Oldani Genova Salami

Very unique salami, made in St Louis for many years. In the 1970s and 1980s, it was the number one salami in Little Italy. The company name was purchased and the original recipe has been revived! This salami is ground fine and finished with red wine and garlic, it is great as an appetizer or in a panino.
