THE BREWERY
This starts with the approach to recipe development taken by our Head Brewer, Chad Thompson. Contrary to beginning with a style guideline in mind, then moving forward – Chad starts with a flavor and experience in mind, then works backward. And since we’ve decided to not be bound by style guidelines, he’s free to use any ingredients and amount along with the his special techniques to create a new beer experience.
To enable this philosophy and to enhance our creativity, we created a custom built brewhouse that allows us to make the beers we want to make.
A bright citrus forward beer, featuring flavors of orange zest, lime, and tropical fruits. This beer was hopped with Citra, Warrior, and an experimental hop 1320. Great beer for a sunny day or bellied up to a bar with friends.
