Five Farms Cork County Irish Cream Liqueur...$29.99

Made with real Irish Whiskey

Five Farms Cork County Irish Cream Liqueur...$29.99/ 750ml
Compare to $32.99 at Total Wine and More in St. Louis
County Cork is Ireland’s largest and southernmost county, home to family-owned farms that dot the coastline where the land meets the sea. It seems to sit on the edge of the world, a rugged backdrop for the farmers who have toiled this land for generations.

Five Farms is a true farm-to-table product, crafted from single batches of fresh cream that are combined with premium Irish Whiskey within 48 hours of collection to become authentic Irish Cream Liqueur. The cream is sourced entirely from five family-owned farms in County Cork, run by families that have a deep connection to the land and a passion for their craft.

Made with the finest ingredients
Single Batch Cream
Five Farms is made with the richest dairy cream, smooth and sweet and luxurious. The mild climate and abundant rainfall in County Cork result in fertile farmland for dairy cattle, who spend their days basking in the fresh sea air and grazing on vibrant green grass.

The “happy cows” of County Cork produce the highest quality milk, and the collection in single batches assures that Five Farms starts with a rich and creamy base product that is consistent from batch to batch.
Irish Whiskey

County Cork is also home to the centuries-old tradition of distilling authentic Irish Whiskey. The pot stills traditionally used for distillation gave the spirit a consistency that has remained timeless. Premium triple-distilled Irish Whiskey has a smoothness and complexity that add depth to the sweetness of the cream.

Five Farms contains a greater amount of Irish Whiskey than other brands on the market, setting it apart in the category and allowing for an intensity of whiskey flavor and warmth that is truly one of a kind. The result is a superior Irish Cream Liqueur with the richness of Ireland itself.

It has scored 94 or 95 points the last 3 years- 2022 has not been rated yet
One of the best Morgon wines each year. A store favorite each time we get in our allocation.
Organic -- Natural Wine
Lapierre is considered by many to be the father of Natural Wines.

A genuine expression of a “terroir”, natural wine is a 100% pure grape wine, from the vineyard to the cellar it has been guided and developed without any chemical additives. Compared with so called 'technological' wines, natural wines are more alive with subtle characters and aromas. More than an organic wine, that only certifies that the grapes have been grown organically, a natural wine is the guarantee that the vines have been grown organically and the juice has been elaborated free synthetic products.

Certified organic by Ecocert
• Old-vines with naturally low yields
• Organic farming used to stimulate the natural immune system of the vine
• Manually harvested, as late as possible to achieve maximum ripeness
• Rigorous sorting of the grapes
• Indigenous yeasts only
• Whole cluster fermentation à l’ancienne, maintained at low temperatures ; lasts for ten to twenty days
• Wines aged on fine lees in old Burgundy barrels (from third to thirteenth passage)
• Wines are bottled unfiltered

Beautiful bottle and a beautiful wine!
2022 HB-Chevalier Rosé Côtes de Thau...$16.99

HB Rosé comes from vineyards planted on clay and limestone hillsides called "costières" bordering the Etang de Thau. This coastal lagoon is situated between the port of Sète and Cap d’Agde.
Limpid and shiny colored wine with a beautiful bright salmon pink hue. Possessing a very expressive, charming and complex bouquet, the wine offers intense notes of ripe citrus and fruit candies. The palate is balanced, delicate, fresh, generous and ample, developing beautiful aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, red currants) and a long lasting mouthfeel balanced between roundness and freshness.
Excellent as an aperitif, a great match with salads, fish and seafood, salmon carpaccio, white meat in sauce, goat cheese.

2021 Raen Pinot Noir Royal St. Robert Cuvee Sonoma Coast

Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away!!
Grab some of this one for for family and friends!

We have cracked the top 5.....

#4 Wine of the Year 2023
The Wine Spectator!!

2021 Raen Pinot Noir Royal St. Robert Cuvee Sonoma Coast...$68.99
If you’re in the wine business and your surname is Mondavi, people might assume you’re making Cabernet. But the decision by some members of the clan to pursue Pinot Noir has been rewarded. Brothers Carlo and Dante Mondavi spent 10 years looking for vineyard sites in the extreme coastal areas of Sonoma; by 2013 they had made their first wine at RAEN. Now with a decade-plus of vintages under their belts, the Mondavis, along with winemaker Melanie McIntyre, have established RAEN among the vanguard of producers driving the qualitative surge for California Pinot Noir. This bottling is named in honor of the brothers’ grandfather. Sourced primarily from their Bodega Vineyard, it’s made in a brisk, lithe and fresh style, with a backbone of pinpoint acidity and marine-influenced minerality. Native yeast fermentation and ample use of whole clusters add to its distinction.

Equilibrium Infinite Entropy Double IPA....$5.69 / 16oz can
Equilibrium Infinite Entropy Double IPA....$19.99 / 4pk 16oz cans

Infinite Entropy (DIPA) combines portions of Sand City's Brewery Infinite series with the scientific principle of Entropy, which deals with disorder, randomness, or uncertainty. In order to adapt the concept to the actual beer, we rolled a set of dice to randomize the dry hop schedule for this recipe.
We started off with a base of flaked oats and flaked wheat and a whirlpool of Mosaic and Galaxy. A roll of the dice dictated the dry hop schedule and ratios, so we used Mosaic, Galaxy, and Rakau. Infinite Entropy pours a hazy and deep yellow with aromas of mango, syrupy orange slices, and lime. Flavors start off creamy and lead into pops of papaya, mandarin orange, passionfruit, and complex berry, along with watermelon and lime fun dip candy and our EQ Juice finish. Sip on this one and ponder... Was this beer meant to be Is anything in the universe truly random, or is there always an underlying order? Delta S positive!

Equilibrium Even More Less Holy Double IPA...$5.69 / 16oz can
Equilibrium Even More Less Holy Double IPA...$19.99 / 4pk 16oz cans

Following Evil Twin NYC’s 'Even More' guidelines for the silliest name, we took our Even Less Holy and totally remixed it to bring you Even More Less Holy, a beer made for our yearly event with the Ridgewood legends.
Using a base of 2-row, white wheat, and chit malt, we utilized an all Galaxy whirlpool before the Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, Sabro Lupomax, Amarillo, and Nelson dry hop. Pouring a saturated tangerine yellow, deep flavors of mango juice, creamy tropical fruit, white grape, papaya, fresh squeezed OJ, and lemon lime soda mingle with a hint of berry skin before wrapping up with a hoppy blast and our bright melon EQ juice finish.

Equilibrium Enigmatic Triple IPA...$5.99 / 16oz can
Equilibrium Enigmatic Triple IPA...$21.99 / 4pk 16oz cans
Triple IPA
With an image Pete took on his visit to the Southern Hemisphere, The Tasmanian Devil graces the label of Enigmatic (TIPA). The Tasmanian Devil doesn’t really spin around like the cartoon character, but a few cans of this smooth and incredibly delicious concoction may have you dizzy.
Enigmatic starts with a base of white wheat and oats before a big citra whirlpool. We then generously dry hopped it with Enigma and Galaxy. Enigmatic pours a bright tangerine with an aroma of tropical citrus, pineapple, and earthy berry.
Big flavors of tangerine, pineapple, pinot gris, and complex berry lead the way into a dank tropical fruit twist flavor from our signature EQ juice profile.

2021 J. Lohr Chardonnay Arroyo Seco....$12.99
The 35th vintage of this beloved wine showcases how cool-climate Monterey specifically Arroyo Seco packs charm, elegance, texture, and balance into Chardonnay. Of course, the talented hands of winemaker Kristen Barnhisel had an impact. as malolactic fermentation and sur lie aging have added to the wine's innate richness. Striking scents of lemon meringue, creamed corn, and yellow flowers emerge effortlessly. Acidity waves its wand on the palate, lending crystal-clear focus and casting a textural spell with mouthwatering notes of summer peach, lime, and kiwi. The finish of candied yam and mandarin orange peel is exotic.
Rated 94/100 The Tasting Panel

2020 J. Lohr Syrah Paso Robles...$14.99
Rich and dense on the nose, this affordably priced, widely available bottling offers aromas of roasted berry, mesquite, cracked pepper and iodine. The structure is firm on the palate, where persistent elderberry and black-plum flavors are layered in iodine, soy and charred meat, finishing on an oak note.
Rated 92/100 The Wine Enthusiast

2021 J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon....$27.99
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc grapes in this wine were grown in gravelly, lime-laden soils at an elevation of 1,700 feet. Once drawn in by its immediate perfume of dark chocolate and blueberry preserves as well as its silky, plush, mouth-coating texture, you're treated to waves of milk chocolate-covered boysenberry. Nutmeg-dusted cedar and dried violets flash across the palate, leaving behind a slightly chalky finish.
Rated 93/100 The Tasting Panel

2020 J. Lohr Pure Paso Proprietary Red Wine...$24.99
This regionally respectful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah is satisfyingly rich and hedonistically attractive on all fronts. Smoke-kissed aromas of black cherry, purple flower and light cola on the nose lead into a palate that is full of ripe black cherry and cola flavors, yet with a firm structure.
Rated 92/100 The Wine Enthusiast

2020 J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon....$14.99
Thanks to their certified sustainable properties in five of Paso Robles' 11 sub-AVAs, the folks at J. Lohr are able to produce a super high-quality Cab at this price point. With 9% Petite Sirah plus some Cab Franc and Petit Verdot, it has a deep purple hue that enhances the immediate rush of blueberry in a stream of silky tannins. Spiced black tea takes heather, fennel, hazelnut, and vanilla bean on a long ride toward the finish.

#7 Wine of the Year 2023 Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva

#7 Wine of the Year 2023
The Wine Spectator!!

2020 Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva....$45.99
Antinori’s Chianti Classico Riserva is consistently outstanding, and classic in 2020. The grape source is the iconic Tenuta Tignanello, the source of Antinori’s game-changing super Tuscans Tignanello and Solaia. CEO Renzo Cotarella oversees the winemaking. His team blends 90 percent Sangiovese with Merlot and Cabernet Franc after fermenting and malolactic conversion in open-topped, conical stainless steel tanks; aging takes place in 225-liter French oak barriques for 14 months. The wine’s iron, olive and tobacco notes deliver that Tuscan feel, and the riserva designation, for just a few dollars more, ensures greater depth, structure and longevity than the annata.

Kweichow Moutai

Kweichow Moutai...$189.99 / 200ml
Baijiu (pronounced bye-j’yo) means "white spirits" in Mandarin. The secret ingredient in baijiu is qu (pronounced "chew"), a naturally harvested culture of airborne yeasts and other microorganisms. It makes the taste and scent of every baijiu highly specific to the place it was created. Qu also allows Chinese distillers to ferment and distill grains in a solid state, which creates incredible complexity of flavor. There are nearly a dozen distinctive regional styles of baijiu, but there are four major styles: strong aroma, light aroma, sauce aroma, and rice aroma.
This Kweichow Moutai is distilled 7 times before bottling. Crafted from organic sorghum and quality wheat, you can expect a long lingering fragrance. The production methods used to create this baijiu are both a protected state secret as well as a national intangible cultural heritage of China.
Kweichow Moutai is the most valuable firm outside of technology in China. It is worth more than Toyota, Nike, and Disney! "The drink of diplomacy", Moutai is served at all state organized dinners in China. Presidents Nixon and Obama were both welcomed with pour of this spirit when visiting.
