Barrel: Pooles Hill 2017 Harvest (PH-OPX)
Hillrock Single Malt is handcrafted in small batches from naturally grown Hillrock estate barley, which has been traditionally floor malted on-site in the first new malthouse built at a USA distillery since Prohibition. Our estate grain is then milled, fermented, small-batch pot distilled, aged and bottled all at our Hudson Valley Estate. The award winning Field-to-Glass® artisanal whiskey exhibits the Estate's signature terroir of cinnamon and clove, layered with caramel and vanilla. Expressions smoked with imported Speyside Scotland peat exhibit a complex, lingering smokiness with notes of tobacco, leather and campfire.
Hillrock was founded by Jeffrey Baker with the help of Master Distiller Dave Pickerell (formerly of Maker’s Mark).
Hillrock is proud to be one of the few “field-to-glass” whiskey producers in the world and the first USA distillery since before Prohibition to floor malt and hand craft whiskey on site from estate grown grain.

Peerless Bourbon Small Batch....$9.99 / 200ml
was...$24.99 / 200ml
Peerless Kentucky Straight Bourbon upholds the promise of producing top-notch spirits from the historic distillery. Unlike rye, which features more hay and pepper, Peerless® Bourbon is rooted in fruits, florals, and oaks. The nose features citrus, cedar, and honeysuckle as well as a nice balance of spicy oak. The first sip is that of caramel and toasted oak before a multitude of notes from around the flavor wheel show up on the palate. The finish showcases an enduring duel between sweet and spicy notes as citrus, florals, and sweet oak tussle with dry cocoa, cinnamon, and spicy oak. The result is an amazing whiskey - fascinating for everyone from beginners to connoisseurs.
Every drop of Peerless Whiskey is honestly crafted, never sourced. Never chill-filtered.
Strictly sweet mash. Barrel proof. No water added. Made in the USA.

Firestone Walker 2023 Sucaba Barrel Aged Barleywine

Very limited - act now!
We have not seen this one since the 2019 vintage!

Firestone Walker 2023 Sucaba Barrel Aged Barleywine....$9.99 / 12oz bottle
12.5% ABV
Triumphant Return of the Iconic Barleywine
Sucaba was one of the first components created as part of our annual barrel-aged Anniversary Ale blend starting in 2006 and ultimately became a cult favorite. Sucaba has ever since remained part of our Proprietor’s Vintage family of barrel-aged beers, but sightings of it have been relatively rare in recent years—until now. For the tenth batch of this beer, we stayed true to the original recipe and, as always, aged it for a year in bourbon barrels. The beauty of Sucaba is that its English barleywine style offers a lighter textural canvas, allowing the barrel character to predominate.

"Made with the help of Master of Wine Richard Kershaw, this is a serious, well structured Sauvignon Blanc that outperforms many of its peers. Blackcurrant leaf and elderflower flavors provide lots of crunch and focus, with some added structure from partial skin contact before fermentation. 2022-25"

2022 Laberinto Cenizas Sauvignon Blanc...$21.99
The 2022 Cenizas de Laberinto Sauvignon Blanc is sharp and vibrant, with 12.6% alcohol, a pH of 3.04 and 8.77 grams of acidity. It was produced with grapes from vines planted in 1993 on volcanic ash soils. In 2022, Tirado macerated a bit more, looking for a little more structure. The wine didn't go through malolactic and was bottled after eight months with lees. This is sharp as a knife, with subtle aromas of meat broth and savory rather than floral or exotic, less varietal, complex, austere and mineral, with a rocky sensation. It's textured and tasty, clean, long and nuanced, fresh and balanced, with the cool sensation of the cold nights. He's worked a lot through decantation to be able to bottle the wine unfiltered, and the wine is bright and clean. It's an amazing wine, one of the finest values in Chile. 25,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2022. Experience with older vintages tells me this wine is going to develop nicely in bottle.

Following the success of BCS Gray Label Dovetail, we decided to apply the concept of “Dovetail” to our oldest, rarest stocks. BCS Gold Label Dovetail is created with the same finishing and blending method as our award-winning Dovetail, and incorporates whiskeys aged up to 25 years, resulting in a more powerful and robust blend. We left these component whiskeys in their finishing casks for longer and included some very high proof barrels to create a blend that's intensity is only matched by its nuance and layering.

The foundation of Barrell Craft Spirits Gray Label Seagrass began with two groups of 16-year-old 100% Canadian Rye barrels - one with bright citrus and crisp green apple notes and the other with earthy spearmint notes. A portion of the first group was finished in Apricot Brandy casks, a portion of the second group was finished in Martinique rhum barrels, and a blend of the first and second groups was finished in Malmsey Madeira barrels. When each set of secondary maturation flavors peaked, those casks were pulled and slowly married into the final blend.

New Single Malt Scotch from The Glasgow Distillery!!!

Glasgow Distillery - First started in 2012
Founders Liam Hughes and Mike Hayward embark on a mission to bring single malt whisky distilling back to the city of Glasgow and officially incorporate ‘The Glasgow Distillery Company Ltd.’ Named after one of the first licensed distilleries in Scotland. The original Glasgow Distillery Company was founded in 1770, subsequently operated under a number of different names, and produced unpeated, peated, and triple distilled single malt until its eventual closure in 1902.
A SPIRIT IS BORN: On the 5th March 2015, the very first cask of single malt scotch whisky is filled.

Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky...$64.99 / 700ml
46% abv
The Original, is the whisky that started it all. Our inaugural expression, The Original is a fresh and fruity single malt that combines the finest concerto malted barley with the purest Scottish water from Loch Katrine.
The Glasgow Distillery 1770 The Original is matured in 1st fill ex-bourbon barrels and finished for 6-9 months in virgin oak casks. This is a non-age statement whisky, but the actual age is around 4 years old.

Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Triple Distilled...$64.99 / 700ml
46% abv
The triple distilled is a smooth and vibrant whisky with outstanding character.

Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky Peated...$64.99 / 700ml
46% abv
Glasgow 1770 Peated is our rich and smoky expression. The finest Scottish concerto barley is smoked to 50ppm using aromatic heather-rich peat sourced from the Scottish Highlands.
An outrageously deep and dark whisky that absolutely oozes “class in the glass.” For those who tend toward the Islay end of the peat scale it’s probably not going to deliver the goods, but it’s a great alternative option for fans of a sweeter peat style."

Common Ritual #5 Double Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey....$84.99
It blends a Journeyman's and a Nobleton's barrel at barrel proof
Ritual: #5 Discovering Your Art
Age: A blend of 5 and 8+ year whiskey
ABV: 60.9%Total Bottles made: 427
Grains: Corn, Maize, Wheat, Rye, Barley

Tasting Notes:
It needs roughly 10-15 minutes to open up before I truly recommend consuming. No matter what stage of evolution the pour is in taffy, brown sugar and sarsaparilla. But once it initially opens it is so reminiscent of Barbados and Australian style rum, give it a little more time and those rum profiles take a back seat. Enter your friend's apples and mid age range calvados come say hi and after a little longer of a wait it seems like you showed up to a carnival and decided to snack on cotton candy and bubble gum.  I simply describe it as spicy, dry and complex.
Blender's Story: Inspired by Scottish independent bottlers and blenders, I set out to create a unique whiskey that honors two exceptional distilleries: Journeyman in Michigan and Nobletons in Missouri.  -Steve Nease, Minister of Blending

On the nose, rich peanut butter, sweet butterscotch, and brown sugar lead to a palate of earthy tobacco, juicy cherries, baking spices, subtle leather, vanilla, and caramel, culminating in a long, warm finish with a rich, medium body.

Blender's Story:
We chose Journeyman Distillery to commemorate the friendships that helped us get started. When Drew was starting 18th Street Distilling, Journeyman mentored him. When we embarked on our whiskey venture, Drew paid it forward by guiding us.

Lost Lore Tequila

"My great grandfather traditionally made agave spirits in the early 1900’s. This craft was passed down to my grandfather and father but was lost with me. As a child I found myself intrigued knowing I came from a family of distillers. I was curious and eager to learn a craft that was lost, this grew into a passion for agave spirits and Lost Lore Tequila was born." -- Lost Lore Founder
