I am still waiting to find out it we will see it here in St. Louis....I am trying to get the info, stay tuned.
Update -- more info learned from Beernews.org
"Washington Life got a first taste of Infinium, a collaborative effort between Samuel Adams and Germany’s Weihenstephan Brewery who have been working together for almost two years to create this innovative product. Scheduled to release in November for a limited time, Infinium is sure to satisfy the palate of beer connoisseurs and perfectly accompany holiday parties with its crisp, champagne-like taste and slightly spicy aroma. Although Infinium is a unique brew, it still uses the traditional four ingredients: malt, hops, water, and yeast. Make sure to try this new and original brew, it will be out for a limited time only." -- Washington Life

"Since 1936, Ian Macleod Distillers, through its dedication to tradition and quality, has amassed an unrivalled cask stock from Scotland's many distilleries. This enviable collection includes extremely rare malts, some from closed or mothballed distilleries. The Chieftain's collection hallmark is that each bottling must be fit for a King, a Leader or in the Celtic world, a Chieftain
The new look Limited Edition Chieftain's will appeal to the specialist, connoisseur, collector, enthusiast and those seeking an exceptional premium malt whisky gift. Each bottle is signed by our Chieftain's Rare Malt Manager, and provides details of the wood type, cask number, number of bottles, vintage year, age and bottling date
The small batch releases of Chieftain's are selected for the Spring and Autumn collections each year with a variety of distilleries, vintages, wood maturations and strengths being made available
The new, elegant antique bottle is reminiscent of a 1900 whisky bottle. It is decorated with a new style label design complete with new branding, calligraphy and watermark illustrations of Scotland, representative of the 5 different whisky producing regions. Each region is colour coded to signify the differences in the style of each whisky
The new more individual rigid presentation gift box, surrounding the antique bottle, in ribbed and matt black with gold lining, is a true reflection of the quality of the whisky, and with its folding back head beautifully presents the product. On the rear of the box you will find a label describing the various styles of whiskies you can get from the different regions of Scotland, all of which are represented in the Chieftain's range
Chieftain's is bottled at natural colour and unchill-filtered to preserve all the natural esthers of the whisky for fuller flavour and smoother taste.
Each Chieftain's bottling has its own personality and may vary in strength, colour and style. From the very pale, bourbon cask matured to the very amber sherry cask matured
When finishing the whisky in a variety of wood, each cask is checked and selected by our expert noses and released only when we believe it has reached its peak and has not masked the personality of the original spirit." -- their website

"Edradour is a unique, single Highland malt whisky, to be enjoyed in recognition of those small, significant moments that make up the ebb and flow of life.
Edradour is produced in Scotland's smallest distillery - and is hand made today as it was over 150 years ago by just three men who are devoted to the time-honoured methods of whisky making. Indeed equipment used at the distillery has remained unchanged since the day the distillery opened and is only just capable of producing commercial quantities. Only 12 casks of whisky are produced a week, making Edradour single malt a rare pleasure for a fortunate few.
If you manage to find it, you will be one of the few people lucky enough to experience its charm - golden in the glass, smooth and creamy with a nutty, honeyed finish.
Enjoy Life's small victories with Edradour.

Merlot and Cabernet Sauvingon and Franc grapes together with French Allier oak casks gives cassis and plum characteristics to the wine."
Bruichladdich 1998 Oloroso Sherry Butts....$87.99
"Oloroso is a dark-coloured, mellow, sweeter sherry. This particular type of sherry, fortified at an early stage for sweetness, is allowed to micro-oxygenate through the porous walls of American oak casks. As the originally clear wine ages over several decades, it becomes darker and richer with a beautiful golden-brown colour and a toffee and caramel nose. It also has a high glycerine content making it smooth, with a more nutty flavour. Unsurprisingly, Olorosos are the base for many of the well-known sweet sherries. The colouring additive E150 used by most spirits producers (but NEVER Bruichladdich!) seeks to replicate this effect. The combination of the rich Oloroso-steeped oak and a full-term maturation in Islay’s marine climate creates a sublimely rich and decadent whisky." -- Bruichladdich

Ransom Old Tom Gin
This Old Tom Gin is a historically accurate revival of the predominant Gin in fashion during the mid 1800's and the golden age of American cocktails. The recipe was developed in collaboration with historian, author, and mixologist extraordinaire David Wondrich. Old Tom is the Gin for mixing classic cocktails dating from the days before prohibition. It's subtle maltiness is the result of using a base wort of malted barley, combined with an infusion of botanicals in high proof corn spirits. The final distilation is run through an alambic pot still in order to preserve the maximum amount of aromatics, flavor and body. Only the "heart of the hearts" (the very best portion of distillate) is retained for this special bottling.
Ransom Small's Gin
An Oregon spirit handmade in small-pot batches using naturally-farmed and wild-grown botanicals. Intensely aromatic from a complex infusion of Juniper, orange, lemon, coriander, cardamom, angelica, caraway, star anise, and respberry. Small's gin brings together a combination of recipes from the 19th century with obsessive distillation techniques and the finest regional ingredients. The best of tradition, dedication to quality and innovation come together to create a remarkable, elaborate and unrivaled spirit.
And new to us....
Whipper Snapper Oregon Spirit Whiskey
Admirably Superior -- Well Mannered
79% Corn Neutral Spirits
21% Barley Spirits
"All good things take time. So the saying goes. And this juvenile got off to a real slow start. We took our sweet time selecting premium ingredients, meticulously milling the grain, working and fermenting the mash, and most importantly, making well, considered, ruthless cuts at the condenser. Pot distillation is a slow lengthy process, that when done properly and patiently can take upwards of sixteen hours for one pass through the still. Rushing things usually leads to inaccuracy. On the other hand, critical decisions for making the right cuts need to be made within minutes, sometimes split seconds. This is likely where the wildness came from. Sometimes even the most well thought out of plans seem to develop a mind of their own. Anyway, we kept and collected only the very best fraction of distillate and lovingly placed it in oak to mature. Over the next months and years this infant spirit grew into a recognizable and livley young whiskey. Taking on color, roundness and body from the cooperage, but still retaining the aromatics of ceral and vigor of the grains he came from. Normally, us older folks decided when the young'un is grown up and truly ready to face the world for the first time. But, every now and then some crazy critter gets up jumpin' and hollerin' "Let me out of this dang barrel!" -- ah, impetuous youth. We let him out and named him the "Whipper Snapper." He's a good kid.
