Jose Gourmet Spiced Calamari in Ragout Sauce
A squid wanted to be a painter. With eyes wide open, he would paint everything he saw. But, as soon as he was done painting, he would change colour and camouflage himself with his paintings. So no one would actually see him at his exhibitions.

Jose Gourmet Trout Fillets in Pickled Sauce
That trout would never stop: His first movement, he would swim in pure waters, the second movement, he would swim along the rivers and shores, the third movement he would climb mountains and the fourth movement…listened to Schubert.

Jose Gourmet Mackerel in Olive Oil
Tired of living the winter in the dark depths of the sea, a certain chub mackerel decided to change her destiny. Disguised as a fillet, she managed to pass by the sea-horse guards. Now she no longer shivers in fear, but shivers because of the cold.

  • Hush Heath Balfour Brut Rose

Hush Heath Estate Balfour 1503 Classic Cuvee English Sparkling Wine...$39.99
‘1503’ label, a reference to the date when Hush Heat estate’s historic manor house was built. Made from the property’s younger vineyards and with a slightly higher dosage than the original Balfour wines, these offer a very approachable yet still refined English fizz experience.

After harvest in mid- to late October, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and cuvées are blended with youthful freshness in mind. Malolactic fermentation helps create a softer, more approachable style. Secondary fermentation in bottle is followed by at least 12 months on lees prior to disgorgement with a ten degree dosage addition.
    Production: 3,300 cases

Hush Heath Estate Balfour Brut Rose 2013...$55.99
The exciting thing about vintage wines such as Balfour is the way the wines reveal the characteristics of each English summer.
2013 was an unusually late harvest as we waited patiently for the best balance of sugars and acid in our grapes. Picking began with the Pinot Noir on 22nd October and the final batch of Chardonnay came in on the 7th November.
    Pinot Noir - 44%
    Chardonnay - 48%
    Pinot Meunier - 8%

Hush Heath Estate Balfour Leslie's Reserve....$41.99
Named after the producer’s wife, Leslie, this delicious, traditional-method, English sparkling wine is made from selected cuvées and blended for a young, fresh style.
Cool fermentation in our state- of-the-art stainless steel vats ensures a clean, varietal fruit character. Secondary fermentation in the bottle is followed by a minimum of twelve months lees ageing.
    Pinot Noir
    Chardonnay
    Pinot Meunier

Hush Heath Estate Balfour 1503 Rose....$39.99
A delightful and vibrant rose, crisp well balanced acidity with fresh red berry fruit.

Laird's Old 7 ½ Year Old Apple Brandy

    Laird's Old 7 ½ Year Old Apple Brandy (80 Proof)...$28.99
Laird’s Old Apple Brandy was first introduced by the Laird Family in 1964 to commemorate New Jersey’s 300th anniversary. It is a 100% straight apple brandy aged in charred oak barrels. Once the brandy has rested for 7 ½ years in our barrel-ageing warehouses, a select tasting is done to determine which barrels will be used for this exclusive brandy. The aged brandy is then bottled at 80 proof. Our Laird’s Old Apple Brandy exudes aromas of baked apples and cedar, while apple, pear and wood dominate the palate. It is best enjoyed neat in a brandy snifter or in classic cocktails.

    Galliano L'Aperitivo Amaro

    Galliano L'Aperitivo Amaro...$14.99 / 375ml
Ideal for Negronis and other aperitivo cocktails, this bright red bitter is a touch lighter and more citrusy than standard-bearer Campari. The aroma skews fruity, while the palate is immediately bitter. A bit of red fruit emerges on the midpalate, while the long finish offers tones of grapefruit peel and cinnamon.
    Rated 94/100 The Wine Enthusiast

The unique recipe with an ABV of 24% includes many extracts and infusions of Mediterranean citrus: oranges, bergamots, bitter oranges, chinotto, tangerines and grapefruits. This fresh blend of citrus fruits makes our Galliano L’Aperitivo stand out.

The recipe also includes a subtle addition of the heart of Galliano L’Autentico, (the original botanical liqueur with over 30 herbs and spices) including Mediterranean Anise, Juniper, Cardamom, Sandal Wood, Sage, Lavender, Peppermint, Cinnamon and Vanilla.

The ingredients are macerated and rested at least 2 weeks in order to get the best out of the fruits, plants and herbs. After the aging process, all extracts are filtered and added to the final blend.

All the ingredients and aromatic distillates are carefully blended at Maraschi e Quirici in Torino.

Col. E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch Bourbon...$35.99
As founding father of the bourbon industry, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. left an indelible legacy. His dedication to distilling began at the close of the Civil War when he purchased O.F C. Distillery. There, he developed innovative techniques that are still in use today. Made by hand, this Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has been aged inside century old warehouses constructed by E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrels are evaluated and selected to create a perfect blend of distinctive character that is like no other. This bourbon is a true sipping bourbon that honors the uncompromising legacy of E.H. Taylor, Jr.
TASTING NOTES:  Tastes of caramel corn sweetness, mingled with butterscotch and licorice. The aftertaste is a soft mouth-feel that turns into subtle spices of pepper and tobacco.

2015 Lafage Bastide Miraflors Cotes du Roussillon...$13.99
This wine is almost too good to be true.  A blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache that was brought up in concrete tanks (Grenache) and demi-muids (Syrah), the 2015 Bastide Miraflors Vieilles Vignes reminded me of a mini Syrah from California's Manfred Krankl (yes I just compared a $14 Syrah to Sine Qua Non). It's a ripe, sexy, heady beauty that exhibits a deep, purple color as well as killer notes of smoked meats, chocolate, blackberry and black raspberries. Deep, unctuous, open knit and layered, it continues to change in the glass, has a seamless and silky profile, and not a hard edge to be found. It's a sensational value that needs to be tasted to be believed. Drink it anytime over the coming 2-4 years.

    Southern Tier Creme Brulee

    Southern Tier Creme Brulee...$12.99 / 4pk
"crème brĂ»lĂ©e Imperial Milk Stout -- “a stout of great contention”
We are not the harbingers of truth as some may suggest but it may indeed be argued that our brewing philosophy is tantamount to a dessert with a bellicose past. How, you may ask, would a brewery determine a likeness to hard-coated custard? Our response is simple; it’s all in the power of history, and of course, the extra finesse needed to top off a contentious treat with definition. By comprehending the labyrinthine movement of time, one would not think it strange to trace the errant path of an ordinary object such as a cream dessert only to discover that it has been the cause of cultural disputes since the middle ages. The British founders of burnt cream and from Spain, crema catalana, both stand by their creative originality and we respect that, but it was the French Crème BrĂ»lĂ©e, amid the strife of contention, that survived to represent our deliciously creamy brew." -- brewery

Fess Parker The Big Easy Red Blend

2016 Fess Parker The Big Easy Red Blend...$25.99
We are the lowest price on Wine-Searcher.
Compare to $35 at the winery
The 2016 The Big Easy is fabulous. Rich, powerful and flamboyant to its core the Big Easy hits the palate with tremendous fruit intensity. Super-ripe red cherry, raspberry jam, white chocolate, vanillin and new American oak shape this opulent Syrah/Petite Sirah/ Grenache blend. Winemaker Blair Fox has dialed in a style that captures all the exuberance of past editions, but with more nuance than the Big Easy has ever shown. And I say that as someone who has never loved this wine. The 2016 is simply outrageously delicious.

Stone Brewing 22nd Anniversary Anti-Matter Double IPA

    Stone Brewing 22nd Anniversary Anti-Matter Double IPA...$15.99 / 6pk
Stone Brewing has spent over 20 years pursuing clean, bitter, hop forward beers. It would be passĂ© to suggest this beer is simply another gigantically juicy and extremely complex Stone Double IPA. It’s a middle finger to the haze craze proving that clean, crisp IPA’s can still be smashed full of big, juicy, tropical flavor. It’s also the winner of our 2018 Spotlight Series contest, which pits teams of brewers against each other to see who can brew the best beer. Citrus takes the forefront, with plenty of fruit character to back it up. With incredible mouthfeel from the malted oats, the beer isn’t sweet at all, but its light amber color would make you think it is sweeter than it tastes.

    Lagunitas 12th of Never Ale.

    Lagunitas 12th of Never Ale...$8.49 / 6pk 12oz cans
As the River Styx froze and the final pig took flight, when the last winged monkey departed the darkly fragrant netherlands, as wishes became horses and all the beggars rode… Under a newly-blued moon at dawn on the very 12th of Never: the second-to-last craft brewery in America pressed the green ‘start’ button on their canning line. We wanted to be the Last Small Brewer in the U.S. to can their beer and maybe, finally, by now, we are...The ‘12th of Never Ale’ is everything we’ve learned about making hop-forward beer expressed in a moderate voice. Pale, cold, slightly alcoholic, and bitter. It’s all we know.

SUPER CLUSTER A CITRA-HOPPED MEGA ALE OF INTERGALACTIC PROPORTIONS

Transmission △135.12: One of the interns spotted a highly hydroxylated mass orbiting our third moon. We can tell very little except that it is most certainly from some uncharted backwater of Laniakea. We've already discovered some subgroupings, including an area of bottles, kegs, and garden gnomes (containing no metadata or cohesive communication skills). Of special note, found in the cushions of an orange couch, was a hand-scrawled rune containing a libational recipe using our precious Citra bine—an inordinately massive amount!
