Velour is a blend of 3 different Flanders Reds. The oldest of these being 38 months. This is followed by vintages of 24 months and then 12 months. 6.7% ABV

White Rooster Elliptic Yellow Peach...$28.99 / 750ml
Elliptic is our Foeder beer. It is a tart saison. This specific blend was pulled off and aged on yellow peaches. 5% ABV

White Rooster Infusion with Hibiscus and Ginger..$13.99 / 375ml
Infusion is a barrel aged sour. We split the batch and aged each base recipe on different items. This one, obviously, was aged on hibiscus and ginger.

White Rooster Late July...$17.99 / 750ml
Late July is another tart farmhouse ale. Nothing special done to this one. Just a nice crisp barrel aged tart beer. 5.5% ABV

White Rooster Expectation...$27.99 / 500ml
Expectation is the first of a series of oud bruins that we will be releasing down the line. This specific oud bruin was racked out of oak and then re-aged on black currants, boysenberries and sweet cherries.
