Side Project Brewing Sunrises....$39.99 / 750ml
Blend of Oak Aged Lager and Saison

Sunrises is a collaboration with our lovely friends at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales. We brewed a lager and then experimented as we did as homebrewers with a precise matrix of Brettanomyces strains as we aged the beer in French Oak Barrels. After 12 months in oak, we wove in threads of Oude Fermier, Home, and Sunsets to push this lager / ale hybrid toward our individual Saison flavor profiles. Sunrises was bottle conditioned for 4 months with cultures from both breweries before sharing with you.
ABV: 6%

Lager Aged in Missouri Oak Foedre with Native Microflora

Side Project Salud....$39.99 / 750ml
Salud crosses the boundary between natural wine and Missouri Saison. In the process of orange wine, we aged a Missouri Table Saison on the skins of Vidal Blanc grapes letting the natural microflora of the grapes to influence the direction of the beer. At maturity in oak, a Missouri Saison aged on Peaches was blended in before letting the beer condition in the bottle for several months

Very limited! 2023 Edition
Side Project Brewing Langst Bourbon Barrel-Aged Adambier...$49.99 / 750ml
Langst is our bourbon barrel-aged Adambier, a historic, strong, malty German ale that was brewed with 7 different German malts and fermented with a fruity yeast strain. This Adambier was aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels to showcase the barrel as the predominant characteristic lending to notes of dark, dried fruits, toffee, caramel, peat and leather before being bottled almost still.   ABV: 13%

This one has a special place in TWCP / Side Project history --
This was the info on the first edition of Langst back in 2014
"Our Barleywine was brewed with American malts and hops, but fermented with a strong English Ale strain. So far, 14% ABV Barleywine has been aging for 14 months in a Wine and Cheese Place Blanton's barrel. Rich mahogany in color with tawny port aromatics and smooth vanilla, graham cracker finish."
One of the first beers we did with Side Project was Langst back in 2014. In fact we had a name the beer contest and one of our customers picked the name - read more about that original release
