FLAVOR:  Moderate sweetness and slight-moderate sourness initially; sweetness drops to slight and persists alongside sourness throughout the finish. Slight bitterness at the end that doesn't linger.
MOUTHFEEL/BODY:  Light body, slight puckering and effervescent.
