Left Hand Bittersweet Nitro

Left Hand Bittersweet Nitro...$11.99 / 4pk
SUPER SMOOTH COMBO OF COFFEE AND OUR CREAMY IMPERIAL SWEET STOUT.

OUR BIG, AGGRESSIVE Bittersweet stout is made smooth and even creamier with the help of tiny nitrogen bubbles that are released when you poured hard. The coffee’s dark cherry flavors and spicy undertones weave into the rich, imperial milk stout like a chocolate-covered espresso bean melting on your tongue. Bitter then sweet. Sweet then bitter. It’s Bittersweet.

Lips of Faith Clutch

A collaboration with Maryland hard-rockers, Clutch
New Belgium Lips of Faith Clutch Dark Sour Ale...$12.99 / 22oz
"Pure rock fury meets Belgian-style brewed folly in this collaboration with Maryland hard-rockers, Clutch. A pronounced bass line of dark chocolate, coffee and black malts bridge the sourness of our dark wood ale for a fluid riff." - label
It started as chance, a sandwich shop encounter between a band and a fan. It ended as the Clutch Collaboration. This pleasing, two-part potion was brewed with chocolate and black malts for a rich and roasty overtone, then fused with a dry, substratum of sour for a bold and audacious flavor. Black as night, this beer is blended at 70% stout, 30% dark sour wood beer for a collaboration that begins with a sour edge and finishes with a big, dark malt character, lingering, sweet on your palate.

The two flavors come as raucous and riotous as the Maryland band and their Fort Collins fans, getting loud and making beer, together.

Founders Lizard of Koz Stout...$16.99 / 750ml
Imperial Stout with Blueberries, Chocolate and Vanilla aged in Bourbon Barrels
This one is near and dear to our hearts. Brewmaster Jeremy Kosmicki wanted to make the birthday of his little sister, Liz, a special one. So he did what he does best and brewed a stout using a few of her favorite ingredients: fresh Michigan blueberries, rich chocolate and vanilla aged in bourbon barrels to round out those beautiful flavors. Liz was floored and we think you will be too.

Bargain Marsanne!

We are excited to bring in this great producer.
This is a bargain Marsanne.
2015 Cave de Tain Première Note Marsanne...$13.99

Tasting Notes: Bright and clear, with tints of green. Fresh and intense citrus flavors, including lemon and grapefruit, and delicate notes of white flowers.
Serve With: Perfect as an aperitif or with salads, seafood, and white meat grilled with herbs. Also good for mildly spicy dishes such as sauteed prawns with ginger.

About:
The Cave de Tain is among the world's very greatest wine producers, a giant of the Northern Rhone with over 50 acres in Hermitage, a stunning, state-of-the-art winery (10 million Euros invested over the past five years) and a brilliant team of winegrowers.
Besides Hermitage, they produce most of the region's IGP (previously Vin de Pays) and half of all Crozes Hermitage (but bottling only a third of that under their own top label), as well as St Joseph, Cornas and St. Peray.

Legras and Haas Grand Cru Champagne

New Grower Champagne

Legras & Haas Blanc de Blancs - Grand Cru....$49.99
Blanc de Blancs

Technical Notes: The grapes for this wine are all hand harvested. Only the first lightly-pressed, and free run juices, are used to make their Champagne. This wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel before bottling.
(Dosage = 9 g/l)

 Total Production 1600 cases
Tasting Notes: The Legras & Haas Blanc de Blancs is a wine with a laser-like focus. In the glass the bubbles are very fine and persistent. Crisp citrus fruit and minerality lead to hints of white stone fruit and brioche notes. This is a lively, festive Champagne. While it is perfect as an aperitif, it is also a great match for fish or poultry (especially when prepared in a rich cream sauce). This is truly a wine that deserves to be called Grand Cru.

Lagunitas High-Westified Coffee Stout

Ale Brewed with Coffee and then Aged in High West Whiskey Barrels
This beer couldn't have been done without the help from our friends at High West Distillery in Park City, UT and Chicago's-own Metropolitan Coffee. We brewed a rich, malty Imperial Stout with some of Metropolitan's Spice Island blend, then let it vintag-ize in High West Rye and Bourbon Barrels for up to 17 FREAKING MONTHS. Pappy Van Winkle Rare Bourbon Raffle

The final emails just went out.
Thank you everyone for all of the support this year.
We wish we had more to go around.  Thanks again

Also decided as people have asked - next year the Pappy/Rare Bourbon will be based on purchases starting December 1, 2016 until it is released next year.  Should be right around 12 months worth.  I just wanted to have a starting place planned already.  So your current purchase will be counting towards next year's raffle.
This is if we do it the same way.  The current method is not set in stone.  We will evaluate the whole process in January and see if we decide to tweak it or change it completely.   But if we stick with a similar process, December 1st, 2016 will be the start date.  The allocations get smaller and smaller each year, so the odds will keep going down.  I want to emphasize that getting a bottle of Pappy is very slim odds.  We do not know what we will get next year.  I do not want to give false hopes.

Four Roses, our own barrels...

This is the only way you can get this rare barrel strength Bourbon. Getting a Bourbon aged more than 8 years and CASK Strength is getting hard and harder.

"From time to time, a limited number of exceptionally smooth and complex barrels from any or all of our 10 Bourbon recipes present themselves to our Master Distiller. Each barrel is aged between 8 and 10 years. We then invite our retailers to a private tasting and selection of their favorite barrels. Once chosen, each selection is bottled and private labeled as a non-chill filtered Single Barrel at Barrel Strength in limited quantities of approximately 200-230 bottles."
