El Dorado Single Barrel Rum EHP...$69.99 A rare single-distillate heritage rum linked to the old Enmore Estate founded nearly 200 years ago. EHP was the marque used by the distillery attached to this sugar estate founded by Edward Henry Porter. His original Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, used to produce this unique rum, is the last surviving one operating in the world today. This distinctive medium bodied spirit, aged in small batches, owes its delicate aromatic character to this original process and to its maturation in oak barrels in the perfect warehouse conditions of 30°-34°C. Tasting Notes: Butterscotch nose blended with roasted coconut and apple. An initial taste of baked peach and coconut with a smoky cedar finish. Excellent mouth feel.
El Dorado Single Barrel Rum PM...$69.99
A rare single-distillate heritage rum linked to the Port Mourant Estate, one of the oldest in the world. PM was the signature marque used to identify rums from this estate, founded in 1732. Their original Double Wooden Pot Still, the only one of its kind operating in the world today, continues to be used to produce this small batch El Dorado heritage rum. The age-old wood of this original still contributes to the heavy-bodied, aromatic character of this rum, which was originally the preferred choice of the British Royal Navy. Tasting Notes: An aroma of sweet baked apples mixed with cinnamon, flambée banana and coconut. An initial taste of white spice and toffee with a toffee finish.
El Dorado Single Barrel Rum ICBU...$69.99 A rare single-distillate heritage rum linked to the eighteenth century Uitvlugt Estate. This estate on the Demerara River lends its ICBU Marque to this superb small batch rum. Its original continuous four column French Savalle Still continues to be used to produce this special rum. Single Barrel ICBU combines a pronounced, sweet sugar-cane nose with a dry, medium-bodied flavour – characteristics unmatched by any other distiller. Tasting Notes: Experts described it as possessing a rich aroma of sweet cigar smoke, an initial taste of smoky tobacco with a roasted cinnamon apple finish.
2012 Maison Sichel Sirius Bordeaux Blanc....$12.99

Chocolate Ale is no longer online, but in stock at all stores while it lasts. Will put it back online tomorrow if it survives the night.
Boulevard Smokestack Series Chocolate Ale...$11.99 / 750ml
One of the brightest stars in a city filled with culinary treasures, Christopher Elbow has been handcrafting masterpieces in chocolate for more than ten years. In that time the reputation of his artistic delicacies has spread around the globe. Elbow’s sweets are distinguished by their use of unusual and sometimes surprising flavors and ingredients; in that adventurous spirit we joined forces to bring you a very special Chocolate Ale. In developing this beer, Elbow and Boulevard brewmaster Steven Pauwels sought to harmonize the interplay of chocolate and malt, with each supporting and enhancing, but not overwhelming, the other. Just the right chocolate was essential. Elbow recommended a rare variety from the Dominican Republic, prized for its robust flavor and aroma, and a personal favorite. More than a mere flavoring, the chocolate — in the form of nibs, or crushed, roasted beans – was incorporated into the brewing process itself.
Get your Valentine some Chocolate.... Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence...$10.99 / 750ml Chocolate Indulgence comes with a thick tan head of foam resting on top of the rich onyx-colored liquid. The aroma immediately speaks of dark chocolate and dark malts. The gentle herbal nose of Perle hops compliments the darker notes, making the beer savory to the senses. The taste continues with the intense Belgian dark chocolate gliding across the tongue; starting sweet up front but giving way to rich cocoa flavors at the back. Through it all, a subtle fruitiness from our special Belgian yeast gives the beer brightness otherwise foreign to a beer style normally associated with gray foggy skies. Lingering chocolate entices the drinker to taste more. Go ahead. Dessert is good for the soul.
No long online (just about sold out)
Charleville Box of Chocolate Belgian Quadrupel Ale...$7.99 / 22oz "It's difficult to express Love's Nuances, much like the complexity of this Belgian Style Chocolate Quad. We use it to demonstrate our passion for great beer!" -- label 4 Hands Chocolate Milk Stout...$6.99 / 22oz Our Chocolate milk stout pours black as the night sky with aromas of dark chocolate, chocolate malt, and more chocolate. With a frothy tan head and a rich velvety mouthfeel our Chocolate milk stout is a perfect addition to the change of seasons. Brewed with over 3 pounds of cocoa nibs per barrel this beer is a chocolate lovers dream!"
Woodchuck Cider Smoked Apple...$4.49 / 22oz Apple pomace is smoked using a blend of maple and applewood chips. Our original small batch hard cider is run through the smoked pomace. The result is a full-bodied deep amber cider. Strong crisp apple notes with hints of vanilla are balanced on an applewood smoked backdrop.
Woodchuck Chocolate Apple Cider...$4.49 / 22oz We here at Woodchuck Hard Cider have been pioneering American cider for 23 years now. It’s been a journey and we trace our history through the different ciders we have handcrafted. Innovation and experimentation are woven into the fabric of Woodchuck. It is in this spirit that we introduce to you, (just in time for Valentine’s Day!), one of the most unique ciders we have ever crafted: Woodchuck Cellar Series Chocolate. It is the third cider released from our Cellar Series line. Woodchuck’s original small batch hard cider, featuring Vermont culinary apple varieties such as McIntosh and late season Northern Spy, was aged with crushed cocao beans. Cocao beans, or nibs, are the starting point from which chocolate is produced. The infusion of the cocao nibs bring notes of artisan chocolate throughout the nose and taste of the cider. A hint of caramel accompanies the dry finish, as does a full apple flavor.
“The use of crushed cocao nibs allowed for this cider to showcase chocolate’s true character,” says Cider Maker John Matson. “The infusion of the beans brought out those strong natural chocolate notes, without the sweetness found in a chocolate bar. The balance of the apple against the cocao creates a truly distinctive tasting experience. I am thrilled with the result and hope our fans are too.”
Woodchuck Barrel Select
This ultra-limited cider manages to combine the sweet and crisp taste of apple cider with smoky and dry flavors of Kentucky Bourbon. Woodchuck Cider is awesome, Kentucky Bourbon is awesome. Match made in heaven? We think so.
Hoppy Pale Ale Okay, here is my version of a Pale Ale that has a few hops in it like Columbus, Cascade, Summit & Centennial. Probably the best pale that has ever been made in the history of mankind Brewed with Cascade, Centennial & Summit Hops 6% ABV 32 IBU
2nd Shift Cat Spit Stout...$6.49 / 750ml
Coffeey, roasty, blah blah blah its a stout, just drink it, it's really good. 5.2% ABV
"CSS is a very easy drinking stout that everyone loves because it is frickin awesome. It has a good amount of flavor in the roasty and coffee area, that comes only from the malt bill. It's just the way I like a stout to be, so there." -- label
Westrbrook Beer Table Table Beer....$9.99 / 22oz This Czech-style pilsner is brewed with 100% pilsner malt and a blend of old and new world hops. Dry-hopping adds a hop accent to the nose, while cold fermentation with a classic Czech lager yeast emphasizes the fresh grainy flavor of the malt and the spiciness of the kettle hops. This beer provides plenty of flavor and nuance to be enjoyed on its own, but is also simple enough to get out of the way when food and/or conversation is the focus. We could drink it every day!" -- Westbrook "I conceived of Beer Table Table Beer as a way to engage brewers in a conversation about their process and consumption. I ask each brewer to brew the beer that they believe they could drink every day for the rest of their life." -- Justin Philps, Founder Beer Table

Grape: Cabernet Franc Cabernet Franc is a black-skinned French grape variety grown in most wine producing nations. The variety is most famously known as the third grape of Bordeaux and can be found in many of the world’s top Bordeaux blend wines. Cabernet Franc most commonly appears in blended red wines, where it adds herbaceous accents of tobacco and dark spice.
Cabernet Franc is commonly compared to Cabernet Sauvignon, which is not without justification; the Cabernet Sauvignon variety is the result of a cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. (Recent DNA profiling has also shown that Cabernet Franc is also one of Merlot's parents). But in the vineyard, Cabernet Franc ripens at least a week earlier than Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Franc prefers cool, inland climates such as the Loire Valley. The towns of Chinon and Saumur-Champigny are important historical bastions of varietal Cabernet Franc wines, which are prized for their ripe berry and spice elements. Lighter examples from these appellations generally exhibit graphite and red licorice notes, with darker wines showing more cigar and leather aromas. Come taste a Wine and Cheese Place Favorite this weekend, Domaine Aimee Cabernet Franc, Minervois
It is hard to find a good Cabernet Franc that
is not $40 or more, but we have done it....
2011 Domaine Aime Cabernet Franc....$14.99
Technical Notes: 100% Cabernet Franc. After the grapes are harvested they are 100% destemmed, crushed, then fermented and aged in tank before bottling. The grapes are sustainably farmed, and vinified using indigenous yeasts. There is no oak aging for this wine.
Tasting Notes: This is a rich ripe Cabernet Franc, with none of the vegetal elements that one sometimes finds in cooler climate Cabernet Franc. The wine is deep dark purple color. In the mouth the wine is full of black fruit flavors, with hints of blueberry and plum. The finish is soft and supple with ripe tannins. This is an exceptionally easy wine to enjoy. It is silky enough to have on its own, but rich and complex enough to enjoy with a wide variety of dishes.
12 large jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and halved

Bake until golden and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
2004 Moet Chandon Dom Perignon Brut Champagne...$139.99 Lily-of-the-valley perfume and scents of lightly toasted brioche and almond rise from the glass of Moet’s 2004 Brut Dom Perignon, along with hints of the apricot, pear and grapefruit that then inform a luscious and creamy yet strikingly delicate as well as consummately refreshing palate. Sweet-saline savor of scallop – also already intimated in the nose – lends compulsive saliva-inducement to a ravishingly rarified and persistent finish, joined by alkaline, nutty, liquid-floral, and nori seaweed notes for a performance of head-scratching subtlety and intrigue. (In case my description hasn’t already made clear, we have here inter alia a fantastic sushi wine.) This will be worth following for at least the next 6-8 years, in the course of demonstrating that iconic status as a luxury brand, and elevated (albeit secret) production numbers by no means preclude a wine of understated as well as profound beauty. Rated 95/100 Wine Spectator Rated 95/100 The Wine Advocate
The 2010 Proprietary Red Elu is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and the rest tiny dollops of Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. This elegant red wine offers blueberry, blackberry and cassis fruit intertwined with vanillin and spice box characteristics. Fruity, richly textured and nicely layered, this 2010 builds incrementally, exhibiting stunning ripeness, purity and depth. It is another brilliant achievement in this line-up of great wines, the likes of which I have never before seen from St. Supery.

The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville possesses a dense purple color as well as copious notes of charcoal, black currants and violets. Full-bodied and tightly knit, but trying to burst open, this beautifully pure, well-crafted Cabernet should hit its prime in 3-4 years and last for two decades. It is another brilliant effort from a winery that has dramatically improved its quality from good to world-class.
Rated 93+/100 Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate

Smooth Ambler Old Scout Straight Bourbon Whiskey....$32.99 6 and 7 year old barrels with a high rye content of 36%, this fine whiskey has exceptional taste and smoothness. Non chill filtered, non carbon filtered. A robust 99 proof, it’s strong, but deliciously drinkable like all of Smooth Ambler’s offerings. Bold, sweet-spicy flavors with subtle apple, cherry and tobacco aroma.
"This amber-hued, six-year-old Bourbon has a bright, honeyed, slightly peachy scent. On the palate, it has a sweet creaminess, very smooth and light, finishing dry and lovely with just a bit of spicy rye-like sparkle. A fine choice for Manhattans and other Bourbon-based cocktails."
Rated 95/100 The Wine Enthusiast
Smooth Ambler Old Scout Ten...$44.99
"Smooth Ambler Old Scout is a collection of fine whiskeys "scouted" during our efforts to find exceptional spirits with quality and flavor we admire. Old Scout Ten celebrates the finest qualities of properly matured Bourbon smoothness, sweetness, and character while providing a complex and lingering mid-palate range of nutty vanilla, honey, and tobacco that many Bourbons promise, but rarely deliver." - label
Smooth Ambler Old Scout Rye Whiskey...$34.99 Old Scout Straight Rye Whiskey is a part of our Old Scout line of whiskey that we “merchant bottle”. It’s a 7 year old whiskey using a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. You’ll like the sweet and smooth character while it still retains the spicy and bold notes for which all good ryes are known. Black tea, honey, baking spices and a bit of mint make this a powerful whiskey that’s enjoyed neat or stands up well in a cocktail.
Collier and McKeel Tennessee Whiskey...$37.99 / 750ml True Tennessee Whiskey is special. It's not just whiskey made in Tennessee. And it's not Bourbon Whiskey. It's more.
To make Collier and McKeel first we bring limestone filtered water from our family farm on the Big Richland Creek and use it to make a mash of corn, rye and malted barley. Then we distill it in our hand-hammered copper pot still.
At this point it changes from plain whiskey to Tennessee Whiskey when we drip it through several feet of sugar maple charcoal, made from trees cut by local sawmills and burned on the farm. This gives Collier and McKeel the smooth, sweet, smoky taste that Tennessee Whiskey is known for. Only true Tennessee Whiskey is put through this extra step.
We age Collier and McKeel in very small barrels that are far more expensive than standard sized barrels but adds intense flavors that are our special gift whiskey making in Tennessee. And unlike some whiskies that have an artificial time table for the proper time in a barrel, we determine when it's time to bottle the old fashioned way; when it tastes right.
Breuckelen Distilling 77 Wheat Whiskey...$42.99 77 Whiskey – Distilled from New York Wheat (previously known as Black Wax) This whiskey is produced the same way we make our wheat base spirit for our gin. That means we distill the grain in a manner to retain the character of the wheat. That flavor is then matched with the contribution of the barrel as it matures here in our space. Distilled from 100% wheat, aged in new American Oak
Breuckelen Distilling 77 Rye and Corn Whiskey...$42.99 77 Whiskey – Distilled from Local Rye and Corn (previously known as White Wax) Our 2nd whiskey is produced very much like the black wax whiskey, except we ferment a mash of rye and corn, rather than wheat. This grain combination benefits from some additional time in oak, so it tends to be a little older than the black wax. Distilled from 85% rye and 15% corn, aged in new American Oak
Tuthilltown Half Moon Orchard Gin...$31.99 / Liters Wheat and apples
Half Moon Orchard Gin, named for the vessel in which Henry Hudson first explored the River, which now bears his name. In that same spirit of exploration, we have created a new base of near neutral spirit from both Wheat and the Hudson Valley’s ubiquitous Apples. “We’re in the heart of the American apple industry so it’s natural for us to turn to apples to create an original New York gin”. The distinctive subtleties of the apple blend in the base spirit create a smoother and rounder gin, more drinkable than the standard grain neutral spirit base used in other gins. Half Moon Orchard Gin has an ABV of 46%. The 1 liter bottle is priced to become the preferred “well” gin by bartenders in New York State and nationwide.
Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. is a family run company based in Charleston, SC and Lexington, KY.
Our goal is to take long forgotten staples of the American bar and reinvent them, in an effort to drink like our great-grandparents might once have.
Our products are crafted in the United States in small batches, and distributed carefully across the world to finer bottle shops, bars, restaurants and general fans of a delicious drink.
Jack Rudy Small Batch Tonic...$15.99 / 500ml We believe we’ve managed to create the closest possible thing to a perfect Gin & Tonic.
Our Small Batch Tonic is essentially a quinine concentrate. It’s designed to pair with your favorite Gin or Vodka, and is then stretched with soda water to make a bright, light, refreshing highball.
With a backbone of quinine, culled from the Cinchona Tree, we’ve added a delicate mix of botanicals, and then sweetened it with real cane sugar; the final product is a complex mixture that introduces a fine bitterness to any cocktail, and a great pairing with the botanicals of the finest Gins in the world.
Jack Rudy Small Batch Grenadine...$15.99 / 500ml Our Small Batch Grenadine is our second product, and after a year of finalizing, it is no less a labor of love. We start with pomegranate juice from a small family farm in Madera, CA; they juice their fruit whole in a patented press that renders a matchless, robust pomegranate juice. To that we add cane sugar and orange flower water, and apply enough heat to dissolve the sugar while still maintaining the inherent zip of the fresh juice.
Jack Rudy Small Batch Grenadine is rich and full-flavored up front, and then gives way to a bright, almost tropical finish that lifts a drinks profile; use it to create new cocktails, or to revisit classic drinks like a Ward 8, Jack Rose, El Presidente, or Monkey Gland.
Imbue Petal and Thorn Aperitif Wine...$26.99 /750ml Petal & Thorn is a hand crafted contradiction with elements of both beauty and beast. The feminine aromas as well as the delectably pleasing sweetness are corseted by a robust and beastly bitter finish. In everything we do we strive to find balance; even when the beast is gnarly and the beauty is seductive as hell, we’ll find a way to give you both.
Tasting notes: Striking feminine aromas of chamomile and orange-peel waft from the glass, with more orange, pine, and cinnamon on the palate. A broad silky texture and pleasing sweetness lend weight to the mouth feel, before ultimately giving way to the assertive Amaro-inspired, bitter finish. Base wine: Oregon Grown Pinot gris Brandy: Oregon Grown Pinot gris Brandy Distilled at Portland’s Clear Creek Distillery. Botanicals: Ten dried raw Botanicals (Organic whenever possible) and Oregon Grown Beets to give Petal & Thorn it’s enchanting color.

"At 90 proof Fords Gin holds in a lot of flavor. When tasting, we recommend a splash of water to release the flavours. You'll notice the high oil content just by looking in the glass. The coriander, citrus and florals really come to life. It's also a good way to see how Fords gin will show in a cocktail." – Simon Ford, The 86 Co.
Fords Gin is distilled in London at Thames Distillers, and is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell and Simon Ford of The 86 Co. The mix of 9 botanicals starts with atraditional backbone base of juniper & coriander seed that's balanced with citrus (bitter orange, lemon & grapefruit peels), floral (jasmine flower & orris) and spice (angelica & cassia). The botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation in 500 liter stills.
Juniper from Italy: 49.5% : Savory, refreshing, pine, lavender
Coriander Seed from Romania : 30.5% : Spice, citrus, orange, structure
Lemon Peel from Spain: 3.2% : Sharp bright citrus, also adds dryness
Glenmorangie Companta....$94.99 / 750ml Description Inspired by Dr Bill’s travels across France’s greatest vineyards and the friends made along the way, Glenmorangie Companta (Scots Gaelic for ‘friendship’) is a refined balance between bold spice and rich, smooth sweetness; the result of a careful assemblage of spirit extra matured in Grand Cru casks from Clos de Tart and those of a lusciously sweet fortified wine from Côtes du Rhône.
“The smaller vineyards of the region don’t seem to worry about yields, costs, or timings. They work tirelessly, simply to produce the very best wine. In the same spirit as Glenmorangie, they stop at nothing in the pursuit of perfection.
“This shared philosophy inspired me to create the ultimate tribute to my longstanding love for French vineyards and the friends that I’ve had the pleasure to make throughout my travels.” – Dr Bill
Tasting Notes Aroma: On the nose, Companta exudes rich, 'autumnal' scents of red berries and damp forest floors, with a hint of fragrant woodsmoke complementing notes of aromatic, nutty oak. Taste: Upon tasting, a spicy palate redolent of cherries and stewed fruits is slowly revealed, as notes of sugared plums, blood orange and rose-hip syrup emerge alongside milk chocolate and brown sugar. Finish: Companta lingers on with a rich, mouth-coating finish. Colour: Cherry red
