The History of Ginger Gueuze
A brewery both traditional and innovative, Lindemans is creating a new beer category with their Botanical Lambic series: wild-fermented lambic beers, with a new ingredient that leads to an entirely new flavor sensation. The first in the series was SpontanBasil, made with fresh basil; now, Lindemans GingerGueuze brings the bold aroma and taste of fresh ginger to traditional lambic. (Note that the French spelling is gueuze and the Dutch spelling is geuze - both are commonly used in Belgium.)
Taste
Hazy golden color; bold ginger aroma and flavor enmeshed with the sharp, tart dryness of gueuze.
