Ballwin Location Cheese Feature: Mimolette
Mimolette was modeled after the Dutch cheese Edam. This aged version is aged for about 2 years and becomes very hard. It is nutty, salty and sweet and the same time. The deep orange color makes it perfect on any cheese board.
