2012 Spann Vineyards Classic Four

2012 Spann Vineyards Classic Four...$21.99
The 2012 Classic Four is 40% Cabernet Sauvignon which gives the wine lovely red currant, cassis flavors and backbone, 28% Cabernet Franc adds raspberry and wild flower aromas as well as richness on the palate, 6% Malbec adds a black cherry aroma and taste and 26% Petit Verdot gives it structure for all of these flavors to stand up in your mouth. In our humble opinion this is probably the best $27 Cabernet Sauvignon blend you've ever tasted.

Niner Wine Estates Paso Robles Red

The kitchen sink blend...
33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Franc 16% Malbec, 10% Syrah 4% Petite Sirah, 4% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Carmenere

Big rich Paso Roble wine...
2014 Niner Wine Estates Paso Robles Red...$19.99
This wine is a blend of some of our most powerful varietals from our vineyards. We make multiple passes in each vineyard block throughout the growing season to ensure quality, and hand-harvest 100% of our fruit. This blend is designed to showcase that fruit in an unconstrained blend from all three of our sites.

On the nose bright red fruit is infused with cozy aromas baking aromas of toasted sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. This palate is instantly gratifying, following up the warmth of the nose with a full bodied and fruit driven finish accented by soft tannin, and excellent acid that provides structure and contrast.

Newsprint Malbec Columbia Valley

Yes, a Malbec from Washington State and you are going to love it!
2015 Newsprint Malbec Columbia Valley...$18.99
Get ready to understand why people are have fallen in love with Malbec. The intense vineyard heat on these berries has yielded a muscular, but not aggressive, wine. Your mouth will be coated with the concentrated flavors of juicy black berry right from the get go. As the flavor lingers, black pepper and spice will envelop your mouth. Although big and powerful, this wine is perfect for any occasion.

Old Soul Petite Sirah

Petite Sirah - big bold and juicy!
2015 Old Soul Petite Sirah...$10.99
To balance the prominent grip characteristic of Petite Sirah, this particular blend was crafter with a softer, more elegant body. This wine opens with immediate hints of blueberry and blackberry, followed by accents of Dutch chocolate and a subtle touch of cardamom. The palate is big and weighty with ample mid-palate and soft, velvety tannins.
Tannins were skillfully prepared, giving utmost importance to retaining fruit aromatics and crafting a perfectly balanced wine. Once dry, the wine is pressed and put through malo-lactic fermentation to soften the acids. An aggressive oak regime is used to balance and add richness to the tannins.

Charles Krug Sauvignon Blanc

2016 Charles Krug Sauvignon Blanc....$13.99
Fresh and lively in green grass, melon and pear, this well-made wine is restrained in ripeness and body, opting to highlight its stony minerality and a touch of gravel on the texture. It finishes light and breezy.
Rated 90/100 The Wine Enthusiast
Lots of cherry blossom, river bed, praline, pomelo, apple pie and hints of citrus rind to this sauvignon blanc. The palate is round and medium to full in body but shows some nice acidity and a bitter-lemon finish.

Tikal Patriota Malbec/Bonarda

2013 Tikal Patriota Malbec/Bonarda...$18.99
Sweet and gracious, this blend of malbec and bonarda expands in the mouth with its flavors of candied cherries and spices. Once you pass this soft wave of fruit, the tannins appear behind it, with a structure that’s imposing enough to take on grilled meats.
Rated 90/100 Wine and Spirits Magazine
Deep reddish purple with aromas of bright berry/cherry fruit. Big body yet very balanced with luscious layers of raspberry, cherry, and cocoa flavors. Just a hint of baking spice at the end brings it all together. - Winery

This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity, and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessionable sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn’t quite hit gravity and decided to have some fun with it by adding a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we ended up brewing it year-round. This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy berry aroma which transitions to a subtly sweet and tart finish.
Notes of lemon zest and tart raspberries.
