Irish + American
Irish whiskeys blended with American Rye whiskey. We combine the unique qualities of Irish grain and single pot still whiskeys with American Rye whiskey for a remarkable drinking experience.
NOSE : Bright, floral, baking spices
TASTE: Candied ginger, vanilla, lemon zest, sweet biscuits, stewed fruit. Long and lingering with notes of spices, candy sweetn+ss and freshly charred oak.
FINISH: Long and pleasant spiced caramel


Irish + Bourbon
The characteristic sweet taste of bourbon intertwined with notes of freshly charred virgin oak pair beautifully with the earthy spices of the single Irish pot still whiskey and the delicate butterscotch sweetness from the Irish grain whiskey to deliver a unique tasting experience.
46% ALC/VOL – 92 PROOF
NOSE: Rich caramel in a freshly baked pecan pie
TASTE\: Peppery with some herbal notes and sweet with vanilla malt shake, cocoa, tootsie roll
FINISH: Lingering pleasant sweet rich wood

Single Malt 10yr
Our first aged statement is made from a mash of malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills and aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels. This expression has all the of the complexity malt whiskey is known for. We then finish it in Malaga wine casks which adds notes of stone fruits and marzipan that marry wonderfully with the malty character.
NOSE: Cereal biscuity, elements of apricots, honey and almond
TASTE: Honey sweetness & texture intertwined with notes of fruit, cereal, nuttiness:  
FINISH: Malt cereal, background notes of toasted oak
