2013 Château du Donjon Minervois Rosé....$14.99
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault.

Situated in Minervois, one of the oldest wine-producing areas in the Languedoc, Château du Donjon has been in the Panis family for 500 years. Jean Panis took the reins from his father, Guy, in 1996 and has taken the estate to new heights, with the historic 1998 vintage marking the beginning of a golden era that continues to this day.
Tasting Notes:  Pink to salmon color. Refreshing aromas include ripe strawberries, red cherries and red plums. Less spicy and herbal but with very pure intense red fruit flavors. Fully dry but ripe and soft, inviting and mouth-filling.   This has enough weight to match with chicken, sausage or ham, but it would also be excellent with fresh fruits or fruit desserts.

2013 Bargemone Coteaux d'Aux en Provence Rosé...$16.99
30% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Carignan, 6% white varietals (including Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc, and Ugni Blanc).

Bargemone is among the foremost estates of the Coteaux d’Aix appellation of Provence. A benchmark producer of the delicious, dry rosé for which Provence is famous, the Commanderie was founded by Templar knights in the13th century, and is home to a proud viticultural tradition and more than 160 acres of sustainably grown vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Offers classic aromas of wild strawberries and red currants, with a light, floral character and a crisp, bone-dry palate.   A rosé of reference, to be enjoyed year-round on its own or with a wide range of lighter fare and Provence-inspired cuisine.

2013 Villa des Anges Old Vines Rosé...$11.99
“Villa des Anges” is crafted by winemaker Jeff Carrel at the Espitalet des Anges domaine in Capestang. Situated on the ruins of an ancient Roman villa, the domaine is owned by Jaqueline Menard de Ginestous, who married-into and is herself from a prominent Languedocienne wine-growing family.
Tasting Notes:   A light-bodied wine, intensely crisp and vividly fresh, it offers complex aromas of strawberries and red currants, with a hint of quince.  As an aperitif it is the perfect warm weather gulper and also pairs well with a wide range of salads, seafoods, lighter dishes and grilled white meats and poultry.

2013 Penya Cotes Catalanes Rosé...$9.99
Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Syrah

Cases de Pene is a tiny village in the Roussillon region of Southern France, just 30 miles north of Spain. Ceded to France in the mid 17th century, the area is still known as “French Catalonia”. We celebrate this heritage with the Catalan spelling of the ancient Château and village Cooperative: “Penya”.
Tasting Notes:  Offers fresh aromas of Rainier cherries, garrigue, and hints of red raspberry and melon. Rich, full-bodied, yet bright on the palate.  Great as an aperitif or an accompaniment to hearty salads, fish and shellfish, charcuterie, frittata, and more.

2013 Le Cirque 2013 Rosé...$12.99
35% Grenache Noir, 35% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre.
Le Cirque isa ptly named after the vast, amphitheatre-shaped bowl of vineyards stretching north towards Vingrau, the wines represent phenomenal values, and perfectly reflect the rugged, wind-swept terroir in which they are grown.
Tasting Notes: Intensely colored, with great freshness and spicy strawberry, watermelon and sage aromas. Bone dry.  Excellent on its own, or paired with charcuterie, seafood, and fruit-based desserts.

2013 Chateau Guiot Costieres de Nimes Rose...$10.99
Grenache and Syrah, Cinsault
The Chateau Guiot Rosé has an electric pink color, deeper than most Rosés. This wine displays an intense nose of rose petal, bing cherries and ripe strawberries. Supple and harmonious, this refreshing wine is perfect for summer drinking. Enjoy it in any outdoor setting, whether as an aperitif next to the pool or with friends and family during a barbecue.
