Weldwerks 2025 Medianoche Barrel Aged Stout....$26.99 / 16.9oz bottle
2025 Medianoche unites the deep sweetness of bourbon with the spiced intensity of rye in one harmonious blend. This year’s release features the highest share of rye barrels in a non-rye Medianoche to date—34% of the blend, to be exact. The barrel lineup is nothing short of exceptional, including Elijah Craig barrels, Henry McKenna barrels, Old Fitzgerald barrels, Weller 12 barrels, Buffalo Trace barrels (bourbon and rye), Willett Family Estate rye barrels, 10-Year Templeton rye barrels, and Stagg Jr barrels. The result is a richly layered stout with notes of candied walnut, caramel mocha, dark chocolate-dipped figs, and honey-drizzled pumpernickel bread, finishing with deep oak, cigar tobacco, and a warm fusion of bourbon and rye character.

New Riff Bourbon Bottled in Bond Red Turkey Wheat....$59.99
Limited releases -  Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

New Riff Distilling continues our exploration of heirloom grains with one of the great traditions of Kentucky whiskey: wheated Bourbon. Departing from our usual high-rye bourbon mashbill, we turn to Red Turkey Wheat, an heirloom variety grown in the American Midwest, not bred for yield but for flavor. A classic 19th-century grain, Red Turkey Wheat brings a soft, sweet profile to this wheated Bourbon. First released in 2021, we were so pleased with the results that it has now earned a wider release, making this distinctive whiskey more broadly available. Aged for five years, this whiskey opens with aromas of orange marmalade, cotton candy, and warm bread, followed by a citrusy brightness, light nuttiness, and a smooth, grain-forward finish. New Riff Red Turkey Wheat is softer and sweeter than our typical high-rye expressions, showcasing the diversity and range of our whiskey making.

2023 Bella Union Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Great new 2023!!!

2023 Bella Union Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc....$32.99
Estate fruit yielded a unique style of Sauv Blanc: glossy rather than grassy or herbal, not tropical and certainly not tropical, and certainly not overwhelmed by harsh citrus. A low and slow fermentation along with the use of one-third barrel, one third stainless steel, and one third concrete egg showcases - and preserves -- the best nuances of the flavors and aromatics, including honeyed golden apple and lime chiffon.

Green River Wheated beats the big boys!! Best Overall Bourbon

Green River Wheated beats the big boys!!
Best Overall Bourbon
Among more than 100 contenders, including bourbon heavyweights like Blanton’s Gold Edition and W.L. Weller Full Proof,
the reasonably priced Green River Wheated Bourbon landed the top title. At this fall’s prestigious New York World Spirits Competition, a wheated bourbon that’s widely available for about $30 claimed the title of Best Overall Bourbon. The blind-tasting competition drew a crowded field of bourbons that included bottles that are typically impossible to find—or exorbitantly marked up on shelves.

Green River Kentucky Wheated Bourbon...$29.99 / 750ml
compare to $33.99 at Total Wine and More (price checked 12/9/25)
Green River Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon leads with a beautiful peach and caramel aroma coupled with apricot and cinnamon. Bursting with flavor, on the palate you’ll find toffee, pastry and hazelnut that guide toward a honeyed finish that’s smooth and balanced. A wonderful take on a classic Kentucky mashbill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley, the wheated expression lends itself to easy drinking while holding its own distinct character.

“The Truchard Chardonnay exhibits a silky texture on the palate, layered with citrus peel and tropical hints of apricot and peach. 2023 Pont Neuf Pinot Noir "La Source"

Small production Pinot Noir at its finest!
New 2023 is here!
One of our favorite producers!

2023 Pont Neuf Pinot Noir "La Source"....$79.99
The 2023 “La Source” Pinot Noir is a classically styled, terroir-driven expression from Silver Eagle Vineyard atop Stoetz Ridge, where the Russian River meets the Sonoma Coast just five miles from the Pacific. Brilliant in the glass with deep violet highlights, the wine combines a silky, weightless texture with striking transparency and lift. Aromas of plum and cassis unfold alongside woodsy truffle notes, violets, and warm cinnamon, reflecting a cool, even ripening season that delivered exceptional color, purity, and complexity. Rigorously limited yields and Vosne-Romanée clonal material contribute to the wine’s depth and structure, while traditional Burgundian élevage—barrel fermentation, 14 months in air-dried French oak from the Tronçais Forest, and no fining or filtration—adds balance and finesse rather than overt oak. Crafted by winemaker Douglas Danielak, La Source captures the seductive fruit of Russian River with the tension and texture of near-ocean vineyards, making the 2023 vintage both compelling now and a strong candidate for long-term cellaring.

Clonal Materal: Vosne-Romanee
Winemaking: Traditional Burgundian Élevage, 100% French Oak, barrel fermented, un-fined and unfiltered.

Broken Shed New Zealand Vodka

New Vodka!!

Broken Shed New Zealand Vodka....$16.99 / 750ml
Broken Shed New Zealand Vodka is a minimalist spirit built on precision and place, made using just three ingredients—two of them water. Born in the mountains of New Zealand, it’s blended from ancient mineral-rich aquifer water from the Southern Alps, pure North Island spring water, and a uniquely clean whey-based spirit distilled just three times to preserve character rather than strip it away. The result is a vodka that’s naturally smooth, clean, and crisply textured, without additives or over-processing.  Broken Shed delivers purity you can taste—clear, fresh, and quietly distinctive, much like the landscape that made it.

J. Mattingly!!!

Very exciting news....we are getting the first two single barrels of J. Mattingly in Missouri!!
Thanks to Cameron Mattingly for letting us pick some barrels. This has been in the works for over a year. We finally got down there a few months back, then the government shutdown stopped the registration process. But now they are bottled, labeled, and hopefully heading up to our stores soon!  Not sure if they will make it before January or not?

Our own Scott went down to the distillery and tasted through a number of barrels and picked two amazing ones!!! Wait until you taste them!

The yields were tiny, so we are going to have to release them via our WRC program. We will release them based on support of our other single barrels over the past months up until the day they arrive. We will update when we have a date.

J. Mattingly - the history
Behind the name

Who we are....
For almost two centuries, the name Mattingly has been synonymous with world-class bourbon and innovation. John Graves Mattingly (1823-1910) was responsible for perfecting the now famous column still used by the greatest bourbon producers in the world to provide a more continuous process to satisfy the growing demand of his customers. Now, Jeff Mattingly, a sixth generation descendent of John Graves Mattingly, has created and perfected the first of its kind custom bourbon blending process at his new distillery in Frankfort, KY.

Samaroli 2016 Blend Ferry to Islay

Samaroli 2016 Blend Ferry to Islay....$249.99
  • Bottled in 2016
  • A blend of Islay Malts
  • Only 120 bottles made
  • 55.1% ABV

Samaroli Ferry to Islay (bottled 2016) is a tightly composed small-batch blend of Islay single malts, assembled to emphasize phenolic architecture and coastal distillate character rather than individual distillery signatures. Drawn from a limited selection of casks and released at 55.1% ABV, the blend preserves high concentrations of peat-derived phenols, maritime sulfur compounds, and oily texture native to Islay spirits. Maturation prior to blending is managed to balance smoke intensity with oxidative development, allowing sea spray salinity, iodine-driven notes, and char-derived phenolics to integrate without excessive tannic dominance. Miniscule production

Highland Park 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch

Highland Park 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch...$159.99 / 750ml
Between You and I by Bjorn Frantzen
48% ABV
Highland Park 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Between You and I (48% ABV), developed in collaboration with chef Björn Frantzén, is a mature, balance-driven expression emphasizing controlled oak influence and long-term integration rather than extraction. The whisky is aged for a full 16 years primarily in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, allowing slow oxidative maturation to build depth through aldehyde development, dried fruit esters, and mid-palate spice while softening primary distillate weight. Highland Park’s use of Orkney heather peat remains deliberately restrained, contributing floral phenolics and gentle smoke as a structural accent rather than a dominant flavor driver. Bottled at 48% ABV, the spirit retains sufficient viscosity and ester concentration for complexity, while presenting a more resolved oak-to-spirit equilibrium than higher-proof releases. The result is a technically precise, service-friendly single malt where maturation management and phenolic restraint are central to the profile.

Highland Park Heather Single Malt Scotch Cask Strength

Highland Park Heather Single Malt Scotch Cask Strength...$79.99 / 750ml
63.3% ABV

Highland Park Heather Single Malt Scotch Whisky Cask Strength is a high-proof distillation-focused expression built to showcase Orkney’s house style without filtration or dilution. Bottled at 63.3% ABV, the whisky is aged in predominantly first-fill European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks, allowing oxidative development to drive structure rather than sweetness alone. Traditional malting with local Orkney heather peat contributes a restrained but persistent aromatic smoke, distinct from coastal peat, integrating floral phenolics with malt and oak tannin. Extended maturation emphasizes lignin-derived spice compounds, dried fruit esters, and nutty oxidative notes, while the elevated proof preserves viscosity, ester concentration, and sulfur complexity from sherry cask interaction. The result is a technically assertive Highland Park—weighty, textural, and oak-forward—designed for dilution control rather than immediate approachability.
