Schlafly White Lager
Schlafly White Lager....$10.99 / 6pk 12oz bottles
Lagers are usually bright and clear with a clean maltiness and slight hoppiness, yet our White Lager takes the focus away from those qualities by retaining its yeast and emphasizing the hazy hue, hint of orange zest, and even, silky finish. Because of this unfiltered twist, it’s noticeably fresh with a slight tartness and sweetness.
Schlafly Coffee Stout
Schlafly Coffee Stout...$11.99 / 6pk 12oz bottles
The other morning brew.
Our classic combination of a traditional stout and artisanal coffee uses a unique cold-toddy extraction process to pull out the best qualities of the beans. Earthy flavors of roasted barley and chocolate dominate the aroma, with the sweetness from the stout to balance it out. Plus, we’re keeping it local through our collaboration with Kaldi’s!

Textural suppleness is the main attraction of this Corton for the moment, its plummy fruit less expressive than Tollot’s Bressandes (also recommended here). Delicious as a young wine, this may reveal depths and layers of flavor for those who wait.

Ltd release, aged for 2 years in Calvados barrels
8% ABV
Harking back to times of old and a Christmas soon to come, we’re introducing another rare treat from our Vault, a two year old Calvados Barrel Aged Old Ale. Sitting elegantly in our new 375ml bottles, this is the perfect beer to drink by the fire at the end of an evening. And if you’re feeling generous, it makes an incredibly classy gift for your favourite beer lover (even if that is yourself).
Naturally carbonated with live yeast.
Unfiltered, unpasteurised, unfined.
Vegan friendly.
10% ABV
A barley wine aged for 2 years in oak barrels at our Bermondsey Vault. The long maturation has allowed it to really develop, round, and acquire a tannic hit of oak to balance out the weight of the beer.
It’s also the first in a series from the Vault that we hand bottled (of course bottle conditioning) to allow it to continue maturing nicely in your cellar for however many years you choose. No one wants a dusty can, but a dusty bottle seems to have a bit of mystery to it, so grab some bottles while you can – some to enjoy now and some to age further.

BARREL‑AGED DECADENCE
To create this first-ever canned Vintage beer, we aged a selection of Parabola for one year in premium bourbon barrels, then blended it with a complement of Velvet Merlin milk stout to create a silky mouthfeel and a more approachable ABV of 9.2 percent. Finally, we infused the beer with Madagascar vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and sea salt to achieve a full Salted Caramel-style drinking experience.
“Parabolita has the girth and richness of Parabola, but with a creamier texture,” said Brewmaster Matt Brynildson. “The cocoa nibs and vanilla really accentuate the beer’s boozy caramel malt character. It somehow manages to be massive, mellow, and drinkable.”

Dark fruit on the palate with flavors of wild berries, milk chocolate, toffee, black cherry, and ground nutmeg. Rich and structured, this wine has beautiful acidity that lingers through to a long, mouthwatering finish. -- Winery Notes
This extremely ripe and bold style of Pinot Noir will please those seeking such lushness. Dark in the glass, it begins with black cherry, toasty caramel and cola milk shake aromas. The palate is hefty and heavy, carrying ripe berry but also tart red-plum-skin flavors, as licorice adds spice

#1 Wine in the Wine Enthusiast Cellar Selection of 2025
Ground ginger and wildflowers swirl around warm, baking apples, creating a nose that's both cozy and fresh. A pop of zippy lemon follows, with a punchy hit of tart lemon curd adding a crisp edge. This wine plays between warmth and zing, keeping each sip lively and irresistibly drinkable, yet time in the cellar will do magic. Drink Now - 2040 —
Rated 98/100 The Wine Enthusiast
The base wine for Riserva Lunelli is fermented and aged in older Austrian oak barrels (225- and 400-litre). 100% Chardonnay, it spends 80 months on lees. Aromatic with wood spice, pears and golden apples, it's pronounced on the palate with nuts and cooked fruit, along with smoke and brioche. The acidity is fresh, and it has a long and savoury finish with a hint of honey. Drinking beautifully now but will still age. Disgorged 2023. Dosage 2g/l.

De Leite Fils a Papa No. 17 Barrel Aged IPA...$6.99 / 11.2oz bottle
IPA aged on whisky and rum barrel
6% ABV
De Leite Fils a Papa No. 17 is a rare, barrel-aged Belgian IPA that layers bright, zesty hop character over deep, spirit-soaked complexity. Brewed at West Flanders’ boutique De Leite Brewery, this 6% ABV release is matured in both whisky and rum barrels, picking up warm vanillin, subtle oak tannin, tropical spice, and a gentle molasses edge without losing its crisp Belgian yeast profile. The result is a brilliantly balanced hybrid: lively, citrus-driven bitterness interwoven with soft barrel sweetness, making Fils a Papa No. 17 one of the most distinctive and small-batch barrel-aged ales.
Brouwerij De Leite is a craft brewery located in Oostkamp (near Bruges), Belgium, founded in 2008 by Luc Vermeersch along with partners Etienne Van Poucke and Paul Vanneste. The brewery originally began as a garden-shed hobby project in 1997, evolving over time into a full commercial operation with a dedicated brewing hall and barrel-aging capacity. De Leite is known for its inventive beer portfolio, often blending traditional Belgian styles (tripels, sour ales) with barrel ageing and infusion processes (rum, whisky, gin) that add depth and complexity. Their facility now features numerous oak barrels and foeders for ageing, showing their commitment to mature, crafted beer expressions.

Brasserie Fantome - legendary producer
Brasserie Fantome - legendary producer
Over the course of the last decade, we’ve seen the world’s best breweries imitated over and over again by a wave of newcomers wanting to capture the magic of the industry’s legends. Some of the new wave have even succeeded! We’ve enjoyed watching the evolution of modern pale ales, saisons, and sour ales quite a bit, in fact! But one brilliant brewery has remained untouched by imitators: Belgium’s Brasserie Fantome.
We’d attribute this to an essential, inimitable weirdness that is at the heart of every bottle of Fantome’s rustic, funky beers. Only one brewery can make this stuff, and we’re just fine with that. These beers are as delightful as they are unclassifiable, and while they might not all conform to BJCP style guidelines, they are always worth a space in your glass.

Saison with oats, collab with Avoine
A rustic and beautifully wild collaboration with Avoine, Fantôme Bière de Cheval brings the house’s signature farmhouse funk together with silky oats for added body and depth. Expect a hazy, glowing saison layered with herbal nuance, soft grain sweetness, and that unmistakable Fantôme earthiness. It’s an expressive, countryside-in-a-glass tribute to traditional Belgian brewing with a modern, textural twist.
Fantome Chocolat...$16.99 / 750ml
Saison with cocoa and chili
Fantôme Chocolat transforms the classic farmhouse saison into something entirely new, weaving in cocoa and subtle chili heat for a complex, dark-toned experience. An enchanting, genre-bending brew only Fantôme could create.
Fantome Double Blaireau...$16.99 / 750ml
Smooth, rustic saison with Challenger hops
Double Blaireau (Badger) showcases Fantôme’s rustic side in full force, brewed with Challenger hops to add bright, green, lightly spicy hop character. Smooth, rounded, and deeply expressive, it’s a saison that layers soft malt, subtle orchard fruit, and countryside herbal tones into a wonderfully drinkable, old-world Belgian profile. A quintessential Fantôme one-off with charm and finesse.
Fantome OOUUPPSS!...$16.99 / 750ml
Peppery saison, collab with Mariatorgets Mikrobryggeri (Stockholm)
Playful by name and nature, Fantôme OOUUPPSS! is a lively, peppery saison brewed in collaboration with Mariatorgets. Expect a burst of farmhouse spice, citrusy lift, and classic Fantôme funk, all wrapped in their trademark effervescence. It’s an energetic, personality-driven saison that celebrates spontaneity, creativity, and the joy of off-the-wall brewing
Fantome Pissenlit...$16.99 / 750ml
Magical saison brewed w/ dandelion flowers
A true cult favorite, Fantôme Pissenlit is brewed with hand-picked dandelion flowers, giving this saison its unmistakable floral, herbal, and slightly bitter signature. Light, whimsical, and gently rustic, it captures the magic of spring meadows in a bottle, blending Fantôme’s airy funk with botanical elegance. An iconic, storybook saison that showcases the brewery’s wild imagination.
