Lagunitas Shugga' Original Recipe Ale

Lagunitas Shugga' Original Recipe Ale....$10.99 / 6pk 12oz bottles.
Lagunitas Brown Shugga’ Original Recipe Ale is a bold, malt-forward American Strong Ale that showcases the brewery’s signature mix of creativity and excess. Clocking in at 9.9% ABV, it’s brewed with caramelized brown sugar, lending deep notes of molasses, toffee, and candied malt sweetness balanced by a firm hop backbone. Originally born from a happy brewing accident, Brown Shugga’ has since become a cult seasonal release—rich, resinous, and dangerously smooth. Expect layers of caramelized malt complexity, warming alcohol, and a piney, citrus hop finish that keeps this powerhouse of a winter ale from tipping into syrupy territory.

Talleggio washed rind cheese from Italy
This is Italy’s quintessential washed-rind cow’s milk cheese. Master affineur Luca Arnoldi learned from his father, Ambrogio, with whom we worked for many years. Their extended family, including cousins, sons, and daughters, has been making Taleggio for generations in the heart of Valtaleggio. A well-formed pink rind with characteristic molds protects the billowy, mildly funky paste.

White Wine Pairings
  • Dry, traditional-method sparkling wines
  • Dry and off-dry, unoaked white wines (Gewurztaminer and Pinot Gris from Alsace, Chenin Blanc from the Loire)
  • Dry, structured whites (Marsanne and Roussanne, Dry Riesling from Australia)
Red Wine Pairings
  • Beaujolais Villages
  • Pinot Noir
  • Poulsard or Trousseau from Jura

Pont L'Eveque Washed-Rind Cheese from France

100 Point Oregon Chardonnay

Perfect 100 Point  Chardonnay

Only 3 Oregon Chardonnays have ever received a perfect score!!

2023 Bethel Heights Estate Chardonnay "The High Wire"...$99.99  /750ml
ONLY 3 BOTTLES AVAILABLE!

100 Perfection. This is my first experience tasting this captivating Chardonnay from the Bethel Heights estate, which is sourced from some of the oldest vines on the property, a former walnut orchard. This wine is 100% own-rooted Wente clone Chardonnay, planted in 1977. The winemaking includes a year in 50% new French oak, with the full lees and only one stirring. Named for the old high-trellised ‘California sprawl’ used in the vineyard for these vines, The High Wire hits all the high notes in the 2023 bottling. Winemaker Ben Casteel has delivered a 2023 masterpiece for what is quickly becoming America’s greatest Chardonnay appellation, the Eola-Amity Hills. While these California heritage vines struggled to fully ripen in the early, cooler days of the Willamette Valley, this modern iteration is a classic—subtle and delicate aromas of citrus curd, acacia honey and crushed chalk offer tremendous elegance. The palate offers a swooning complexity, with depth reminiscent of lemon oil, beeswax, and rich, resonant white florals. This is a stroke of brilliance disguised as a Chardonnay, teeming over with complexity and nuance, as good as anything made anywhere in the world. Nothing is out of place; the finish lingers, seemingly forever, with a smooth feeling of crushed chalk and a richness of baked Meyer lemon.

2022 Bethel Heights Estate Pinot Noir...$32.99/750ml

2022 Bethel Heights Pinot Noir Lewman Vineyard...$75.99/750ml
The Lewman Vineyard was planted by the winery’s late neighbor Dennis Lewman in 1992 and is much denser than the estate vineyards, with five times as many plants per acre. The aromatics of the magenta-colored 2022 Pinot Noir Lewman Vineyard are beautiful as well as savory, with notes of porcini, almost reductive black raspberries, and mossy earth. Medium-bodied, it expands on the palate with ripe tannins and ripe fruit all the way through the long finish. It’s very appealing across the board, with a touch more plushness and a broad-shouldered feel. Drink 2025-2045.

2022 Bethel Heights Pinot Noir Casteel Reserve...$78.99/750ml
Taking on a magenta hue, the 2022 Pinot Noir Casteel cuts through all three properties and takes on fantastic high-toned notes on the nose, along with hints of fresh blue fruit shining through, with notes of cherry eau de vie lavender, wet stones, and gravelly earth, and a long finish.

Morning Harvest, an “American Original”, draws on Milton Creamery’s expertise in creating cheddar-style cheeses, while also allowing their Swiss and German roots to shine.

This style of making cheese along with the proprietary blend of cultures results in a cheese that has an incredibly fruity aroma with a subtly sweet flavor and a creamy texture. It truly is unique.

Upon first taste, you’ll find notes of sweet cream and buttered popcorn with a lovely lingering finish. Aged for at least 7 months, it is firm yet sliceable in texture with superb meltability similar to that of a Havarti or Fontina.

The cheese is a collaboration between Milton Creamery and Kentucky-owned dairy farmers, which is the foundation of their purpose: to support the American Dairy Farming Community.

La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi Rioja Reserva

2020 La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi Rioja Reserva....$23.99 / 750ml
A classical, typical Rioja Alta red with elegant notes of vanilla, coconut, smoked spices and strawberries. Refined and suave, with fine tannins and a long, creamy finish. Juicy and elegant. Really approachable now, but give it two more years to get more mushroom complexity.
Rated 93/100 James Suckling
The younger wine here is the 2020 Viña Alberdi, a versatile version of the Haro reds. It was produced with Tempranillo fermented in stainless steel and matured in American oak barrels for two years (it's sold as Reserva in international markets and Crianza in Spain). It has 14% alcohol with a pH of 3.6 and five grams of acidity. It has a classical nose of ripe fruit, American oak and spices, the subtle notes of forest floor, still young. The palate is velvety and very balanced with polished tannins. Approachable but should also age. 650,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2023.
Rated 92/100 The Wine Advocate
Hints of tobacco, smoke and vanilla are a fragrant thread winding through the baked cherry and raspberry fruit, cocoa powder and red licorice notes on display in this lively, harmonious, focused red. Fine, crisp tannins firm the finish. Drink now through 2030. 54,166 cases made, 15,000 cases imported.
Rated 91/100 The Wine Spectator

Only 3 Magnums left
2018 La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi Rioja Reserva....$46.99 / 1.5 liter

A pretty nose of raspberries, cassis, fresh herbs, vanilla and sweet spices. It’s medium-bodied with round tannins. Creamy and fruity with chocolatey character on the mid-palate. Supple finish with excellent length. Tangy acidity. 100% tempranillo. Drink or hold.
Rated 93/100 James Suckling
Their young and fresh red 2018 Viña Alberdi, already a Reserva (Crianza in Spain), matured in oak barrel for two years—in new barrels for the first year and in used barrels for the second year. During the élevage, they racked the wine manually from barrel to barrel four times. 2018 was a year of lower alcohol and more freshness in the wines, and they thought the wines were not designed for the long haul; so, they didn't produce any other wine, and so the only wine from 2018 IS VIÑA ALBERDI! Which means that all the Tempranillo grapes that were destined for 890, 904 and all the other wines went to this wine. They didn't use the Garnacha (which was sold in bulk). So, this is a super- Viña Alberdi, which shows more Crianza style in this cooler vintage but with very good depth and complexity, perhaps a more modern and fresher style. The wine has a seamless palate and a juicy texture, with more color than other vintages, more intensity, more fruit... It has grapes from very good vineyards and poor soils that were never destined for this wine. Highly recommendable and very versatile. It has potential to age. They produced a whopping one million bottles of it. It was bottled in March 2021.
Rated 92/100 The Wine Advocate
