We received some extra vintage BCS....

Just in....

2019 Goose Island Original Bourbon County Brand Stout...$11.99 / pint
This year’s Bourbon County Stout, aged in a mix of Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Wild Turkey barrels, yields a rich, complex mouthfeel. Flavors of cocoa, fudge, vanilla, caramel, almond, plus leather and tobacco, permeate this beer and deepen with each sip. We’ve bottled Bourbon County Stout for 15 years and this year’s vintage is one that you will want to hold on to for years to come.

2019 Bourbon County Café de Olla Stout...$20.99

Created in partnership with our next door neighbors, Intelligentsia Coffee, Café de Olla is inspired by the traditional Mexican beverage of the same name. We added coffee beans and cold brew coffee to Original Bourbon County Stout and then enhanced this beer further through additions of cassia bark, orange peel, and panela sugar. The resulting beer is layered in complexity. Coffee and orange permeate the nose and are followed by notes of cinnamon, chocolate, and a pleasant sweetness.

Small high quality wine importer --
UNITED ESTATES WINE IMPORTS Ltd.

UNITED ESTATES WINE IMPORTS Ltd. is a company dedicated to importing handcrafted, high-quality wines, from artisan estates in France. Before starting their business, the husband and wife team of Patrick and Connie Allen spent many years living in France and New York. During that time they worked for many major players in the wine business including Becky Wasserman, Neal Rosenthal, William Deutsch, and Michael Skurnik.
After crafting a business plan over many long walks through Central Park they “took the plunge” and in the spring of 2002 moved to France. Their goal was to establish an importing company dedicated to promoting French country wines from villages far off the beaten track.
In France they researched and tasted wines from hundreds of wineries, ultimately creating a unique portfolio of exceptional, handcrafted, artisan wines. Upon return to their home state of Ohio, they took the steps necessary to create the independent importing company that they had dreamed of during their walks in the park. In January of 2004, the first wines imported by United Estates landed in New York.

Benriach The Smoky Twelve Single Malt Scotch -- #3 Whisky of the Year

Very limited, we are finally able to get the #3 best whisky of 2020!
At Forsyth and online now

Top 20 Whiskies of 2020 from The Whisky Advocate
#3 • Benriach The Smoky Twelve

Benriach The Smoky Twelve Single Malt Scotch 12 year Old...$59.99
Benriach is a sleeper of a single malt, but that’s about to change. Part of a 2020 relaunch of its core line, this grabbed our attention with its sophistication, breadth of flavors, and lovely refinement. Much of the credit surely goes to master blender Rachel Barrie for creating a smoky whisky that both peat lovers and the peat-wary can enjoy. Rather than medicinal intensity, the peat is redolent of gentle, sweetly smoky fruits that integrate seamlessly with notes of vanilla, toasted almond, chocolate, blueberry, and bacon. It beckons like the wafting smoke of a warming autumn bonfire, then welcomes with its lush and velvety embrace. —Jeffery Lindenmuth

New Smoky Ten!

Benriach The Smoky Ten Single Malt Scotch 10 year Old...$54.99
Compare to $58.99 at Total Wine and More
Three Cask Matured
In the early 1970s, Benriach broke convention in Speyside by returning to distilling batches of whisky in the old, 19th century style, using malted barley smoked with Highland peat. This wood rich Highland peat imparts distinctly sweet and smoky notes into Benriach peated whiskies. Benriach The Smoky Ten has been crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and three cask matured for at least ten years in a combination of bourbon barrels, Jamaican rum casks and toasted virgin oak. The whisky is then expertly married together to create sublimely smooth layers of sunripe fruit, aromatic smoke and toasted oak spice, lingering into the perfectly balanced sweet and smoky finish.

St. Feuillien

St. Feuillien is back!!1

St. Feuillien Grand Cru Belgian Ale...$18.99 / 750ml
Grand Cru has a full, dense, white head of foam, lacy and beautiful. Very pale in color, brilliantly bright and appetizingly pale golden, Grand Cru has a delicate nose full of subtle hops and fruit with a backdrop of malt and honey. Grand Cru is very dry on the palate, firm in body and well-attenuated with a pleasant fruity bitterness and wonderful toasted malt character.

St. Feuillien Cuvee de Noel...$35.99 / 1.5 liter bottle (magnum)
St. Feuillien was a 7 th -century monk, an Irishman slain in the wilds of what is now Wallonian Belgium. In 1873 the Friart family, in conjunction with a foundation dedicated to the memory and good works of St. Feuillien, began producing fine Authentic Abbey Ales. Five generations later, the Friart family is still in charge of the brewery and proceeds from each sale go to the Foundation formed in St. Feuillien’s name.
St. Feuillien Cuvée de Noël is a fine top fermented Abbey Ale. Its slightly brown color is the result of the roasted barley. This beer has a smoothness that is the result of the synergy of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage. St-Feuillien Cuvée de Noël is a harmonious ale that strikes a perfect balance between all of the different ingredients. Dark ruby brown color, St. Feuillien Cuvée de Noël boasts: • Aromatic herbs and spices, • Full-bodied, • Subtle bitterness and • A generous head – compact and firm.

St. Feuillien Triple Belgian Ale...$89.99 / 3 liter bottle
Giant 3 liter bottle
Cork Finished

Sparkling orangish-golden in color with a brilliant white foam. Highly aromatic with vivid hop resins leaping out of the glass. The flavor is bright, leanly malty, spicy and hoppy. A generous amount of carbonation makes for a full mouthfeel as well as mountains of pillowy foam.
Enjoy St. Feuillien Tripel with salads and seafood or as a foil for rich, buttery or creamy dishes. Truly one of Belgium’s great Tripels and a beer that is not to be missed!
