Maui is back!
Maui Hula O Maui Pineapple Sparkling Wine...$21.99
Floral. fruity. unique. enthusiastic. captivating. fresh cut pineapple. lemon zest. bubble gum. lasting charm.
A WORD FROM THE WINE I’m a one of a kind. Drink me now, or wait a bit and save me for a special occasion within the next few years. I am Maui in a bottle, a combination of pineapple and bubbles, and I just make sense. When they talk about how sweet I am, they call me a Brut. I’m a morning wine. If you put me in a flute with some orange juice, I can be really nice. I can handle lots of foods because of how crisp I am, but I really like spicy food and lighter fare.
100% Maui Gold. fresh-cut pineapple. lively. tropical. crisp. playful. off-dry.
A WORD FROM THE WINE
I built this winery, I was the first thing in the bottle and I’m the top producer in my company year after year for a reason. I’m only somewhat sweet which makes me likeable to both dry wine and sweet wine drinkers and also really good with spicy foods. I also make a great sangria for summertime. Drink me now.

T.W. Pitchers Radlers
According to legend, one sunny afternoon a small Bavarian pub was inundated with thirsty cyclists. Rather than run out of beer, the crafty barman added a barrel of citrus juice to his brew. Thus, the Radler was born. Inspired by this concept, we created TW Pitchers' Radler, a refreshingly crisp blend of lager and grapefruit juice with a hint of blood orange for good measure. Wunderbar!
This tasty IPA is loaded with mosaic and citra hops and blended with a touch of passion fruit and lychee post-fermentation. Juicy IPA, IPA shandy...call it what you want - we call it delicious and seriously crushable.
Mosaic and citra hops provide a juicy profile that strikes the perfect balance with subtle additions of tropical fruit. A soft mouthfeel and a clean, rounded finish that avoids piney bitterness make Tropic Plunder the epitome of an easy drinking, sessionable IPA.
We came up with the idea for Snake Bite in England, where pub-goers have been blending lager and apple cider for years. TW Pitchers' Snake Bite is the first American version of this popular British shandy.
Crisp apple up front, a splash of tart cranberry, and a subtle malt backbone...Snake Bite is refreshing, balanced, and not too sweet. Cheers!
T.W. Pitchers Pomegranate Lemonade Wheat Ale...$8.99 / 6pk
A crisp wheat ale blended with fresh pomegranate lemonade, pop top will have you hightailing it to the great outdoors to kick up your feet and soak up some suds n'sunshine. Cheers.
2016 Four Graces Pinot Noir Willamette Valley.
2016 Four Graces Pinot Noir Willamette Valley....$18.98
We are the lowest price in the country on Wine-Searcher
Amazing price, compare to $32 at the winery and $21.99 at Total Wine and More in Missouri.
This 2016 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir adorns a beautiful ruby color. An expressive bouquet of raspberry, Bing cherry and forest floor come to life on the nose. The mouth is bright and balanced, with focused flavors of red cherry, black pepper and background hints of light roast coffee.
"Oregon has never had three consecutive vintages like this," said Dick Shea of Shea Vineyards on Oregon 2014, 2015, 2016
2016 not rated, but the 2015 scored big
An expressive and supple version, with a complex core of lively tannins and acidity, plus accents of black cherry, cinnamon and spice that linger toward the minerally finish. Drink now through 2024. 14,140 cases made.

Stone Woot Stout 2018
Stone Woot Stout 2018 ...$8.49 / 22oz
This barrel-aged palate-saver has been a favorite among our fans—and us—since its inception in 2013. Pecans, wheat, flaked rye and bourbon-soaked barrels provide this whopping, complex superhero version of an imperial stout with a profound complexity that makes it ideal for cellaring—if you can wait that long. Now, we can’t say this beer bestows jedi powers, exactly, but your taste buds may just be fooled into believing as much. A special thanks to Amanda Conner, who illustrated this year's label to support The Hero Initiative.

Firestone Walker Stickee Monkee...$8.99 / 375ml
Barrel-Aged Central Coast Quad
2018
Brewed with Belgian candi sugar and aged in a selection of fine bourbon barrels, Stickee Monkee trailblazes its own category as a “Central Coast Quad.” The name Stickee Monkee is a nod to the Central Coast’s native Sticky Monkey flower, as well as a shout‐out to the Belgian monks who pioneered the Quad style.
It has been said that the only constant is change and the same is true for barrel-aged beers. Cut from a similar recipe, this barrel-aged Quad evolves and shows a different face each year; a result of time spent aging in the barrel. Turbinado brown sugar from Mexico adds wonderful molasses flavors that are reminiscent of Belgian candi sugar. It has a full body and lush texture with barrel expression all over; toasted oak, coconut, leather and rich cigar tobacco.

Paul John Indian Single Malt Whisky
THE GREAT INDIAN SINGLE MALT
As each drop is as delicate as a pearl on a sting, with the golden waves colliding with the pulsating spices from India- the Great Indian Single Malt is one of the most versatile spirits on the table. The 6-Row Barley used in the malt is specially grown in the foothills of Himalayas and is harvested during summer for its perfect maturity, unlike the two-row barley from Scotland. The boldness is admired with a lot more proteins and tannins, as a result, there is a lot of fatty acids that adds to the character.'
From germination to malting and peating of these special barley grains comes with a distinctive smokiness and taste; while the non-chill filtering helps in retaining their original color and taste. For Peated Whisky, Peat is imported from Scotland – Islay and Aberdeen. Goa’s weather is endured as it helps in the faster maturation at an angel share of 8%, than any other whisky produced in the colder climate. The double distillation of the single malt in traditionally designed copper pot stills makes the spirit acquire a distinct, rich, full-bodied flavor.

It couldn’t gather more brilliance than this!
Nose : The Demerara sugars give off a whiff of sweet fragrances, with a hint of cinnamon, dash of honey and faint spices.
Palate : Sweet and spice and all things nice, make this Single Malt. The honey-like smoothness is offset by the crunchy-bar-like crispness. Somewhere, there is also a tinge of cocoa.
Finish : Brilliance has a smooth and beautifully relaxed finish, with a hint of mild spices and deep intense vanilla.
Colour : Sparkling copper.
Paul John Indian Single Malt Whisky Edited...$54.99

With a hint of Peat
Edited is for the extraordinary. We poured forth all our mastery into crafting this Single Malt. The hint of peat has been skilfully created from discreetly chosen cask profiles. All to delight the true whisky connoisseur.
Hear the sea off Goa tell its own stories, unedited.
Nose: Honey and cocoa are laced with a hint of smokiness and a shot of espresso. A deeper whiff reveals fruity fragrances.
Palate: The grassy flavours of barley show up first, but gently make way for subtle peat notes. They slowly dissolve and pave the way for a rush of mint and mocha.
Finish: The finish is long and drawn out. You can sense a hint of spice and chocolate mint as it ends on gentle peat notes.
Colour: Amber gold.

Peated
Bold is a journey that leads you down the unexplored, unchartered terrains of Goa. It offers you a slice of its best-kept secrets, unravelling the mysteries, bit by little bit. This expression of ours invites you to leave the trail, tread the path less taken and plunge headlong into the delicious depths of Goa.
Nose: After the slightest whiff of smoke, a dizzying array of Manuka honey, prickly spice and bourboneque red liquorice takes over.
Palate: This melt-in-the-mouth malt has the most profound flavours crashing in like waves. At first, the delivery feels sublimely silky and studded with oak-like honey. And just when you think you’ve savoured it all, you are surprised by a hefty second wave of spice. This is followed by a cloudy, smoky feel that coats the roof of the mouth and leaves a tidal wave of dry molasses, peaty soot and a degree of copper in its wake.
Finish: Bold has a light finish with a tinge of copper slowly making its presence known. You can also sense a gorgeous smoked mocha shaped by delicate and intricate spices.
Colour: Liquid Gold

Palate: As the crisp Muscovado and Demerara sugars create layered nuances, the smokiness of the Single Malt sets in, creating a perfect balance. A hint of spice radiates from the hickory and Dominican-style cocoa.
Finish: The delicate finish of this Single Malt has notes of Dominican cocoa laced with the tart edge of marmalade.
Colour: Golden mahogany.

Lagunitas Cherry Jane Sour Ale
Lagunitas Cherry Jane Sour Ale - 6pk
Brewed with Turkish Delight Cherry Juice
“From Prunus, I think,” said Brutus, the mink, as he took in a succulent taste. “That’s Cherry, you mean!”, cried Mary, the queen, and she sang with a bright rosy face. “You mean, it’s an ale?” posed Felix and Gail. Their minds ran rightfully a-race… “So what’s’it to beer?” asked an impatient Greer. “This is all just a frivolous waste!” or whatever…

Elephant Gin from Germany
Gin and Elephants. As combinations go, it’s not an obvious one. But Elephant Gin is more than just the obvious choice.
The founders were inspired to create Elephant Gin following their own adventures in Africa. With a vision to conserve the wildlife they feel so passionately for, they decided to launch a product that would help conservation trusts. They strongly believe that this generation has a responsibility to support the African wildlife today, so others can continue to enjoy it in the future.
With every full size bottle sold, Elephant Gin contributes 15% of profits to Big Life Foundation and Space for Elephants.
Up to date, Elephant Gin has contributed over EUR 350,000 to its partner foundations through the sales of its bottles as well as fundraising events. By working closely with the foundations, Elephant Gin ensures that the donations arrive on the ground and are contributed to select projects that are mutually agreed upon. In order to keep up to date on the progress and developments, the Elephant Gin team regularly visits the foundations.
Elephant London Dry Gin...$29.99
Elephant London Dry Gin is a handcrafted premium gin of 45% ABV that captures the spirit of Africa. Its innovative blend of 14 botanicals combines rare African ingredients with fresh apples that make Elephant Gin distinct from any other.
Design
The design of Elephant Gin’s logo as a stamp is a nod to the letters sent home by the 19th century explorers of Africa, in which they described the botanical discoveries they made. Writing letters was the only form of communication at the time, without which Elephant Gin may have never heard the tales of these explorers.
Each bottle is custom-made and embossed with a crest in the shape of the typical tribal shield.
Elephant Gin’s labels are hand-written by a calligrapher and carry the name of a past great tusker or elephant that its partner foundations currently help to protect.
Elephant Strength Gin...$39.99
Elephant Strength Gin is our take on a so-called “navy strength,” whose origin comes from the Royal English Navy and putting a gin to test by lighting it with gunpowder. If the gin had at least 57% ABV, then it surely survived the test and was proclaimed of navy strength.
Elephant Strength is based on the award-winning Elephant London Dry Gin and with its 57% ABV, it is stronger and richer than the original. The Strength encompasses twice the quantity of botanicals and a focus on the extraordinary African buchu, sweet orange peel and herbaceous mountain pine. It is a gentle giant!
Design
The Elephant Strength bottle takes inspiration from its naval origins with navy blue accents and an inviting map of the ocean, conjuring far-flung exploration and the spirit of adventure at the heart of the brand. Instead of the hemp string that ties around the London Dry bottles, the Strength Gin features a rope-like string with a charming miniature anchor hanging from it.
The Elephant Strength labels carry the names of the so-called Magnificent Seven: the strongest and most impressive elephants known to Kruger National Park, South Africa, these precious bull elephants all bore tusks weighing more than 50kg each.

Come to my world mate!
I’m going to finish my degree in marine biology and we’re moving to Australia
I told my wife to be
Well, that didn’t happen, I ended up a brewer
But not quite one of total ill repute.
One Sunday in May Costa showed up at my brewery
Later, we brewed a beer together
Come to my world, mate, says he
We haven’t quite yet
But we will.
Cheers & Mahalo plenty!

The beerness world
That having lost touch with the unconventional
We had turned to the convention
When guardian angels fall
Twisting, turning
Crashing, smashing
Returning into shards of earth
Stones to stones
Guardian Gargoyeles no more
Who should watch over us now?

What is so special about Schlenkerla Smokebeer?
Schlenkerla is a brewery AND a malting operation.
This was the standard configuration in brewing craft until the industrial revolution some 200 years ago. Today only very few breweries malt themselves anymore.
The malting technique at Schlenkerla is historic.
Our smoke malt is kilned directly over an open wood fire. The hot air from the fire dries the malt and smokes it at the same time. Until the invention of modern malting systems in the 18th century with heat exchangers running on coal, oil or gas, our method was THE standard. As the new industrial form of malting was much more cost efficient, the smoke kilns everywhere were closed down. Not so at Schlenkerla and hence our smoke malting has centuries of continuous history.
Schlenkerla Rauchbier is one of the last traditionally made smoked beers, whereas the smokey beers of modern craft breweries are usually made with industrially produced and then afterwards smoke flavored malts. As of 2017 there are only two breweries left in the world (both in Bamberg) that malt & brew Rauchbier the traditional way, hence Slow Food® has made Schlenkerla Rauchbier a passenger in its “Ark of Taste”.
Schlenkerla, the historic smoked beer brewery.
Not only the malting is ancient, but all relevant other elements of the production are as well. We brew in copper kettles using the old form of “decoction mashing”. Fermenting and lagering are still two separate steps in our brewing process. Lagering and maturation happen in hand caved rock cellars from 14th century below the brewery. Gravity pouring in our brewery tavern is done from traditional wooden barrels.
Schlenkerla Rauchbier is regarded as THE classic example of the smoked beer category.
Schlenkerla is run in the 6th family generation and was first documented back in 1405.
In sum: Schlenkerla Rauchbier is a sip of beer history. Drinking a Schlenkerla is like a small time travel. We are a living fossil from a brewing world that existed centuries ago.
