In 2013, the Texas Legislature passed a law permitting Texas distilleries to begin selling their products to guests visiting the distillery property. Victory never tasted so sweet. To celebrate, Garrison Brothers introduced their now-iconic Single Barrel Bourbon. Visitors can buy a bottle of the Single Barrel that they bottle themselves at the Distillery. They can also select their own barrel, bottle the barrel with friends and family, and purchase the bottles and empty barrel at their liquor store of choice. Bottles include custom labels with details about the barrel and whom it was selected for. The response has been overwhelming

Letherbee Autumnal 2020 Gin

Limited release
Letherbee Autumnal 2020 Gin...$29.99
Letherbee Autumnal Gin 2020 is a straight up barrel aged gin. We’ve picked our favorite barrels and made our favorite blend. No sugar, caramel, or any other sweeteners or colors added. It’s bone dry and sits in a balance of being uplifting yet grounded, ethereal yet solid, aromatic and earthy.
To go deeper: We use standard size 53 gal. American oak barrels (nothing smaller). This size staves off the oak’s tannins from overpowering the spirit. All casks used in this batch are brand new, first fill, meaning they’ve never had any other liquid in them other than our gin. Veering away from the preferences of whiskey producers, we lean toward barrels that are lightly toasted on the inside - a distinction from the more aggressive charred insides of barrels typically used for aging Bourbon. This bestows a gentler, more delicate and more nuanced oak impression that preserves space for the gin’s botanicals to carry on singing their aromatic harmonies.

St. George Single Malt Whiskey Lot 20

St. George Single Malt Whiskey Lot 20....$89.99
For 20 years now, St. George Single Malt Whiskey has been an American original: distilled, aged, blended, and bottled by us out of love for what a handcrafted single malt can be.
If you’ve tried any other St. George distillate, you owe it to yourself to taste the spirit that compelled master distiller Lance Winters to start distilling in the first place.
1001 Whiskies You Must Taste Before You Die says our whiskey “might just be the best U.S. single malt available today”—and by George, we agree.

Lot 20 (our 20th anniversary release!) ranges 4.5–21 years in age. Cooperage incorporates used Kentucky bourbon cask, Tennessee whiskey cask, American and French oak apple brandy cask, Port cask, and California Sauternes-style cask.

THE EXPERIENCE
St. George Single Malt Whiskey is an elegant expression of single malt.
Lot 20 expresses notes of orange marmalade, hazelnuts, stone fruit, and cocoa on the nose. On the palate: coffee, cherry, chocolate, and cola.
Sip neat to fully experience all the nuances and depth of flavor, or add nothing more than a single large ice cube. This is as good as whiskey gets.

Purchased in 1970 by the Durand and Valentin families, the Château was originally built in the 1500’s, on the ruins of a 12th century fort. Records of winemaking date back to 1550! Lancyre is now viewed among the top estates of Pic Saint-Loup, which has justifiably garnered a reputation as the Languedoc’s single best wine district.
Tasting Notes: A big rosé! Raspberry and pear aromas on the nose, with distinctive spicy, minty garrigue notes. Big, bold and firm on the palate, ending with a long, clean finish.
Serve With: A ros̩ for year round drinking! Excellent on its own, it is also a great food wine Рpair with hearty salads, grilled vegetables, kebabs, stuffed tomatoes or charcuterie.

2020 Villa des Anges Rose...$12.99
“Villa des Anges” is crafted by winemaker Jeff Carrel at the Espitalet des Anges domaine in Capestang. Situated on the ruins of an ancient Roman villa, the domaine is owned by Jaqueline Menard de Ginestous, who married-into and is herself from a prominent Languedocienne wine-growing family.
Tasting Notes: A light-bodied wine, intensely crisp and vividly fresh, it offers complex aromas of strawberries and red currants, with a hint of quince.
Serve With: As an aperitif it is the perfect warm weather gulper and also pairs well with a wide range of salads, seafoods, lighter dishes and grilled white meats and poultry.

2020 Penya Cotes Catalanes Rose...$11.99
Cases de Pene is a tiny village in the Roussillon region of Southern France, just 30 miles north of Spain. Ceded to France in the mid 17th century, the area is still known as “French Catalonia”. We celebrate this heritage with the Catalan spelling of the ancient Château and village Cooperative: “Penya”.
Tasting Notes: Offers fresh aromas of Rainier cherries, garrigue, and hints of red raspberry and melon. Rich, full-bodied, yet bright on the palate.
Serve With: Great as an aperitif or an accompaniment to hearty salads, fish and shellfish, charcuterie, frittata, and more.

2020 Bargemone Rose Rose Coteaux d'Aix en Provence...$21.99
Bargemone is among the foremost estates of the Coteaux d’Aix appellation of Provence. A benchmark producer of the delicious, dry rosé for which Provence is famous, the Commanderie was founded by Templar knights in the13th century, and is home to a proud viticultural tradition and more than 160 acres of sustainably grown vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Offers classic aromas of wild strawberries and red currants, with a light, floral character and a crisp, bone-dry palate.
Serve With: A rosé of reference, to be enjoyed year-round on its own or with a wide range of lighter fare and Provence-inspired cuisine.

2020 Pegau Pink Pegau...$19.99
Sourced from Laurence Féraud’s 100+ acre estate in Sorgues, just 4 miles south of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Pink Pegau boasts an outsized popularity and ardent following in the marketplace. Crisp and aromatic (and a bit cheeky), this bone-dry rosé is loaded with character and offers immense enjoyment both on its own and at the table.

Tasting Notes: Pale pink/salmon in color, with peach, floral and red fruit aromas. Bone dry, with a crisp, mouth-watering acidity leading to a long, spicy, mineral finish.

Serve With: Enjoy as an aperitif, with seafood, or a wide range of lighter fare.

Nice pink color with a beautiful brightness. It has a pleasantly tart, lemony nose that develops into grapefruit. Pleasant acidity, the mouth is light with good strawberry and raspberry fruit and a nice dry finish that lasts and lasts.

2012 Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

More of the fantastic 2012 in stock now!!!

2012 Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon...$149.99
Revealing the great blending skills of Beringer’s winemaking team, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve is a winner. Having purchased Private Reserves for many years, I can attest that they age incredibly well. The 1991, one of the great successes of that vintage, is still aging beautifully at nearly 25 years of age. The sensational 2012 (10,000 cases) boasts an opaque purple color along with abundant aromas of charcoal, burning embers, creme de cassis, chocolate, blackberries and licorice. The long, complex, compelling, full-bodied texture along with terrific purity and a savory, rich mouthfeel result in a classic, quintessential Napa Cabernet Sauvignon to drink now and over the next 20-25 years.

Green Chartreuse is the only liqueur in the world with a completely natural green colour
It is powerful and unique.
Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green and yellow colours. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks.

Ingredients : alcohol, sugar, 130 plants and flowers.
Alcohol content : 55% (110° proof US)
How to drink it : To bring out all its flavour, it should be consumed very cold, even on the rocks. Traditionally considered an after dinner drink, Chartreuse is more and more being enjoyed as a long drink

Chartreuse Yellow....$59.99 / 750ml
YELLOW CHARTREUSE 43% alcohol (80° proof US)
Milder and sweeter than the famous Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse was introduced to the world in 1840. It also is presented in the traditional Chartreuse liqueur bottle embossed with the seal of La Grande Chartreuse. Its colour is entirely natural with no artificial flavours or preservatives. It, too, can be enjoyed neat or in a long drink.

Rockwell Brewing Co. - St. Louis Missouri

Rockwell Brewing / Little Fish Brewing Sumac Suitcase Saison...$9.99 / 500ml
Sumac Suitcase - Mixed Fermentation Saison Brewed with Sumac
Back in July 2019--which feels like 30 years ago, to be honest--our good friend Sean White got on a plane bound for Saint Louis with two rolling suitcases packed to the gills with sumac he'd foraged the day before near his brewery, Athens, Ohio's terrific Little Fish Brewing Co., as well as two jugs of his house yeast culture. Unusual cargo, for sure, but intended for a higher purpose. Together we collaborated on an amber mixed fermentation saison hopped gently in the kettle with Amarillo and designed to complement the tart red fruit character of the sumac berries we added in the whirlpool.

We aged the beer for many months in our Missouri white oak foeder with a blend of both of our house cultures before allowing it to rest and naturally condition for almost a year in package. The wait rewarded us with bright red berries, gentle rye spice, toast, tangerine, and subtle caramel all rolled up and elevated by a lively effervescence. 7.1% ABV
