Fred Jerbis Fernet 25 Single Barrel....$39.99
A surprising bitter: 25 botanicals and aged in chestnut barrels to rediscover a truthful and unusual taste.
This fernet is a tribute to Italian tradition, but with a surprising personality. A bitter part given by rhubarb and a fresh flavour, due to mint. The brief aging in chestnut barrels serves to accentuate the stringent, almost sapid, note. The color is deep amber, given by the extractions of the plants used. The taste is rich and herbaceous, with intense and round notes; free of dyes and with a very low percentage of sugar.

Kina Karo Apertif Blanc….$24.99
A selection of 13 aromatic plants and spices such as Haitian Bitter Orange, Quinquina from Ecuador, Cinnamon from Madagascar, etc., which give the AUTHENTIC taste of Kina Karo.

G.D. Vajra Barolo Chinato...$58.99
"G.D. Vajra launched in 1972, when the Vaira family established their vineyard the highest village in the Barolo region. Their version of Barolo chinato has a mysterious aroma and taste, which brings to mind souks and camels laden with herbs and spices (particularly clove). I can’t exactly explain this—especially since the family says it chiefly uses alpine herbs native to Italy. It’s a strongly herbal drink, but expresses itself as a counter to an herbal liqueur like, say, Chartreuse. Chartreuse is all piccolo; Vajra is all sousaphone." - Spirit Guide: Get to Know Bitter, Spicy Barolo Chinato - PUNCH

Distilleria Dell ‘Alpe Kapriol Liquore….$26.99
In 1948 Ferrucio de Bernard created a unique and singular liqueur which he called Kapriol. Commonly known as a Distillato del Bosco, or distillate of the forest, this juniper berry-based herbal liqueur was produced with local ingredients and infused with herbs and sugar using a long and complex distillation process.
Wheat based alcohol distillate of Juniper at 80%, Angelica, Bay leaves, Chamomile, Cardamom, Caraway, Coriander, Lavender, Hops, Mint, Oregano, Pine, Rosehips, sugar, water
