Isautier Rhum

The Mascarene Archipelago, east of Madagascar, is home to Réunion Island, famed for its volcanic soils and thriving sugarcane. Maison Isautier, founded in 1845 by Louis and Charles Isautier, is the island’s oldest rum distillery and has remained family-run for seven generations. Producing both rhum agricole from fresh cane juice and traditional molasses-based rum, Isautier is now led by Cyril Isautier, who has helped shape some of the region’s most iconic spirits. This collaboration with La Maison & Velier showcases exceptional casks from the distillery’s oldest stocks.
