Cincoro Blanco is made with 100% Weber blue agave and is exceptionally smooth on the palate and approachable. While most tequilas are made with agave from either the highland or lowland region of Jalisco, we use both types of agave. By combining agave from two distinct regions, our Blanco tequila is smooth on the palate with great flavor, complexity, and finish.

Cincoro Reposado gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. Our barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, we highlight the smoothness of our Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 8-10 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 2 months required for Reposado. On the nose Cincoro Reposado has amazing notes of vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. On the palate, sweet cooked agave, caramel, white chocolate.
Cincoro Tequila Añejo....$114.99
Cincoro Anejo gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. Our barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, we highlight the smoothness of our Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 24-28 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 1 year required for Anejo. Subtle notes of toasted oak and maple on the nose, followed by sweet cooked agave, light butterscotch and baking spices on the palate. Remarkably long, elegant finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate.
Cincoro Tequila Extra Añejo....$1,299.99
Cincoro Extra Añejo is a very rare tequila produced in limited allocations. Consistent with our younger aged expressions, Extra Añejo is aged in used American bourbon barrels imported from Kentucky for 40-44 months in our underground cellar, far longer than required for Extra Añejo tequilas. Subtle notes of wood, spices and light cooked agave on the nose followed by intense oak, sweet agave, caramel and light vanilla on the palate.
