2022 Cedrick Bardin Pouilly Fume

Our best selling Pouilly Fume!
This wine screams seafood!
2022 Cedrick Bardin Pouilly Fume...$27.99

The shiny golden robe gives place to an elegant nose of ripe peach and apricot with a hint of white flower and soft cinnamon spice aromas. The limestone and flinty siliceous soil impart somewhat of a gun-flinty quality on the nose. On the palate, the attack is fresh and supple with great volume and complexity mid-palate.
The minerality in this Pouilly Fume pair nicely with shrimp and other creamy seafood or pasta dishes as well as with pesto crostini or herbed goat cheese appetizers. It also pairs well with baked ham or even a ham sandwich with mustard…preferably French;)

2022 Cedrick Bardin Sancerre

Our best value Sancerre!
2022 Cedrick Bardin Sancerre.....$31.99
100% Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh fruit on the nose such as white peach, pear and melon. With a few swirls the wine opens up to express more floral notes like chamomile and orange blossom. The palate starts with a lot of freshness yet stays soft. The finish is elegant and long.
This Sancerre pairs best with soft cheeses like goat cheese, shrimp scampi, roast turkey, asparagus, ceviche, and crab cakes. Light meats, seafood, and green vegetables are all delicious with a crisp and cold glass of this Sancerre.

Château Maison Neuve Clotilde Red Bordeaux

Despite its modest price, this is a serious bottle of Bordeaux!
2019 Château Maison Neuve Clotilde Red Bordeaux...$15.99

An intense and deep color when you pour it and the nose blossoms to reveal beautiful aromas of gently roasted plums, lilacs, vanilla, and coffee, and a touch of spice. The mouth is big and rich, delivering black cherries, dark plums, and hints of graphite.

Alexia farms with respect for the environment, in harmony with the climate and soils. Her aim is to bring her wines to an optimum quality and thus give her wines have all the advantage of a real identity.

2019 Heritage Familial Cotes de Bordeaux Rouge

2019 Heritage Familial Cotes de Bordeaux Rouge...$17.99
Located right near St. Emilion, this is a great Right Bank Style Bordeaux
A beautiful cherry red color. The nose is dominated by red berry fruit with hints of cocoa and candied fruit. A well balanced palate with a sweet attack, leading to a soft and round finish full of ripe, fresh fruit.   Merlot and Malbec are complementary when it comes to making a fruity yet elegant wine. On the nose, fresh plums, cherries, blackcurrants, violets and pine. Creamy and soft, with a full body and ripe tannins. Well-balanced wine that pairs very easily in every season.

This is a fantastic value made by a great Bordeaux Family- Franc de Ferriere. The family vineyard is located to the east of the Bordeaux wine region, about 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion. Wines of the Franc de Ferriere family originate from a unique area on the hills of the Dordogne river, giving the appellation all of its originality and grace.
Cultivating mainly Merlot and Cabernet varieties for the red and Sauvignon Blanc for the white, Wilfrid and his team do their utmost to produce quality wines reflecting the potential of our terroir. Our philosophy and practices are constantly evolving in order to produce wines that are unique, elegant and full of flavours. The vineyard is located on the hills of the property which benefits from a favorable south/south-west exposition. In the fields below, 20 Aquitaine Blond cattle happily share 30 hectares of more fertile grounds.

2021 Painted Wolf The Den Dry Chenin Blanc...$14.99
From South Africa
If you’re fond of that white wine style that sits somewhere between Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, then this is a wine for you.  It is a great dry and refreshing white wine. We call it a “porch pounder”!
The den wines are social wines to be enjoyed with friends and family, named for the den, the heart of all African wild dog communities. Did you know that South Africa produces more Chenin Blanc than the rest of the world combined? It’s true – in fact more than 30% of all acres under vine in South Africa are planted to Chenin Blanc – primarily for their enormous brandy industry. Actually – South Africa grows more Chenin Blanc than the rest of the world combined!
Focus is on creating length and palate texture, with racy acidity.
Enjoy with grilled fish tacos, ceviche, fresh salads, goat cheese, fried calamari, Thai chicken curries or chicken satay with peanut sauce, a bucket of popcorn and a movie! Extremely versatile.

Cedrick Bardin Coteaux du Giennois

Great Loire Red!
Looking for something different, but delicious?
2021 Cedrick Bardin Coteaux du Giennois....$19.99
50% Pinot Noir and 50% Gamay
A little known appellation next to the classic vineyard of Sancerre
Intense nose. A lot of dark fruit on the nose such as black current with a hint of tobacco and spice. On the palate, the texture is very smooth, the tannins are soft and generous. Ripe red fruit flavors start expressing themselves towards the end with a touch of toasty notes

Best served slightly cool, this expressive wine suits many different dishes Asian style salads and bibimbap to pulled pork and roast beef, as well as nutty-cheeses and chocolate cake or brownies.

The Pinot and Gamay grapes do exceptionally well in the eastern part of the Loire region. Although they are usually produced in Burgundy and Beaujolais, the climate of the Loire is particularly well suited for this blend. The wine is made in a classic way with low fermentation temperatures in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit

The great whites of Joly

Very small crop in 2021 - much more limited than usual
The 2021 vintage is the smallest volume we’ve ever produced. Frost hit badly and by late April about 60% of the crops were lost. The cold weather finally subsided and flowering happened in late June, with good weather conditions and not much disease pressure. A quiet, hot, and dry summer. The berries matured slowly and gained a bit more volume through early September, with the harvest starting on September 27.  The positive side of a late vintage is that the botrytis appears at the end of September with the morning fog of the Loire. The small harvest was finished within 10 days but in very beautiful conditions. Fermentation went smoothly up to January and the wines stayed on the fine lees until final racking, filtration, and bottling at the end of June. The wine is very balanced and elegant.

2021 Familie Joly Les Vieux Clos Savennieres...$76.99
Golden yellow wines, the nose is bright and complex. Pear, golden apple, and almond on the palate, this wine shows the concentration of the 2021 vintage, with a thrilling tension bringing the finish to great length.

Malolactic: 100%
Aging: 5 months in old oak barrels (no new wood)

2021 Familia Joly Clos de la Bergerie Savennières Roche aux Moines...$99.99
This 2021 Clos de la Bergerie is marked by its vintage. Affected by the frost, the fruit offered greater concentration at the time of harvest. The wine is showing the usual oxidative note balanced with the intensity of the fruit and a great acidity
Clos de la Bergerie provides a unique interpretation of site, taking in the moderating and gentle east facing slopes of AOC Savennières Roche aux Moines. The Joly family owns 3.5 hectares of the appellation. The vineyard comprises the same soil composition as Coulée de Serrant, schist and quartz, but with deeper soil and milder slopes, allowing the maturity to peak just slightly later. A rich and powerful wine set to stand the test of time.

Geography: The vineyard, located in the Jura, is 80km long and 7km wide, with grapes planted at an average altitude of 300 meters. Rich tropical fruit on the palate that moves to sweet potato on the front followed by a dry smoky finish. One of the most physically distinct species of agave, the Cuishe, a subspecies of the Karwinskii Family of agave, grows vertically as a single stalk with its leaves spreading at the top. Due to its unusual structure, and the stalk containing the firmer piña material, the Cuishe can be difficult to harvest and to work with in general. This agave offers aromas full of tropical fruit with a dry piney and mineral finish.

Oro de Coyame Sotol Vibora...$43.99 / 750ml
Oro de Coyame Sotol Víbora – Aged in Red Oak Barrels for 4 Months with Rattlesnake Venom
Our Sotol Viper arises from the inhabitants of the old town of Paquimé, who used the poison of the rattlesnake as a healing element. To produce our sotol, it is not necessary to kill the snake but only to extract the poison. Its flavors are reminiscent of citrus and pine wood, rounded off by the sweetness of the sotol plant, with a touch of citrus peel and a complex aromatic background of rattlesnake venom.

Cantillon Sang Bleu...$79.99 / 750ml
Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries.
For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity.
We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer : Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name. Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruit-forward, but still maintains a nice, mellow balance between acidity and atringency

Unicorns may not be real, but this hyper fresh IPA most definitely is. Big Foot sized additions Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops make you scratch your head and question everything you've thought to be true. Fresh citrus, sun ripened stone fruit and muddled berry notes take control in this one.

2020 Chateau Pineraie A&E Cahors

French Malbec!
2020 Chateau Pineraie A&E Cahors....$16.99
85% Malbec - 15% Merlot

As expected from the best terroirs of Cahors, the birthplace of the Malbec grape, the wine is made of a powerful elegance between vanilla and ripe fruit laced with violet floral aromas on the nose as well as peppery spice and roundness on the palate. Dark purple in color with flavors of blueberry, blackberry and cassis surrounded by a nice toasted spice that rounds out the wine. Nice tannins that provide a long finish. This wine pairs best with cassoulet, duck confit, braised game meat,, sausage, grilled venison or lamb chops as well as fattier fish like salmon and poultry with dark meat. In addition to these meat pairings, consider foods with richer sauces and more vibrant flavors.
A&E stands for Anne & Emmanuelle as the sisters had the idea of blending Malbec with Merlot in order to create an elegant wine full of fruit and spices. The grapes are fermented separately before blending and bottling. This is a great representation of what the best grapes from the Southwest of France can do.

Sam Adams Boston Lager Remastered

New-Remastered Samuel Adams Lager
Samuel Adams Boston Lager Remastered....$9.99 / 6pk bottles
A smooth, German-style lager with slightly sweet roasted malts, notes of caramel, toffee, and a distinct noble hop character with subtle piney citrus. It ends with a crisp finish that makes you want another.
Hallertau Mittlefruh and Tettnang Tettnanger Noble Hops from Bavairan growers.

In 1984, we made Boston Lager so American drinkers could enjoy the full-flavored beer they deserved. It helped start the craft beer revolution we enjoy today. We’d have to be crazy to change it, right? We are crazy. But we didn’t change our recipe. We’re constantly chasing perfection in a glass of beer. Which, honestly, is impossible. But we keep trying. Through decades of brewing improvements, Boston Lager is now brighter and easier to drink than ever. All without changes to the flavor that made you fall in love with craft beer.
