We are excited to bring you dHop49. 8.5% DIPA - The dHop series was created out of investigation and experimentation. Continuing to explore, we implemented some of our newest findings in today’s creation to compare with batches past. dHop 49 showcases Citra and Strata. For this unique beer, we blended two fermentations before the dry hop, with one of the fermentations being inoculated with precursor compounds to get our special yeast ready for the main dry hop event. They were broken up, releasing loads of citrus notes, fruit cocktail, and Hawaiian punch. Soft hop-saturated flavors of ripe mango sorbet, passionfruit custard, Frankenberry, and lime spritzed melon wedges lead into its delicate finish lined with #EQjuice. dHop 49 will be available at the brewery today and for shipping to 34 states by visiting the link in our bio.

Lab Dynamics (8.5% DIPA) is a mashup of some of our recent favorite beers and uses a massive dose of CO2 extract, Citra Incognito, and our hand selected Citra T-90s on the hotside followed by an insane double dry hop of Citra LUPOMAX and our hand selected Citra T-90s with a slightly refined dry hop process. Collab with Vitamin Sea Brewing
We are excited to bring back Ocean Vibes, our collaboration with Vitamin Sea Brewing. Studies prove that a beach-type environment can have a profound impact on our brains and mental health. There is something soothing about the sound of ocean waves, the smell of salt water, and the feeling of warm sand beneath your toes. We feel these ocean vibes and the power of the pun, ‘Vitamin Sea’, definitely have some truth to them.
Ocean Vibes starts with a base of 2row and oats before a Citra and Idaho 7 whirlpool. We then dry hopped it with Citra, Galaxy, and Sabro. Pouring a hazy opaque bright yellow, this beer is bursting with tropical notes and flavors of guava, pineapple, bright clementine, and a touch of island coconut from the Sabro addition. The velvety mouthfeel is creamy with a hint of chewiness and reminiscent of a tropical flavored push-pop crossed with a bright rainbow melon #EQjuice finish. Equilibrium Fluctuation Double IPA...$4.99 / 16oz cans
Fluctuation (8.1 % DIPA) Fluctuation pours a very hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and lychee with an undercurrent of sorbet and cream. Fluctuation tastes highly resinous and tropical with an assertive yet soft bitterness. This batch is very bright with a strong #EQjuice finish. We consider Fluctuation to be perfectly unbalanced.
