The hop program features exclusively French varieties — Barbe Rouge and Triskel — contributing a calculated ~30 IBU of bitterness. Fermentation utilizes a custom house yeast blend combining Lager, Kveik and Saison strains, followed by an extended cold-lager maturation to refine clarity and mouthfeel.
