The Isle of Mull is home to one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, (rhymes with Schlomobory) traditionally producing small amounts of single malt, preparing their barley by drying it with peat smoke. Finished for two years in 110-litre Koval bourbon casks, this vibrant, peated malt has vigorously integrated with the vanilla-rich American oak.
