Fuenteseca Tequila Blanco Huerta Singular

2013 Fuenteseca Tequila Blanco Huerta Singular...$69.99
Fuenteseca Tequila Cosecha 2013 (45.7% ABV) Made entirely from a single orchard of agave grown at 5,250’ elevation, Enrique Fonseca realized upon harvesting in 2013 that these agave were too dynamic to mix with others for a larger production. Instead he separated the El Maguey field plants, slowly baked them at low pressure, and double-distilled the spirit in a copper alembic pot still. He then rested the tequila for three years to achieve a complete rested oxygenation before finally bottling the small quantity in the Fall of 2016.

Tuaca Liqueur- A classic!!

Also available in 50ml "mini airplane" bottles
Tuaca Liqueur....$18.99 / 750ml
Tuaca is an enticing blend of Italian Brandy, Mediterranean Citrus and Vanilla Spice. It has a storied history with a recipe that remains much the same as when it helped fuel the Italian Renaissance. Tuaca is a fine spirit with subtle notes of vanilla and citrus, hints of butterscotch, cola, dried fig and other flavors that reveal themselves uniquely to each individual drinker. The result is a complex and versatile flavor that can be enjoyed chilled or used to bring new life to your favorite cocktail.

Dr. McGillicudy's Whiskey

In stock at all 4 locations plus 50ml bottles sizes in stock too!

Dr. McGillicudy's Blackberry Whiskey...$12.99
While the Doctor likes a very wide range of tastes, the one thing he can’t tolerate is wimpy, watered down flavors. The deep, fruity, intense blackberry taste of this whiskey will give you ample proof of that. This whiskey is perfect for chilling in shots or mixed cocktails.

Dr. McGillicudy's Apple Whiskey...$12.99
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with the Doctor’s Apple Whiskey - smooth and distinctive. It’s infused with naturally crisp apple flavors and just a hint of tartness. So, find yourself some good company and enjoy this tasty treat.

Dr. McGillicudy's Honey Whiskey...$12.99
The Doctor’s Shady Eye Saloon was always a beehive of activity. We suspect that might be what inspired the Doctor to create his Honey Whiskey. Natural honey flavor blended with whiskey results in a smooth, easy to drink spirit that is not too sweet, full bodied, and satisfying.

Redemption Wheated Bourbon

Redemption Wheated Bourbon....$36.99

Highland Park Valkyrie Single Malt Scotch

Highland Park Valkyrie Single Malt Scotch...$69.99
45.9% ABV
Plunging down from the dark heavens, the Valkyries would descend like avenging angels on horseback to comb the battlefields for the bravest of the fallen warriors, heroes fit to enter the great Norse god Odin’s hall, Valhalla. VALKYRIE celebrates our rich Nordic ancestry here on Orkney, where we were once part of a vast Viking kingdom, and its packaging was designed by internationally renowned designer and Viking Soul, Jim Lyngvild. Exquisitely balanced and delivering wave upon wave of warm aromatic smoke and richly ripened fruit, VALKYRIE is the first in a series of three special Viking Legend releases and has just been awarded the Chairman’s Trophy in the 2017 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, scoring 99 out of 100.

The Wild Beer Co.!

In stock now at Forsyth - very limited
These are beers that are not distributed, here, we special order them.  We have had a few of their beers before.
Fresh load!
Have been waiting for registration for awhile

The Wild Beer Co. Schnoodlepip...$19.99 / 750ml
An incredibly unusual beer made in collaboration with three brewers
A collaboration of three brewers, three nationalities and six ideas brought together to learn, experiment and enjoy. Made by Kelly Ryan from Good George Beer in NZ, Brett Ellis (originally from the US) from the Wild Beer Co, and Mark Tranter from Burning Sky Brewery. This beer explores new ideas, techniques, ingredients, combinations and processes.
Using all three brewers combined knowledge and experiences to create an incredibly unusual and complex beer, this utilises every opportunity to take advantage of amazing ingredients and try alternative techniques.

The vanilla pods add something a little special to the character of the beer. Helping produce an elegant, creamy, soothing confection of aromas and flavours. It’s like a rich dessert in a glass.

The Wild Beer Co. Sleeping Lemons Export...$5.99 / 11.2oz

Inspired by a Moroccan preserved lemons
At first we launched Sleeping Lemons, 3.6% with a tart, zingy acidity and rounded salt character, it was the perfect sunshine beer. It was our firm favourite all through the summer, however it’s not summer anymore…
Sleeping Lemons Export comes in at 6% lending a bigger, maltier body to the beer. The fuller mouthfeel and warming alcohol bring decadent flavours of lemon meringue pie to the character of this beer and the acidity is more rounded and reminiscent of lemon curd.
Made with preserved lemons, this re-release of an old favourite, now available in our 330ml bottles for you selfish people out there who feel sharing is all too much...

The Wild Beer Co. Bliss...$6.99 / 11.2oz
"Secret Spices + Roasted Apricots + Wild Yeast"
6% ABV
Apricots and a hush-hush blend of spices.
We love a Belgian-style Saison but with this blissful version, we’ve added our own Wild interpretation with a dash of funky Brettanomyces yeast plus roasted apricots and a hush-hush blend of spices. This is the sort of beer where study and contemplation is essential, or if you’re hungry, why not try it with chicken jalfrezi or lamb tagine? Rich roasted stone fruit is added to the end of the boil, not the fermentation, giving a big round fruit character but not too much sweetness. This makes for an extraordinary beer with an array of aromas followed by a spicy, tart and peppery palate, creating a long lingering finish.

George Remus Bourbon Whiskey

George Remus Bourbon Whiskey...$36.99

47% ABV
From Apothecary to Kingpin, George Remus created one of the most intricate, successful bootlegging operations of Prohibition. GEORGE REMUS® Bourbon captures the rebellious spirit of that era with a hint of vanilla, a maple aroma and a sweet-yet-characteristic rye flavor.

Saying George Remus was just a bootlegger is like saying Hemingway was just a writer. In the 1920s, if baseball had Ruth, bourbon had Remus.

But this King George didn't reside in England, he was a son of Cincinnati. Starting as an apothecary, he soon found a loophole or two to craft bourbon for "medicinal purposes."

Knowing a great opportunity when he saw it, and a great bourbon when he created it, he began his Prohibition empire. While he respected the Volstead Act, to King George, it was but a mere suggestion.

Holding uncompromising standards, King George demanded two things from his circle of trusted workers: a mash bill to his exact specifications, and of course, the ability to keep a secret.

But when you craft a bourbon this good, a secret can be a hard thing to keep.

Stone Brewing Ruin Ten Triple IPA with Orange and Vanilla

In stock now - should be arriving at all 4 locations today

Stone Brewing Ruin Ten Triple IPA with Orange and Vanilla...$7.49 / 22oz
Loud and aggressive in hops, Stone RuinTen Triple IPA has earned a rabid following of hopheads who clamor for its return each year.

Thanks to its mega-hopped success, we created its very own recipe remix—featuring orange peel and vanilla bean. Categorically speaking it’s a modern-day, more electric and eccentric take on an orangesicle. The introduction of these two newbie ingredients still delivers the original’s beloved whopping amount of hops but their pure, raw presence turns it into one silky, sweet jam session of flavor.

2015 BFM Abbaye de Saint Bon -Chien...$23.99 / 750ml
"Boldly treading the boundary between port, wine and beer, l'Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien is a unique ale aged in wooden casks which have been used for several years before to age Merlot, Merlot Cabernet, Whisky and then Grappa. It manages to merge into L'Abbaye all the complex aromas of a vintage red wine along with the delicate harmony and flavors of the wood and its former contents. This process requires close monitoring of the beer's evolution. The final version is blended from different casks, to ensure optimal balance, complexity and enjoyment! A mere one thousand bottles have been earmarked for the US market in 2006. [Thus named in fond memory of Bon-Chien, the late brewery cat, deceased in June 2005, whose antics were very popular with brewery visitors] Try it with pan-fried duck breast or foie gras déglacéed with Modena balsamic vinegar… or with a high cocoa contents dark chocolate."--importer

Odell Brewing Brazzle

Odell Brewing Brazzle...$14.99 / 750ml
Sour Golden Raspberry Aged in Oak Barrels.
Named after the color of Fool’s Gold, Brazzle Sour Golden Raspberry is aged in oak barrels with wild yeasts and 300 pounds of golden raspberries. Don’t be fooled by the bubbly light mouth-feel and delicate raspberry sweetness, there’s a subtle tartness that is not quite sour enough to make you pucker, but will prickle the back of your tongue, leaving a crisp and refreshing finish.

Abita To-Gose

In stock now at Forsyth
Abita To-Gose...$7.49 / 6pk
In New Orleans, to-go cups mean the fun (and the beer) doesn’t always have to stay inside the bar. To-Gose is Abita’s refreshing take on a traditional Gose beer – a slightly salty and sour beer style. Brewed with malted wheat and barley and German Perle Hops, fresh key limes are added during aging to create this sour ale with hints of lime, coriander and sea salt.

Piney River Access lager

Piney River Ozarks Lager River Access...$8.49 / 6pk

Marked or unmarked, a river access is what we all pine for. We relax and unwind at a river access. In the Ozarks we seek out a river access to take a dip, to wet a line, to start a float trip, and to find our happy place. This Ozarks Lager is the perfect pairing for your favorite access on your favorite river.
