After resting for 8 months in a bourbon barrel your new mistress is unmasked revealing honey, Belgian dark candi sugar, coconut, cacao, toasted almonds and vanilla. These decadent special ingredients have been whipped into shape, culminating in a bottle of sweet discipline.

A ripe harvest of honey laced mulberries enhanced with notes of bourbon leaps from each glass of Vin De Mûre. After racking from the Superstition barrel room we rested this elegant melomel on medium toast French oak.
