Schlafly Black IPA
Schlafly Black IPA....$9.99 / 6pk
Our Black IPA combines the roasted malt flavors of porters and stouts with the bright hoppiness of the American IPA. The brew is dry hopped for additional flavor and aroma, without adding unnecessary bitterness.
According to brewer legend, Black IPA’s were first brewed in Vermont in the mid-1990’s. Like many modern American beer styles, this beer combines the traditions of classic European brews with the newer tradition of the American hop profile. The Brewers Association legitimized the style in 2010, when it was added to the Great American Beer Festival guidelines for the first time.

Blackberry Farm New Releases
Blackberry Farm Winter Saison...$13.99
Inspired by crisp December nights on our estate in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, this Saison is reminiscent of the natural nuances of winter. Light and dark wheat add palate fullness to this Saison’s floor malted barley backbone. Abbey-style character malts and our flavorful yeast strain develop complex dark fruit notes, while Styrian Golding hops bring a subtle counterbalance of bitterness. Unique yet rooted in tradition, our Winter Saison is ideally accompanied by foods with notes of cinnamon, citrus and nutmeg.
Blackberry Farms Alban Farmhouse Red...$16.99 / 750ml
“This special release was crafted in collaboration with John Alban, of Alban Vineyards.”
Inspired by the traditional Red and Brown Farmhouse Ales of the Flanders region of Belgium, this beer underwent a mixed culture fermentation and spent fourteen months aging in French Oak red wine barrels before being bottled. The resulting aged beer, blended with fresh beer of the same recipe at bottling, is crisp and tart with a light body, moderate carbonation, and complex notes of dark fruit, vinous oak and hints of sherry. This beer will continue to pleasantly age and evolve in the bottle when stored at proper cellar temperatures.

“Dark fruit, tart, earthy”
This offering in our Native Series was brewed with select heritage barley and rye malts and fermented with a wild strain of native yeast harvested from honeysuckle blossoms found on Blackberry Farm’s 9,200 acre estate. A secondary fermentation with blackberries followed by additional aging in Tennessee whiskey barrels lends notes of dark fruit and oak to this medium bodied ale’s malt profile, accentuated by a mild tartness and earthy complexity from the wild native yeast.
Blackberry Farm Classic Saison...$13.99 / 750ml
Noble Cuvee Dry Hop
“Dry-Hopped Noble Saison”
Using our Classic Saison recipe as a base framework, our Noble Cuvee Dry Hop Saison features a dry hop addition of traditional European Noble hop varieties for pleasant earthy, herbal and spicy notes balanced by a light body, dry finish and crisp effervescence. Noble Hop varieties used for this release in the past have included German Select, German Tettnang, East Kent Golding, and French Triskel.

Evil Twin Cans ---
Evil Twin Mission Gose...$9.99 / 4pk 12oz CANS
Effortlessly cool, popping up up in a cultish fashion and constantly on a tasty mission. This is mission Gose: our take on a old-fashioned and slightly odd German style beer that is with good reason trending as the tastiest right now. It’s tart, salty, low in alcohol and probably the most refreshing beer you’ll have. Perhaps enjoy this beer in a restaurant with a mission near you. Wherever you are we made it stylishly good and exclusively well balanced just for you.
Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break...$12.99 / 4pk 16oz CANS
Imperial Stout with almonds, vanilla beans and coffee added.
"Italy has a certain “je ne sais quoi” – fab food culture, highly decadent history of art and cool countryside. Some might argue the people are loud and flamboyant, they steal our women, and their soccer players melodramatically flop on the pitch. Listen – that’s all part of the secret Italian ingredient – keep it cool, confident, arrogant and extravagant. Forza Italia!"
Evil Twin Molotov Cocktail....$9.99 / 4pk 12 oz CANS
Imperial IPA with Mango and Orange Added - 12% ABV
Despite the crudeness it is tricky to make an effective Molotov cocktail. Despite the unruly nature of the rebel it is very tricky to resist accepted conventions. Molotov Cocktail is a tour de force in hoppiness, it's a spark for action and by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing
Evil Twin Molotov Lite...$8.49 / 4pk 16oz CANS
Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

2016 Deschutes The Abyss Reserve...$14.99 / 22oz
Barrel Ageing: (50%) 12 Months in Bourbon, Oregon Oak, Pinot Noir
A deep, dark Imperial Stout, The Abyss has almost immeasurable depth and complexity. Hints of molasses, licorice and other alluring flavors make it something not just to quaff, but contemplate.
As for the great “drink it now or let it age” debate, we stand clearly on the fence. Distinct and delicious on release, the flavors meld and fuse into an entirely different pleasure after a year or more in the cellar.

"There's no shame in being a One-Hit Winder. It's hard to be right even once. This series of rare beers, brewed in our smallest fermentors all are experiements, liquid ideas, salubrious ruminations built on our 22 years of edgy brewing at the edge of brewing.
We took some fresh Sanguinello Blood oranges, juiced 'em, concentrated that juice (without heat) and threw it into a wheatier version of our New Dogtown Pale Ale. The end result? A refreshingly hopped pale-ish ale with a huge citrus burst!
