New Belgium Limited releases

New Belgium / Oud Beersel Transatlantique Kriek...$12.99 /22oz
In a never-ending quest to create new beers and defy category, New Belgium Brewing and Old Beersel of Belgium have partnered to create Transatlantique Kriek, a spontaneously fermented lambic ale made with sour cherries. This authentic kriek beer began life in the oaken vessels at Gert en Jos Christiaens’ brewery in the Lembeek region of Belgium. After more than two years aging, Oud Beersel’s offering shipped across the Atlantic and found its way to the intuitive palate of New Belgium’s brewmaster, Peter Bouckaert. After much sampling and internal consultation, Peter and his brew staff created a full-bodied Belgian golden lager to round out the light-bodied kriek. The cherry nose gives way to a pleasingly sour flash across the palate that rolls gently into a slightly sweet finish. Crisp, effervescent carbonation keeps the mouthfeel bright and delightfully tingly.

New Belgium French Oak Saison...$12.99 / 22oz
To understand "Belgian-style beer" is to understand Belgium's nuanced regions and historical past. To the north, we have Flanders, a region invaded and occupied by many foreign powers over hundreds of years, known for everything from white beer to oak-aged sour brown ales.
To the south, we have Wallonia, a region known for its rich farmland, industrial coalfields, French culture and farmhouse ales like Biere de Garde and saison. Our French Oak Saison pulls inspiration from both regions by marrying a dry, hop-forward Wallonia-style saison with a golden ale soured in French oak foeders for 15 to 18 months -- a method derived from Flanders. The rye and spelt grains in the saison contribute to a medium-light body while the Huell Melon and Tettnang hops give aromas of honeydew and white pepper.

The result is a rustic, goldenrod yellow saison offering pleasant lemon and white grape aromas and a bright, mouthwatering sourness with a clean, dry finish.

Public House Campus Werks Provision Farmhouse Ale...$9.99 / 4pk
Aromatic, spicy and hoppy, with notes of orange peel and lemon zest, our Provision Farmhouse Ale has a distinctive dry finish. Deep gold in color, this beer is not filtered so it contains haze from the yeast left in solution.
Rustic and artisanal, this beer is a salute to the farmers who supply our Fermentation Campus and kitchen with fresh, local ingredients. Originally brewed to sustain hardworking farmers through long, hot summers, this beer has a higher ABV than traditional farmhouse ales. Whether you've been working your mind or body, Provision will invigorate your senses.
ABV: 7.0%

Public House Campus Werks Soest Road....$9.99 / 4pk
After years of researching and developing small-batch beers released only on draft in our Rolla Brewpub, we are sharing our findings in a new line, complete with new packaging. This limited release beer line called the CampusWerk Series gives more people accessibility to flavors only Rolla-area beer enthusiasts previously enjoyed.
We released the first of four beers in the series in April. Called Soest Road circa 1995, this beer is a Belgian-style Dubbel coming in at 6.5% ABV.
Soest Road is where Public House Brewing Company cofounder Josh Stacy grew up learning about beer and the brewing process with his home-brewing family. This brew galvanized Stacy’s passion for craft beer. Rich and malty, with hints of caramel and dried fruit, he may have polished off an entire keg by himself. But he swears it wasn’t in one sitting.
The CampusWerks Series represents the results of an innovative partnership with the brewery’s next-door neighbors at St. James Winery. Combining two award-winning fermentation approaches, we inspire each other and work together to develop flavor profiles in craft beverages that are thoughtful, local and sustainable.
Our Fermentation Campus is like a cross between an artist’s workshop and a technology think tank. It’s a place to elevate our thinking and open our minds to new levels of learning and understanding. It’s where research, development, creativity and inspiration flow together into something amazing to drink.

Savage and Cooke Whiskeys!!

The Savage & Cooke distillery, owned by Napa Valley winemaker Dave Phinney, is located on historic Mare Island and is scheduled to open in Fall 2017. The decision to locate the distillery on Mare Island was due to it’s fascinating history as a naval shipyard, the plethora of space, stunning brownstone buildings and its proximity to both the Napa Valley and San Francisco. Savage & Cooke will distill, age and bottle a range of brown spirits including Bourbon, Whiskey and Rye.

Savage and Cooke Second Glance...$36.99

Savage and Cooke The Burning Chair Bourbon Whiskey...$49.99
Intense and expressive, this is the first release of Dave Phinney’s highly anticipated four year-old Bourbon.

2015 Domaine Faiveley Corton Clos du Corton....$242.99
Saturated dark red-ruby. Distinctly dark aromas of black cherry, licorice and violet convey an impression of medicinal reserve. Powerful black cherry, crunchy raspberry and licorice flavors boast remarkable intensity and energy but come across as less austere at this stage than normal. A huge wine with the structure for a 25-year evolution in bottle but there's something almost feminine about its fine-grained texture.

2015 Domaine Faiveley Chambertin Clos de Beze...$399.99
Discreet but not invisible wood serves as a backdrop for the airy, ripe and very pure red and dark cherry, earth and wonderfully broad-ranging spice notes. There is terrific punch to the big, robust, tautly structured and well-muscled flavors that ooze with minerality and buckets of mid-palate sap that buffers the prominent tannic spine on the youthfully austere finish. This massively long effort should age glacially but gracefully for several decades.

Rated 93-96/100 Vinous
Rated 93-96/100 Burghound

2015 Domaine Faiveley Latricieres Chambertin...$272.99
A ripe yet airy and cool nose offers up aromas of essence of red and dark raspberry with plenty of floral influence along with subtle spice, earth and herbal tea nuances. There is terrific concentration to the rich and remarkably concentrated medium weight plus flavors that brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract, all wrapped in a saline, balanced and highly persistent finish that just doesn't stop. I often have a very small preference for the Mazis chez Faiveley but in 2015 the Latricières may very well better it.

New lower prices, some of the best prices online now!

Port Dundas 12 Year Old Single Grain Whisky...$35.99

"This unusual single grain Scotch whisky is from one of Scotland's most historic closed distilleries. Set beside the Forth and Clyde Canal on a hill overlooking the vibrant city of Glasgow, Port Dundas was a prominent local landmark for two centuries; fortunately, remaining stocks still allow us a glimpse of that glorious past.
The 12 year old single grain Scotch Whisky, aged in American Oak casks, is different from traditional Scotch whiskies.  Is is fresh, sweet and wonderfully light on its feet.  Fruity ripe banana and crisp green apples lead the spicy-sweet nose into honeyed, buttery rum toffee, while a light, creamy-smooth textures that embraces vanilla-rich flavors of cereal barr and chocolate dominates the almost effervescent palate, leaving a clean, nutty and warming finish.

Port Dundas 18 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky...$74.99

"This unusual single grain Scotch whisky is from one of Scotland's most historic closed distilleries. Set beside the Forth and Clyde Canal on a hill overlooking the vibrant city of Glasgow, Port Dundas was a prominent local landmark for two centuries; fortunately, remaining stocks still allow us a glimpse of that glorious past.
This 18 Year Old, long aged in American Oak casks, is complex yet easy going, with a rich and indulgent flavor. Buttery toffee and crisp fruit lead the spicy-sweet nose into milk chocolate, marshmallow and sweet wheaty biscuit, while the smooth texture delivers sweet, creamy flavors of nutty butterscotch and vanilla that are spicily balanced by white pepper on the delicious palate. This finish is long, powerful and sweetly warming. Simply delicious!

More info:

Exclusively sourced from Totem Ridge vineyard. Totem Ridge Vineyards were planted in 1991 under the guidance of the late Paul VanderSchalie, whose history as a viticulturist in Knight’s Valley spanned thirty years and included his influence with Beringer Vineyards, and later the planting for nearby Peter Michael Winery. The soil is a rich rocky volcanic loam, allowing it to sustain the vines without the need for irrigation. By summer’s end the vines experience just enough hardship to respond by creating the intense and distinctive flavors for which Knight’s Valley is known.

The Bruery

The Bruery So Happens It's Tuesday...$16.99

Our infamous Black Tuesday® stout is named in honor of the great stock market crash of 1929. So Happens It’s Tuesday is similarly dark and delicious, but in a more affable format, reminding us that there is always a bit of good to be found within the bad. Things happen, life goes on. This beer can be enjoyed in all of those moments and seasons.

The Bruery Midnight Autumn Maple...$9.99
The nights are getting darker and autumn is in its element. This variation of our fall seasonal brings both forces together for a limited time. Midnight Autumn Maple is a dark imperial ale brewed with midnight wheat, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, maple syrup and a whole lot of yams.

The Bruery Share This: Mint Chip...$12.99
Share This is a series of beers that spotlights unique ingredients and important causes. This decadent imperial stout is inspired by mint chip flavors, recreated by adding spearmint leaves and cacao nibs to a rich base featuring chocolaty notes of its own. Share This: Mint Chip pairs perfectly with supporting Food Forward, who is chipping away at hunger relief across Southern California, reaching over 100,000 people a month with recovered fresh foods. For every bottle produced, we donate $1 to support Food Forward®, which donates fresh produce to hunger relief agencies across Southern California.

The Bruery Mash & Coconut...$18.99
This is our bourbon barrel-aged imperial brown ale, Mash, stretching to new levels. Mash & Coconut features nearly 400lbs. of toasted coconut per batch, which ratchets up the complex, native coconut character and complements the oaky and vanilla notes that are imparted to the beer as part of its extensive maturation in bourbon barrels.

The Bruery Terreux The Wanderer...$18.99
Beer has changed. We have changed. Our early experiments with fruited sours and blending have matured into a standalone brewery that focuses exclusively on sour and wild beers at Bruery Terreux. You could say the nomadic platypus now has a roof to linger under.
To achieve the ideal profile of The Wanderer, the majority of the blend features wine barrel-aged sour ale with blackberries and cherries. We then folded a small portion of our bourbon barrel-aged anniversary ale into it for additional layers of oak, vanilla and toffee, accentuating the dark fruit notes and delightfully sour tinge. Whether it’s a trip down memory lane or your first experience with these flavors, we hope you enjoy the journey.

The Bruery Bruery Terreux Frucht with Peaches...$9.99
Welcome to Frucht, our land of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels – the largest known to be fabricated in this country. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. Each installment in the series will feature a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has peaches added, which add a ripe, juicy sweet character to the already tart and racy beer.
