Bunnahabhain 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch
Bunnahabhain 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch...$279.99
Our Bunnahabhain 18 year whisky is non-chill filtered and natural colour, this rich mahogany malt is one of the Bunnahabhain family favourites. It is intensely warming; with dried fruit, sherry, toffee and spices leading to a rich honeyed nuttiness and the slightest hint of sea salt.
2021 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
2021 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley....$233.99
The flagship 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (90% from Champoux Vineyard and 10% from Mach One Vineyard) raised all in new barrels. It's slightly deeper hued than the CVR and has a stunning nose of blackcurrants, smoked tobacco, toasted spices, and graphite with a beautiful varietal, herbal undertone that comes through with time in the glass. Deep, rich, full-bodied, and velvety textured, this thrilling Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon will benefit from 4-5 years of bottle age and evolve for two decades. This is unquestionably up with the greatest vintages of this cuvée ever made.
Rated 100/100 Jeb Dunnuck
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon erupts with a classic Quilceda Creek expression. A big, bold and boisterous wine, it presents a fresh, juicy attack with gobs of succulent, ripe, fresh fruit tones complemented by plenty of oak essences. The palate is full-bodied, fresh, layered and complex, showcasing balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins. The elongated finish suggests that while it can be enjoyed now, patience will be generously rewarded with additional years in the cellar. However, keeping your hands off this gorgeous wine will take a lot of self-discipline. The wine aged for 20 months in 100% French oak. 65,520 bottles produced.

Rated 91/100 Tim Atkin
(Master of Wine and wine writer for Decanter Magazine)
We find the typical aromatic and flavor spectrum of the typical Kiwi SB to be very abrupt and we find many of those wines lean in the mid palate. Consequently, we often find the back palate acid structures to be unnecessarily aggressive. So when Stuart and James Downes told us they were making SB that a Riesling drinker would appreciate, they had our attention. Sauv Blanc in Elgin can often be a bit green and vegetal. Most attempts to build the mid palate of these wines result in an overly pungent version of that aromatic component. By using a tiny amount of barrel fermented and aged SB, they’re able to create a wine with great length and raciness, drawing out these wonderful mineral notes, but with plenty of power and richness in the mid palate. Production is around 2500 cases.

The term "Mystery Malt" in whisky refers to a single malt Scotch whisky whose distillery of origin is intentionally not disclosed. This is done due to a confidentiality agreements between independent bottlers and distilleries.
Pinpointing the distillery behind a "Mystery Malt" like this requires interpreting subtle clues in the whisky's description and tasting notes. The term "Speyside's Finest" suggests a well-regarded distillery in the Speyside region. Based on the details (15 years, Oloroso Sherry maturation, cask strength), a few distilleries come to mind:
If you google it most likely options, these would be your top three candidates: we cannot tell you which one though
Macallan
- Known for its mastery of sherry cask aging, Macallan produces rich, fruit-forward whiskies with a similar profile. The use of Oloroso Sherry casks aligns with Macallan's signature style.
- Why it fits: The "finest" description and sherry-focused production suggest it could be Macallan, often featured in independent bottlings under pseudonyms.
Glenfarclas
- Glenfarclas specializes in sherry-cask maturation and releases with rich, spicy, and fruity profiles. Their long history and independence might make them willing partners for Murray McDavid.
- Why it fits: The high ABV and cask influence resemble Glenfarclas characteristics.
Glenlivet
- While more diverse in its cask approach, Glenlivet often has independent bottlings with Oloroso finishes, emphasizing elegance and Speyside's lighter side.
- Why it fits: A big-name distillery that fits the "finest" branding, though less exclusively sherry-oriented.

Barrel-Aged Blend
When our founder John McDonald delivered thefirst keg of Pale Ale on November 17th 1989, the beer scene was vastly different than today. John set out to “do something different” and since that day, year after year, beer after beer, that spirit of innovation remains the same. We are celebrating 35 years of creativity and collaboration with this barrel-aged blend, aged in Soft Red Wheat Bourbon barrels and Ben Holladay Bottled in Bond barrels from our friends at Holladay Distillery. Toppling Goliath Pils
Our Pilsner is brewed with simplicity and results in the harmonious confluence of meticulously executed old-world traditions and ingredients. Our iteration of the Hochkurz mash schedule meant we’d be executing six different temperature rests, each of which carries a specific focus in mind; and while this is significantly more labor intensive than a current-day single infusion mash, the difference in the end result speaks for itself. An egg-white foam rests atop a crisp, clear, golden beer, with just a hint of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops coming through in the finish.

Domaine Collin Cremant de Limoux Brut
Why Crémant is the Unsung Hero of French Sparkling Wine
The Collin family has made Champagne for generations but Philippe Collin moved to Limoux to establish his own domaine, where land is a fraction of the price and the region has a history of fine sparkling. The local Mauzac grape here has been replaced by a classic Champagne blend. It’s bright and lively with zippy acidity, ripe apple fruit and fine texture. Shows what the area is capable of.
Rated 91/100 Decanter
Technical Notes: This wine is produced in a traditional method with a second fermentation taking place in the bottle. This wine has a low, 6 grams of residual sugar per liter, in comparison to Brut champagne which generally ranges from 9 to 14 grams per liter.

High West Double Rye COGNAC Finish
High West Double Rye COGNAC Finish...$59.99
105 proof
High West’s core Double Rye has a high-spice character and complexity, made by blending two rye whiskies: A 2-year-old rye with a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% barley malt.
A 7-year-old rye with a mashbill of 53% rye and 37% corn.
This whiskey undergoes additional aging in cognac barrels, which impart fruity and nutty notes from the brandy-soaked oak. This finishing adds depth and elegance, rounding out the spice with flavors of dried fruits, caramel, and subtle floral hints.

Tempus Fugit Gran Classico Bitter Back in Stock!
This is a bitter apĂ©ritif liqueur created following the “Italian Bitter of Turin” recipe dating from the 1860s. It was originally produced in Turin, Italy under the name Torino Gran Classico. The recipe was purchased in 1925 by the small Swiss distillery E. LuginbĂĽhl, and a version has been produced for mostly local consumption ever since. Gran Classico was developed by reverting back to the original recipe; it is made from a maceration of 25 aromatic herbs and roots including wormwood, gentian, bitter orange peel, rhubarb, and hyssop. The maceration also creates a naturally attractive, golden-amber color, and no additional coloring is added. Gran Classico Bitter stands alone on ice or with seltzer water, but has amazing range as a modifier for many recipes and spirits. It has offered the cocktailian culture a more complex, non-red alternative bitter ingredient for the world-famous Negroni.
A 100% natural bitter apéritif, Gran Classico is the perfect non-red alternative bitter ingredient for your Negroni. Made from a maceration of 25 aromatic herbs and roots including wormwood, gentian, bitter orange peel, rhubarb, and hyssop.
