The Bruery is back!

The Bruery Sticky Nanners Flapjack Stout...$10.99 / 16oz can
BARREL-AGED IMPERIAL PASTRY STOUT
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with bananas, cacao nibs, and maple syrup
One of the best parts of childhood? Weekend breakfast sweets. We think growing up is boring, so we’re serving up a stack of chocolate chip banana flapjacks at the adult table. This pastry stout was treated with bananas, cacao nibs, and natural maple syrup. Tuck your napkin in your collar and sink a fork into this sweet, gooey treat.

The Bruery Terreux Where Is The Lava?....$10.99 / 16oz can
BARREL-AGED SOUR PASTRY STOUT
Bourbon barrel-aged sour imperial stout with cherry, cacao nibs, cocoa powder, and Madagascar vanilla beans
Crack into this treat, and you’ll get oozing molten cherry chocolate lava cake— Terreux style. This rich blend of Black Tuesday and Tart of Darkness was given the sweet treatment with grandma-approved helpings of cherry, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla beans. We mixed this stout batter until smooth, then baked it in bourbon barrels for toweringly thick and rich character. Let cool before digging in.

The Bruery So Happens It's Tuesday (2021) ....$10.99 / 16oz can
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout
Namesake aside, this bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout is worthy of pouring every day of the week. Both elegant and complex, it exemplifies over 10 years of experience in barrel-aging technique. Notes of dark chocolate and vanilla are rounded out with hints of freshly picked cherries, dried figs, and molasses.

The Bruery All The Cows Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Milk Stout...$9.99 / 16oz can
Bourbon barrel-aged imperial milk stout with milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans
Tip your tastebuds with this bourbon barrel-aged milk stout. So rich and creamy, we had to use all the cows. We started with a big, rich imperial stout and aged it in bourbon barrels with Madagascar vanilla beans until it was udderly delicious.
Tasting Notes:  All The Cows pours a thick jet black with aromas of rich dark berries and cherry with a hint of bourbon and vanilla. Vanilla also shines through in the palate; a creamy mouthfeel carries rich berry notes, followed by a semi-sweet finish interlaced with bourbon notes from the barrel.
