Ballwin News and changes....

To celebrate the re-modeling at Ballwin come in for a glass of Perennial Citra Paradisi on the house!   Come in and see Adrian and get a glass while you walk around (Ballwin location only).   (1 glass per person).  From now until Saturday at 7pm.  Join us for a glass of one of our 35th Anniversary Beers on us!

Some quick beer release notes first ---
Prairie Artisan Ales Birthday Bomb! is in stock now - Ballwin location
Firestone Walker Luponic #6 is in stock - Ballwin location now

While we wait for the license to change (which looks like it will be July 1st) we still have a package license which means we can sell GROWLERS at our BALLWIN location. This will be just for a short time until our by the glass license comes through and then we will be selling whiskey and beer by the glass.  We figure the system is set up, we might as well use it!

While we can, we thought we might as well sell GROWLERS at our BALLWIN location
Starting at NOON today (June 1st)

Here are our first three growler choices at our BALLWIN location.  Going big!!

Founders Backwoods Bastard
Bourbon Barrel Aged

Big and delicious for your ’perty mouth. Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts. A bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark cherries. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate.

Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Collab with SURLY BREWING
Ginger Lager
Together, we're brewing a lager infused with hot ginger and touch of cayenne (which emphasizes the ginger heat)  before fermenting on a blend of oak honeycombs and hops.  This may seem like an odd concept--and let's be honest, it is an odd concept--but the finished beer more than makes up for the seemingly strange combination of flavors.   The ginger is bright and crisp, the cayenne falls just below the heat threshold, and the oak adds a delicate roundness to the finish.  This ultra-crisp lager is very balanced and incredibly drinkable and will be on of the sleeper hits of the Beer Camp pack.

Changes in the store are coming along nicely.
By Friday - we should have about 70-80 new Bourbons in stock.
30-40 new Bitters/Amaros/Fernets/Vermouths in stock
20 plus Mezcals in stock by Friday too

Watch for info on our Amaro tasting coming soon and then a Mezcal tasting coming soon!

Not sure what you mean by that? Or is it sarcasm?
