The next Barrel Aged Beer Collaboration from The Wine and Cheese Place is soon to be released. Charleville Hairy Cow Wee Heavy in Bourbon Barrel is scheduled to be bottled on Friday. Release Date is June 22 - watch for release party details soon. This will be our 4th beer to be bottled!

Hairy Cow Wee Heavy aged in Bourbon Barrel
They did not bottle any non-barrel aged version of the beer, but it has been around town on draft. Charleville is going to bottle it in a 750ml silk screened bottle -- should be gorgeous.
