Great New White from Langhe

2021 Guido Vada Ansem Arneis...$14.99

This estate is located in Coazzolo, a small village in the provence of Asti, neighboring Langhe. The Vada family has owned and farmed this estate since 1852, beginning with the first purchase of vineyards by Lorenzo, great-great-grandfather of Guido Vada, the current owner/winemaker. Ansem in Piedmontese means "together" — named in honor of 3 friends who worked on this wine in colaboration: Guido (Vada) and two aspiring producers, Alessia and Mattia.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections Intense fruity and floral aromas. In the mouth it is dry, with a pleasant freshness and flavor. Apples & citrus with a very soft minerality and a tiny touch of almond. Pairings: Appetizers in general, dishes based on fish and white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif.

New Limited Release Beers from Goller

Goller Steinhauer Weisse...$3.99 / pint
The bubbly and unfiltered Weisse from Göller defines the hefeweizen style of Bavaria. The clean, dry mouthfeel balances the fruity banana and clove and a bright citrus aroma. True to style, this top fermented ale contains more than half wheat malts and is lightly hopped with Hallertauer Tradition. No filtration nor pasteurization leaves a cloudy, straw colored beauty topped with a foamy white head. No wonder it won multiple gold medals from the prestigious DLG Awards in Germany!

Goller Zum Hirschen Stag...$3.99 / pint
An ale named after the famous Göller restaurant, "Zum Hirschen" translates as "The Stag." Bright and translucent, this ale refreshes you on a warm day like no other beer. Brewed with a German, top-fermenting yeast strain, it has a uniquely full body, bright, fruity flavor, and smooth finish, feeling more like a lager than an ale. This special brew will only be available for a short time

Highland Park 15yr and 18yr Back in Stock After A Year!

Highland Park 15yr Single Malt Scotch Whiskey...$109.99 / 750ml
ABV : 44%
This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

To create 15 Year Old Viking Heart, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks to deliver warm, spicy notes and sherry seasoned American oak casks to provide a balance of sweet vanilla. Expertly adding just a few refill casks to soften and smooth the flavours, Gordon chose to bottle at 44% ABV to allow the whisky’s vibrant fruitiness and distinctive heathery peat smoke to shine through.
Why a ceramic decanter? Rewind a century or two and our whisky would have been stored in earthenware vessels. Inspired by examples found at our distillery in Orkney, we asked Wade Ceramics if they could work with us to create a modern version. Established in 1810 and based in Stoke-on-Trent in England (known globally as the traditional home of ceramics) Wade share our commitment to environmental responsibility, focusing on sustainable manufacturing and using locally sourced raw materials. The lead-free porcelain decanter is 100% food safe, glazed inside and out, and embossed with the lion and serpent design that appears on many of our glass bottles. Look closely at the back of the bottle and you’ll find the heart motif that inspired this whisky’s name.
We’ve been crafting our award-winning whisky at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798. Age, experience and respect for tradition may define our whisky, but it’s Orkney that sets it apart. Something magic happens here and the result is the wild harmony of flavours found in our whisky.
Highland Park 18yr Single Malt Scotch Whiskey...$154.99 / 750ml
Named by the American whisky expert, F Paul Pacult, as ‘Best Spirit in the World’ (Spirit Journal), 18 Year Old Viking Pride is our most highly-awarded single malt whisky, being honoured with both a Gold and an Ultimate Recommendation (with a score of 96) in the 2021 International Spirits Challenge.
Matured in a high proportion of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, this superb 18 Year Old single malt pays tribute to our 5 keystones of production and presents a sophisticated medley of ripe cherries dusted with bittersweet cocoa, freshly harvested honeycomb and candied orange peel. There’s a whisper of Orkney’s salty seaspray in the aromatic peat smoke.

Wyoming Whiskey Outryder Rye Whiskey

Wyoming Whiskey Outryder Rye Whiskey...$66.99
Outryder Whiskey
In horseman terms, the outrider stands apart, securing the herd’s flank, whether it’s cattle or pricey thoroughbreds that he prevents from straying. Our Outryder Whiskey also stands apart, distinct and different. It’s not a bourbon. It’s not a true rye. The result is a truly singular spirit that’s great for sipping or making cocktails, on the ranch, at the track, or wherever you may ride. This Straight American Whiskey is a blend of two distinct mashbills, an almost Rye Whiskey and a High Rye Bourbon, that represents Wyoming Whiskey’s first use of Rye.
Outryder offers a taste profile not seen anywhere else in the American whiskey category. The front of the mouth experiences a light to moderate rye spice with a full, creamy mouth-feel. The rye slowly fades as the smooth characteristics of bourbon finish the Outryder experience.

COLOR: copper to mahogany
NOSE: pumpernickel bread with melted butter, honey aromas of beeswax candles with orange blossom pollen, and warm cherry cobbler
PALATE: hot chocolate, yeast biscuits drizzled with dark molasses, honeyed hay, and roasted cumin in brown butter
MOUTHFEEL: medium viscosity with lots of caramelized wood sugars together with gentle rye spiciness
FINISH: long and warming, with lingering flavors of maple syrup over French toast

Empress Elderflower Rose Gin

Empress Elderflower Rose Gin...$37.99 / 750ml
Botanicals: NO. 1: JUNIPER
The classic taste found in most gins, it provides a complex flavour with notes of pine and citrus. And while London Dry Gins like a big juniper burst, our Pacific Northwest style gin uses a subtle varietal that isn’t too pushy, and balances nicely with the other less traditional botanicals
Red rose petal is a highly luxurious botanical, often used in perfumes or cooking. Boasting flavour that reminds us of fresh strawberries, red rose also imbues the gin’s unforgettable ruby hue.
On the more subtle side, Elderflower maintains a distinct flavour that can been described as musky and sweet. While not overtly flowery, it plays particularly well when paired with other traditional florals like red rose and lavender.

Barrell Bourbon Batch 035 Cask Strength

New Batch No. 035
Barrell Bourbon Batch 035 Cask Strength....$66.99
117.5 proof cask strength bottling
Barrell Bourbon Batch 035 is a blend of 6, 7, 8, and 13-year-old bourbons. A multi-mashbill blend of 6 and 7-year-old spicy and earthy, high-rye, high-proof, oak forward barrels was combined with a blend of 8-year-old softer, lower-proof barrels with concentrated notes of dark cherry and butterscotch. After mingling for two months, 13-year-old barrels with dominant fruit flavors were layered in. A portion of these barrels had more tropical fruit notes and the other portion showed more dried and candied fruit notes. The resulting bourbon is peppery and intriguing on the nose, and sweet and long on the finish.
