The third edition of Colere American Single Malt Whiskey features a 2-row barley called Pilot. This 2-row spring variety traces its lineage back to grain breeders in the United Kingdom and has been a pleasant surprise in our ever-growing line-up of malt varieties. Edition 3 also introduces the use of a 2nd fill Oloroso Hogshead. The subtle influence of this used Sherry cask brings a layer of depth and continuity to the final bottling.
