Sazerac Cocktail
Pack an Old-Fashioned glass with ice.
In a second Old-Fashioned glass place the sugar cube and add the Peychaud's Bitters to it, then crush the sugar cube.
Add the Whiskey to the second glass containing the Peychaud's Bitters and sugar.
Empty the ice from the first class and coat the glass with the Herbsaint, then discard the remaining Herbsaint.
Empty the whiskey/bitters/sugar mixture from the second glass into the first glass and garnish with lemon peel

- 1 1/2 ounces of Rye Whiskey (in stock)
- 1/4 ounce of Herbsaint (in stock)
- 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters (in stock)

HURRICANE Recipe from Liber and Co,.
Storm's brewin'! Passionfruit syrup and rum are the dynamic duo in this New Orleans classic.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Liber Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- ¼ oz Liber Real Grenadine
- 2 oz dark rum
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Add all ingredients except Real Grenadine to a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
Top with Real Grenadine
Glass: hurricane
Garnish: brandied cherry and lemon flag
