melon, Hallertau Blanc, and Southern Cross. Notes of lemongrass, apricot, mandarin, orange flower, black peppercorn. A juicy, puckering refresher with lightly toasted white oak in the background. This beer has never been boiled.
