Taras Boulba is a thirst-quenching beer, light and refreshing, with a strong character. It is a blond beer, slightly veiled.
On the nose, it develops fragrances of noble hops added cold (dry-hopping), which give it a herbaceous, floral and slightly lemony touch.The whole is completed by malty notes of fresh cereals as well as by fruity/spicy aromas of fermentation. Its bitterness is powerful and its finish very dry.
