Blind Tasting, Bourbon Style

In this class, we’re doubling the Infamous Bar’s Mystery Flight from 3 to 6 drams so more educated guessing, more fun and more adventure. Blind tasting helps you develop your nose and palate so there are no wrong questions, observations or answers. This will be an enjoyable and educational class (and again, please…no wagering).

A tasting to showcase the multitude of different origins and styles of rum from some of the most significant rum producing countries out there. These bottles were chosen to highlight the diversity of flavors and textures that can come from one simple plant: sugarcane. From rum aficionados to novices alike, all experience levels are welcome.
