Cleveland Spirits Christmas Bourbon

Cleveland Spirits Christmas Bourbon...$27.99/750ml

Different than a traditional bourbon but much more than just flavored whiskey, Christmas Bourbon® blends the taste and subtle aroma of holiday baking spices like nutmeg and cinnamon along with orange peel and sweet cherry before finishing with a touch of licorice and clove.

Perfect whether you take it neat or on the rocks, in a Manhattan or mixed in your cider or nog. Gather your friends and family this holiday season, grab a bottle of Christmas Bourbon and enjoy a new holiday tradition. The series of three labels features guitars of different styles and color.

Cleveland Christmas Bourbon greets you will the aroma of grandma’s kitchen just before Christmas when she has been preparing all the holiday goodies filled with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The flavor doesn’t disappoint either. Fruitcake and Eggnog flavors without the heaviness or the cream. (Don’t worry you can always add some) A medium finish knows that this is a limited time item. Get some while it’s here. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

Each year the label features something Cleveland and Christmas-oriented, but the juice in the bottle is the same. Delicious, spicy and ready to help you and yours celebrate a wonderous holiday season.

This bottling is both lush and bright at once, starting with aromas of crisp cherry compote, fresh raspberry, mace and elegant French-toast spices. Sprightly energy dances across the palate, where juicy dark-red-fruit flavors are lifted by lavender, carnation and rose petal.
Rated 95/100 The Wine Enthusiast

The 2021 Pinot Noir Pomarium. is packed with notes of black cherry liqueur and kirsch, pure ripe fruit, a touch of sage, and sweet earth. It’s more grounded and muscular, with ripe, broad tannins, and has great depth as well as a grounded nature, with good fruit throughout.

Rated 97/100 The Wine Advocate

2021 Tatomer Sanford and Benedict Pinot Noir...$59.99
Both gleeful and thoughtful, this single-vineyard expression pops on the nose with juicy aromas of raspberry, rosewater, watermelon gummy and wet cement. Rated 96/100 The Wine Enthusiast

2021 Ceritas Pinot Noir Cuvee Annabelle....$95.99
The 2021 Pinot Noir Annabelle pours a youthful ruby and offers layers of ripe floral perfume that unfold in the glass, with wild berries and fresh herbs. It’s a gorgeous wine to drink over the next 20 years.
Rated 97/100 Jeb Dunnuck

2021 Failla Pinot Noir Hirsch Vineyard...$85.99
The 2021 Pinot Noir Hirsch Vineyard is gorgeous, with a floral perfume of fresh roses, raspberry eau de vie, fresh coniferous herbs, and spice. Medium-bodied, this stunning wine has wonderful transparency, with fine sweet tannins, ripe red berries, and fresh flowers. Its fabulous, mineral-laced texture lasts for days, and while it will certainly have serious longevity, it’s irresistible now. Drink 2023-2043.
Rated 98/100 Jeb Dunnuck

2018 Dierberg Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills Drum Canyon....$61.99
Bright, snappy aromas of baby strawberries and fresh raspberries meet with an earthy streak of crushed slate on the vibrant nose of this bottling. That playfulness tightens dramatically on the sip, where dry tannins grab hold before opening up toward cherry, pomegranate, loamy soil and more dark-slate elements
Rated 95/100 The Wine Enthusiast

St. George 40th Anniversary Edition Single Malt Whiskey

St. George 40th Anniversary Edition Single Malt Whiskey....$529.99
on sale $399.99 (2 bottles available at this price)
Bottled with a punch at 48% ABV, only 1,982 bottles of St. George Spirits 40th Anniversary Edition Single Malt made for the world!
In celebration of 40 years of artisan distillation, we are proud to share the 40th Anniversary Edition of St. George Single Malt Whiskey. This highly limited bottling brings together decades of craftsmanship and our ever-growing collection of unique and varied finishing casks to create a singular spirit that is a true collector’s item for connoisseurs of American single malt.

In preparation for this one-time-only release, head distiller/blender Dave Smith spent months meticulously working through our library of casks. Of the 600+ we sampled, only 30 made the initial cut, and we ultimately selected a mere 14 casks to create the whiskey that went into bottle.
In the words of master distiller Lance Winters: “Our 40th Anniversary Edition Single Malt Whiskey represents the cumulative experience of 40 years of boundary-pushing distillation, as well as our decades-long love affair with making single malt. It's the pure essence of passionate self-expression—and it's also delicious.” Not that he’s biased.

The mash bill for the 40th Anniversary single malt is the same one we have used since we started laying down barrels in 1997: 100% two-row barley at five precise roast levels: pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, black patent malt, and alder/beechwood-smoked malt that we get from Bamburg, Germany. What sets this whiskey apart from our annual Lot series releases is the special quality of the casks we used to make it. For more on that, read on.

Age: 6+ years. Single Barrel #196
Distilled in Indiana
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley Malt
This product is made by taking our Red Line Cask Strength Straight Bourbon and then aging it for an additional period in a second custom made barrel. This second barrel is assembled from 18 month air dried wood and then toasted not charred as your normal bourbon barrel would be. This process allows for the sugars in the wood to be drawn to the interior surface where the bourbon will be making contact, adding amazing flavors to the bourbon. The truly unique and delicious taste this toasted finishing process offers represents a remarkable achievement given that it is Straight Bourbon with nothing extra added or done except the transfer into the toasted barrel.

This coming together creates a dram that goes down perfectly with a nice, cool beer. For its final year of maturation, we have finished the Half ‘n’ Half in hogsheads previously used to mature a hoppy beer from our friends at the MOOR Beer Co. in Bristol. Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Tale of Tokyo

Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Tale of Tokyo....$94.99
Combining bright, bold flavours with soft sweetness, Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky as full of delicious sensory contrasts as Tokyo itself.
Inspired to capture his experience of Tokyo’s many sensory dimensions and to experiment with rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks for the first time, Dr Bill united Glenmorangie part-aged in Mizunara oak with whisky that had spent time in both sherry and bourbon casks, for a unique limited-edition that’s perfectly balanced with Glenmorangie’s house-style.
The whisky fuses notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouth-watering orange zest with incense and sweet oak – a unique and complex flavour profile resulting from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks.

Artist Collaborations
As part of our ongoing support of Mexican culture, the Jose Cuervo family commissions a Mexico-based artist to design original artwork for the collector’s box each year.
The 2023 collector’s box is the latest edition of custom art, titled “Structuring a Landscape”, designed by Mexican artists Gabriel Cázares Salas and Rolando Flores Tovar of the Mexico-based Tercerunquinto Collective (translates into English roughly as “a third of a fifth”) founded in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1998.
The Tercerunquinto Collective were selected as this year’s artist collaborators due to their meticulous art process that involves heavy field research. To create this year’s box, the Collective first visited Tequila, Mexico – the birthplace of the iconic spirit and home to Jose Cuervo – to understand the most recognizable parts of the agave landscape.
