An intence copper coloured amber beer with a fine and persistent foam. this ale is brewed with pure barley malt. The flavour is dominated by the aroma of noble hops, but the taste is well balanced with select caramel notes. A beer with character and good personality.

Beer Pale Ale inspired Americana, from the blond-golden color with fine foam and very persistent. The nose floral bouquet given by hopping cold makes Rifle beer fascinating and enjoyable. On the palate it feels a mild nutty taste, but to prevail is a bitter clean, toned and never annoying. Notes clotted dates from American hops making this beer very refreshing and pleasant.
Serving suggestions:It goes well with appetizers or tasty bruschetta, pasta with asparagus or bitter vegetables, meats strong flavors.After the meal served with strawberries and balsamic vinegar glaze.
