Green Flash is back!

Green Flash returns now in 6 PACKS (was 4 packs)

Green Flash Soul Style IPA...$9.99 / 6 pack
WAVES OF HOPS
Our brewers rip—creating huge and complex double and triple IPAs at the pinnacle of craft beer enlightenment. Soul Style is their effortless and pure manifestation of the Single IPA. Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade hops are layered, allowing bright tropical waves of flavorful citrus and floral notes to break gently on the palate. Get stoked on a laid back single and ride a wave to soothe your soul.

Green Clash Citra Session...$9.99 / 6pk
ADVENTUROUSLY HOPPY

Our Citra Session™ IPA is brewed with high-quality Marris Otter and Vienna malt but the flavor is dominated by the Citra hops introduced throughout the boil and again in the dry hop for maximum aroma intensity. Notes of lemon, orange and grapefruit make this hop-laden brew a perfectly potable summer session IPA.

Green Flash West Coast IPA...$12.99 / 6pk
As craft beer pioneers, we embarked on an expedition to brew the benchmark West Coast IPA. We ventured into the unknown and struck gold, discovering a tantalizing menagerie of hops. Simcoe for tropical and grapefruit zest, Columbus for hop pungency, Centennial for pine notes, Citra for citrus zest and Cascade for floral aroma are layered throughout the brewing process. West Coast IPA® exemplifies the Green Flash spirit of adventure and discovery.

Green Flash Road Warrior -- did not show up - will update
HOP ON AND ENJOY THE RYE OF YOUR LIFE
Our Imperial Rye IPA is brewed in the name of our Road Warriors—the sales team who tirelessly hit the streets, traveling from town to town and pub to pub sharing the Green Flash experience. Road Warrior™ charges full flavor forward. Columbus and Mosaic hops, rich crystal and spicy rye malts pave the way for Mosaic and Amarillo dry-hopping to boldly shine through in the finish. Raise a glass to those who never settle!

New highly rated Domaine Lafage Wines!

"When it comes to quality-to-price ratios, no one does it better than proprietor Jean Marc Lafage. Located just outside of Perpignan, this estate has a wealth of old vines and vineyards to pull from"...-Jeb Dunnuck The Wine Advocate

2013 Domaine Lafage Tessellae VV GSM...$15.99
Another incredible wine that's shockingly good for the price, the 2013 Tessellae Old Vines checks in as a blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre that was aged all in concrete tank. It offers brilliant notes of black cherries, blueberry, licorice, clove and spring flowers in its medium to full-bodied, gorgeously pure profile. Showing more and more finesse and elegance with time in the glass, as well as classic Roussillon minerality on the finish, it has loads of fruit and texture yet is never heavy, cumbersome or cloying. It's hard to believe you can get this quality for the price, but the consumer is the big winner here. Enjoy this rock star effort over the coming 4-5 years, although I wouldn't be surprised to see if evolve for longer.

Rated 94/100 The Wine Advocate

2013 Domaine Lafage Tesselae VV Carignan...$13.99
A custom cuvee and joint venture with importer Eric Solomon, the 2013 Tessellae Vieilles Vignes is 100% Carignan and comes from 70-year-old vines and the schist soils of Maury and Les Aspres. It is an off-the-charts value that offers up thrilling notes of black raspberry, chocolate, graphite, tar and licorice to go with a voluptuous, decadent, yet seamless and gorgeously pure feel on the palate. Seriously, this wine is smoking good and should thrill for 4-5 years, if not longer. Just pretend you paid more for it.
Rated 94/100 The Wine Advocate

2014 Domaine Lafage Cuvee Centenaire Blanc...$14.99
In the same ballpark, with beautiful minerality, stone fruits, saltiness and citrus blossom, the 2014 CĂ´tes du Roussillon Centenaire Blanc (80% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne) is medium-bodied, fresh, crisp and pure. It’s a year in, year out, spectacular value that should not be missed.

"Classic Beer" of the week - ORVAL

The "Classic Beer" of the week.  We try to feature a classic every Friday at our tasting.  Beers that have been around for more than 20 years and are no longer the new kid on the block or the hot new beer.  But worth trying again or maybe even trying for the first time.

Taste it this Friday (Sept 18) from 4-6pm during our Friday Night Beer tasting at Forsyth

Orval Trappist Ale
"The gustative sensations will gain in nuance depending on the age of the beer. Young beer is characterised by a bouquet of fresh hops, with a fruity note and pronounced bitterness, light on the palate and a less firm collar than a beer of six months. The latter will feature a bouquet consisting of a blend of fragrances of yeast and old-fashioned hop. The bitterness is more diffuse and the taste has moved to a slight touch of acidity accompanying yeast and caramel flavours. Served without its sediments, a beer of six months or more, has a particularly bright appearance." -- Orval

AN AMAZING WINE TASTING EVENT
WITH SUPERBOWL XXXIV COACH
DICK VERMEIL!!
Dick Vermeil Pic
We are VERY excited to announce that we are hosting an amazing tasting with a St. Louis Hero!!

Dick Vermeil led the St. Louis Rams to a glorious Superbowl Win in 1999, and after retiring from the game, went back to his roots in Calistoga, where he crafts luxury wines that express the soil and history of Napa Valley. With esteemed winemaker Thomas Rivers-Brown now at the helm, the wines are being escalated to even greater heights!

Check out this awesome lineup of wines to be tasted, many of which have previously been available only to winery club members (vintages are subject to change):

Coach Vermeil is bringing in some wines
that have never been outside of the winery before!

2013 Napa Sauvignon Blanc....$18.99

"
Our Sauvignon Blanc trends towards the style of the classic white Graves. The Semillon adds an oily fatness which balances the fi*rmeracidity of the Sauvignon."

2014 Dutton Ranch Chardonnay...$29.99
"Our Chardonnay is brilliant, clear and straw-colored with subdued scents of lemon and oak as it develops a creamy texture, oily viscosity, rich flavors of vanilla and hints of smoky oak. With proper cellaring, this wine should continue to develop richness for the next three years."

2010 XXXIV Red Blend....$31.99
"Purple-black-opaque which opens after decanting to grapey aromas and extracted flavors of cassis and black cherries, finishing balanced with firm, ripe tannins."

2012 Integrity Red Blend....$84.99

"Purple and red colors open with decanting to the fragrance of black cherries and cocoa with background hints of sweet oak and smoke. Round and soft, the palate features subtle flavors of green olive, coffee and cassis. This wine is drinking nicely now, and will improve with 5 years in the cellar."

Both wine lovers and NFL fanatics are encouraged to come by the shop and taste with the Coach! Autographed bottles will be available for purchase the night of the tasting. This is a can't miss event!!

Not in St. Louis? If you can't make it to the tasting in person, don't worry. We will offer gift sets with autographed bottles that can be shipped to your door!

MORE DETAILS TO COME, SO STAY TUNED!

96 Point Pinot Noir and only $50!!!

2013 Melville Pinot Noir Sandy's....$49.99
I think one of the top two wines in Melville's Pinot Noir lineup, the 2013 Pinot Noir Sandy's is drop-dead gorgeous. Similar to the Terraces, with its sweet bouquet of raspberry and black raspberry fruits, toasted bread, spice-box and licorice, it hits the palate with lots of fruit and texture, yet is always elegant, seamless and incredibly layered, with sweet tannin lending length and cut to the finish. Mostly destemmed and aged 14 months in neutral oak, this is a big, fruit-filled Pinot that will be better this time next year and knock your socks off through 2025.

Amazing Chateaneuf du Pape price....

2011 Clos St. Jean Chateauneuf du Pape V.V....$29.99
Lowest price on Wine-Searcher is $39.94
The 2011 Chateauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes is gorgeous (especially in the vintage), with loads of black raspberry, framboise and kirsch that's balanced by notions of spring flowers, incense and spice. A forward, up-front version of this cuvee, it's hard to resist now, yet it will have no problem evolving gracefully through 2023.

Since taking control of the estate in 2002, and bringing on board rock star consultant Philippe Cambie, the Maurel brothers has been knocking it out of the park in literally every vintage. 2004? Gorgeous wines and easily at the top in a recent retrospective. The cooler, rainy 2008? Beautiful ripeness and texture, and again, at the top of the hierarchy. 2011 is the same story, and it’s amazing what this team has accomplished in all of their vintages.
