Our Oktoberfest beer features biscuity malts from dark Munich malt reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Subtle and spicy hop finish add enough character to prevent the final beer from being overly sweet. 6.5 % alc/vol
We don’t mess with this classic lager too much (why would we?), but we selected a lager yeast and fermentation temperature schedule to really highlight our favorite dark Munich malt.
Ingredients: Pils, Dark Munich, CaraMunich III, CaraPils malt, Nugget, Hersbrucker hops
