Oude Fermier is the best of our best. When select barrels of Saison du Fermier are showing concise traits and a rich life, we earmark these oak vessels for extended aging to produce an exceptionally limited Saison with deep layers of complexity and soft, rounded oak nuances to either be released as is or blended into Tête de Cuvée. Oude Fermier Vintage 2023 was a limited blend and is vintage dated as the youngest thread of this blend.

Blend of Barrel Aged Imperial Stout and Barrel Aged English Barleywine with Vanilla Beans With Tarpey is a special collaboration blend created with our longtime friend Matt Tarpey of The Veil Brewing Co. This beer is a blend of 57.1% Barrel Aged Imperial Stout and 42.9% Barrel Aged Barleywine, featuring threads from barrels of MJK, OWK, Vibes, and Horchata that rested in oak for 15 to 26 months. After blending, the beer was conditioned on 20lbs of Uganda, Comoros, and Madagascar vanilla beans, highlighting our shared love for rich, complex vanilla character. ABV: 15%

Blended Missouri Wild Ale Pulling Nails is an ongoing experiment in the art of blending to create sour and wild ales of extraordinary depth, complexity and balance. Blend #17 is the showcase of one of our favorite Saisons - Sunsets - with our favorite fruits - Red and Black Raspberries - and our favorite adjunct - Vanilla Beans before we blended and allowed this beer to condition in this bottle for several months before its release. Oak Aged Missouri and Oregon Wild Ale with Red and Black Raspberries
Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. This Lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French Oak Foedre with a blend of our cultures and our favorite Oregon Red and Black Raspberries. After aging, we naturally conditioned this blend until it was ready to be shared with you. ABV: 7%

Wine Barrel Fermented Missouri Bière de Mars Biere du Nord is our Biere de Mars, brewed to celebrate spring of the new year. This Amber Missouri Saison was brewed in December of 2023 and aged until September of 2024. Bottled in October after a final blend of this Puncheon Fermented Saison was reached, we allowed it to condition in the bottle until it was ready to share with you!

Oak Aged Missouri Saison with Cara Cara Oranges. Bretta Sang was brewed in collaboration with our friend and brewer Troy Meier. This tart Missouri Saison is an exploration into pairing the bold flavors of Cara Cara Oranges with the fermentation characteristics of select Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus strains. This Saison was fermented in and aged in French Oak Puncheons for 15 months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle. ABV: 7%

Barrel Fermented Flanders Red Ale Open Spaces is a Missouri representation on one of our favorite styles of beer, the Flanders Red Ale. Fermented-in and aged-in Missouri Chambourcin barrels, Open Spaces rested for 18 to 63 months before exemplifying the characteristics of red fruits, subtle oxidation and round oakiness of the beautiful ales of the Flanders region of Belgium. ABV: 7%

Missouri Saison aged in a Missouri Foedre Rosé du Blé is our Wheat Saison that is fermented with wild Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus from our family’s farm and aged in our Missouri Oak Foedre. At maturity, it was racked atop the skins of Oregon bramble berries, adding the color, tannins and aromatics inspired by the rosé wines of France. ABV: 6%

Dry-Hopped Foedre Aged Farmhouse Pale Ale with Freestyle Farms Nelson & Motueka Hops Single Farm is our blended Missouri Farmhouse Pale Ale in which we explore the complexities and beautiful expressions of hops and our native mixed culture. For this most recent blend, we chose to express the Nelson and Motueka hop from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand by dry-hopping this light, billowy beer and then bottle conditioning to a lively level of carbonation. ABV: 6%
