#3 Deschutes Hop Henge IPA

Deschutes Hop Henge Experimental Imperial IPA...$4.99 / 22oz
Seasonal Release
Hop Henge Experimental IPA is our annual exercise in IBU escalation. An outrageous amount of Centennial and Cascade hops are added to each barrel, with a heavy dry-hop presence as well. It is dense and muscular, with a blend of crystal, pale and carastan malts creating an overall biscuity characteristic. It’s all hop, no apologies.

Deschutes Red Chair NWPA Northwest Pale Ale...$8.99 / 6pk
The citrus punch of a big IPA, minus the one-dimensional hop sledgehammer. Seven select European and domestic malts round out the edges for a complex, copper-colored brew. Like its namesake skilift, it’s an insider’s ride to fresh thrills.

Deschutes / Goose Island Class of 88 Belgian Style Ale....$14.99
Our barrel aged tribute to the Class of '88
Alc. 10.9% | IBUs 17
In this third and final creation of our collaborations with other breweries celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year, we’ve partnered with Goose Island Beer Company.

Michigan Riesling and Oregon Pinot Noir grapes age with Mt. Hood whole flower hops and Pilsner malt in Muscat casks. The fruit aroma unites with Belgian yeast esters and oak for a crisp, dry and slightly tart flavor. Sip slowly and enjoy the complexity.
Malt: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Malted Wheat
Hops: Tettnang, Mt. Hood
Other: Michigan Riesling juice and Oregon Pinot Noir grapes
Barrel-Aging: 100% in 10-year-old Muscat barrels

The Abyss
SOLD OUT
Deschutes The Abyss 2013 Reserve...$14.99
A deep, dark Imperial Stout, The Abyss has almost immeasurable depth and complexity. Hints of molasses, licorice and other alluring flavors make it something not just to quaff, but contemplate.  As for the great "drink it now or let it age" debate, we stand clearly on the fence. Distinct and delicious on release, the flavors meld and fuse into an entirely different pleasure a year on.
