Stronachie 10 Year at a great price

Stronachie 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch....$36.99
Stronachie 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch....$46.99
‘The obliteration is total. Only the name remains.’
So ends the story of Stronachie, a distillery which rose out of the wilderness in the 1890s. Set in a desolate glen on the Perth-Kinross border it stood between bleak hills on an isolated road that toiled its way through the Ochill mountains. Stronachie Distillery produced a traditional Highland-style whisky until 1928 and during its four decades of production A.D. Rattray Ltd represented the brand in Scotland.

A.D. Rattray is proud to revive the Stronachie name and reproduce this spirit of another time. To replicate the whisky, a bottle of original Stronachie 1904 was purchased at auction - one of only four bottles left in existence. A small sample of whisky was drawn from this bottle and tasted. Then samples of many Highland malt whiskies were compared to the original Stronachie. Finally, the remote and high altitude Benrinnes was chosen. This first class malt emulates the flavours and profile of the original Stronachie whisky.

Schlafly Noble Lager

In stock now at Forsyth and New Ballas
Schlafly Noble Lager...$7.99 / 6 pack
While on the lighter side, this exceptional example of a traditional lager is still rich in flavor with a medium-bodied malt character evened out by earthy aromas, hop bitterness, and an invigorating crisp finish.

Great French Red!

Domaine Cabirau Serge & Nicolas...$15.98
was $24.99 - on sale now!
A step up over the straight CĂ´tes du Roussillon release, the semi-opaque 2014 Maury Sec Serge & Nicolas knocks it out of the park with its black raspberry, cassis, toasted bread, crushed rock and candied licorice-like aromas and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, layered and showing the classic 2014 approachable, supple profile, I think it will come in slightly behind the 2011 and 2013, but is still a brilliant wine that plays well above its price point. A blend of 60% Grenache, 28% Syrah and 12% Carignan that comes from the black schist soils located around the village of Maury, its Grenache component was fermented and aged all in tank and the Syrah and Carignan in demi-muids.
These blockbuster efforts are made by Dan Kravitz at the coop in Tautavel. They more than over-deliver and offer classic Roussillon flair and texture, yet back it up with solid mid-palate concentration and sound structure. Don't miss them.

Mayacamas Chard 96 pionts!!

2014 Mayacamas Mt Veeder - Napa Chardonnay...$47.99
The 2014 Chardonnay is brilliant. Lemon oil, white flowers, mint, almonds and smoke are all beautifully delineated in this transparent, super-finessed Chardonnay built on total finesse. The decision to pick a touch earlier plus the blocked malo style result in a focused, energetic Chardonnay that hits all the right notes.

Filliers Classic Dry Gin 28

We are proud to introduce to St. Louis --
in stock now, we tasted it today and it is fantastic!

Filliers Classic Dry Gin 28....$35.99 / 750ml
Our classic gin is a handcrafted premium gin, infused and distilled with 28 botanicals, carefully selected by the Master Distiller. Filliers Dry Gin 28 is patiently distilled in small batches, using traditional copper pot stills at the Filliers Distillery, established in 1880.

CRAFT DISTILLERY
Filliers Dry Gin 28 fully expresses the traditional craftsmanship of Filliers, developed after decades of authentically distilled genever.Firmin Filliers (1888-1965), a member of the third generation of Filliers Master Distillers, created the recipe for this handcrafted gin.

SMALL BATCH
Filliers made a conscious decision to implement a small-scale production process in modest-sized copper stills (alembics) of 500 to 1000 litres. This creates the optimal conditions for our Master Distillers to monitor and maintain the quality and flavour of each drop of gin.

BELGIAN ESTATE GIN

Tallgrass Flyin' Hawaiian Double IPA

Tallgrass Flyin' Hawaiian Double IPA...$12.99 / 4pk Cans
Soaring in at 8.4%, the Flyin’ Hawaiian Double IPA is brewed with Columbus, Falconer’s Flight, Pacific Gem and Mandarina Bavaria hops, creating an eruption of citrus, dark berries and tropical flavors with earthy and pine notes. A burst of fresh pineapple purĂ©e enhances the hops with an extra layer of tropical sweetness, and the simple malt bill of 2-Row, C20 and Cara-Pils allows the hops to shine.

Why the Flyin’ Hawaiian? The name was first used for one of our cellarmen’s cask beers. When our founder caught wind of the name, it was just too good to not slap on a can, and it had to be appropriated for our brewmaster’s new double IPA. Crack it open and bask in the tropical hoppy goodness.
Style: Pineapple Double IPA

more info about Moonlight Meadery
We are a world class meadery and cidery from Londonderry, New Hampshire that specializes in meads, the world’s oldest alcoholic beverage made from honey, as well as hard ciders. The diversity of our offerings often leave people speechless, while the flavors have them asking for it from their local retailers. Stop by and try the oldest fermented beverage to find out why "History never tasted so good"™. Distributed in the United States, Japan, and Australia.
Our Story

It all started back in 1995 when Michael, our founder and head mead maker, tried a cyser (apple and honey mead) for the first time. Since that first sip Michael has developed a passion for, and masterful skill at, making international award winning meads. Michael Fairbrother started Moonlight Meadery® with a mission to bring ultra premium meads to the market place. It is more than merely a product or a process, it's our obsession.

Our meads will be unique and unlike anything you have ever tried - you will find it incredible!   Mead and Ciders are only as good as the quality of their ingredients and the passion of the maker. This is why we use only True Source Certified™ honey, which is traceable back to the hives. We never pasteurize the honey we use, this ensures that the volatile aromatics of the honey are preserved through to the finish.

Since starting production in May of 2010, we have grown beyond our wildest dreams. We hope you will stop by to hear our story and try our meads, and tell your friends.

Continuum scores almost perfection 99 points!!

2013 Continuum Red Wine…$233.99 / 750ml

2013 Continuum Red Wine....$419.99 Magnum
Impressive purity of fruit and definition with black currant, oyster shell, blueberries and slate. Graphite too. Very complex yet subtle. Full-bodied, very chewy and powerful yet polished and gorgeous. Muscular, well-formed tannins. Electric style. Best ever from here. Drink in 2020.
Rated 99/100 James Suckling
Graphite, lavender, sage, cloves and menthol race out of the glass in the 2013 Continuum, a wine that is just as impressive in bottle as it was from barrel. An intensely saline, mineral-drenched wine endowed with serious depth and precision, the 2013 shines with exceptional structural intensity and power, all that despite just having been bottled. In 2013 the Cabernet Franc is way up, which helps give the wine more aromatic top notes as well as greater overall complexity. Simply put, the 2013 is a real knock-out.
